We love Metro by T-Mobile and have been loyal customers for a little over 6 years. I took my phone in today with a couple of issues and Bradley was able to fix the problems with a smile. Their staff have a way of making you feel valued as a customer, which is saying a lot these days. They have really family plans as well as one fir a single person. I a m always telling to go check them outThanks Bradley for fixing my voicemail, a lot of my family and friends wouldnt leave a message because it was in spanish so they thought they dialed a wrong number.
Zach and Bradley are professional, helpful and took all precautions with masks and sanitation due to covid. They were very efficient and knowledgeable and got me all my answers and started on a plan that was perfect for me. I highly recommend metro on 931 to anyone in need of good service.
The 2 guys that work in this Metro are amazing employees! They were very knowledgeable and got me into a phone that exactly fit my needs, along with amazing deals for my family plan! I will definitely be returning to the Kokomo location.
The two guys in this store know their information, they got me out of here quick with exactly what I wanted within 30 minutes! I was on lunch break and made it back with plenty of time, these guys are efficient.
I really appreciate and clean store and when people where masks. zach was very helpful for helping m switch carriers cause I have never done it before

I am 55 years old, and I dont understand technology but they explained how to maneuver around my phone and transfer all of information to my new device. I enjoyed my visit, and they respected the mask policy, and had a very tidy store.
Both Employees Bradley and zach did a great job of talking clearly and making sure i understood how to work my device with their masks on.
I respect professionalism and quick service! You wont regret your visit to this store!
I have been with Metro for 10 years and going. I have been in bv there repeatedly and Zachary and Bradley have always been knowledgable and very helpful. I have 5 phones with them and have done upgraded and had issues at times. They have always solved my problems and fast. They are very professional and have had mask on for our protection. very outstanding service in my opinion will probably shop at the bgg 931 store in kokomo for rest of my time with company. I enjoy the immediate greet with the two men makes me feel very welcome. You dont get that service in many stores. So I definitely suggest speaking with Zach or Bradley they are the best.

Went to get a transfer to a new samsung phone and the woman who was supposed to be helping me wasnt wearing a mask, was eating and didnt even know anything about how to fix the issue. Terrible customer service
He helped translate from English to spanish because im not fluent and they were patient thanks zach for the good price and help

If I could give this place less than one star I would!! This place is an absolute joke worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I walk into the place to pay my mother-in-laws phone bill and switch a phone number to a different number. The girl working behind the counter is playing a video with a lot of profanity in it. As I walk up to the counter she asks “what I want” I tell here that I’d like to switch the number on the cell phone that I have she asks if it’s in my name. Before I get to answer her she gets an attitude with me and tells me “ that’s not how this works you can’t change it if it is not in your name” I look at her and tell her she does not need to get an attitude with me. She proceeds to tell me I have come into the store multiple times trying to do this. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I’m sorry! What?! I have never been in this store and I have never seen this girl in my life!! This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. If you do not know how to speak to people please get a different job this one is not fit for you and your unnecessary attitude.

Very poor customer service, he didnt want to answer our questions just said read everything on the wall, he was not willing to help at all. He wasnt a white American, seemed from some ethnic group, brown skin and curly hair, I will never ever go there again
Went to pay my bill 20 minutes befor they closed but couldnt because they had already closed out there drawer the next month there was a sing on the door that said be back in 30 minutes,i left after 45 minutes, i strongly suggest going to the othee store
