I ordered a cake last week for my daughters birthday party this Saturday. I got a call this morning informing me that they didnt have the icing I wanted on the cake. They should have the supplies they need especially something basic like icing. I worked in the bakery at Kroger in Peru and the bakery manager made sure we had more than enough in case of last minute orders.

Usually visit the Kroger on the west side of town (on Dixon and Jefferson) but decided to stop at this one for a few things while I was already out… BIG MISTAKE. Staff is unknowledgeable about product location and are not very willing to help. Had to go up to a few different employees before I got the help I needed.I do love their fuel point system though! 😍 My favorite place to get gas from, always the cheapest prices IMO

The cashier was very professional but when it came to the bagger he was not professional made not very appropriate jokes criticized me for wanting certain things double bagged. Then said god you cant take a joke? It made me feel belittled and very unheard about how I wanted my stuff bagged. The poor cashier saw that I was very uncomfortable with this and she tried to get the bagger to focus on his job and a lot less on his unwanted unprofessional jokes.

The staff is always helpful and if you cant find something on the shelves they will check to see if they have it in the back. The only thing I dont like is they never have enough registers open that have an actual person running. If I have to scan my own groceries I should get some sort of discount.

Aisles are blocked with product. No one can get by each other. Someone needs to call the fire marshall.

Normally I would judge this store favorable. I never had issues with them before. Public shaming for forgetting to wear a face mask is UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Let your automated system say the words. But employees saying them sarcastically is just poor customer service and unacceptable behavior. I wear a mask 10 hours of my day. It was in my car and I forgot to wear it. I work in the health industry and know its importance. So this public shaming tactic was such poor customer service and these 2 employees on aisle 10, 11 or 12 (dont remember which but they were the only aisle open at 9 pm) shouldnt have had that kind of behavior with a customer. I will not be returning to YOUR store. And if it is an emergency, Id rather use self-checkout than to be publicly humiliated. Kroger should be mindful of the circumstances which could distract their customers and remember they are human beings.

My favorite store if they would quit rearranging it every week 🤦🤦🤦

The produce has gotten better over last year and products seem easier to find. Their natural selection of cat food has also improved.

Pies and deli fried chicken are awsome. Dont forget your Kroger card. Tried to beat the crowd coming at 7am.employee stockers were all over the place. Too many people. purpose defeated .

My problem is they are not strictly enforcing mask rules. I was there last evening in the self check line and there was an older white lady ahead of my and not wearing a mask. Also the Kroger associate in the self check out section was wearing a face shield, which is not as effective as face mask since air easily comes out. We are in Kokomo are not doing enough to strictly follow CDC rules and so the exponential rise of Covid in Kokomo. It is time that stores ask such unmasked people to not come inside who could endanger others health.

Kroger is a good grocery store with affordable options for me to cover all the food groups. Their generic low sodium V8 juice is quite affordable. My favorite item is their Kroger brand Italian style meatballs (Restock on those BIG TIME). However, this location has a serious inventory problem. My coworker and I consistently have trouble finding all the items were looking for in one trip and have to return a few days later/switch stores to finish the job.

Selection is great. Social distancing is almost non-existant.

Just left with no groceries. Seems they ran out of cleaner so was not allowed to have a cart to shop with. All i can say is this has gotten a bit rediculous to say the least. If its really that bad they should be closed. Have shopped there pretty much my intire life but walmart looks better every day.

Not the most up to date kroger in the chain... kind of small compared to many others i have been in. The entry way is a bit cramped.The store over all seemed to be very busy.The checkout staff always seems to do a fine job and are generally pleasant.It is the most affordable grocery shopping option that is closest to our house.

Their self checkout charged me twice plus an additional $3.50 for a $16.03 purchase. I went back to the help desk and they told me I had to wait 48 hours to get my refund. I waited 5 days to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went in today and they still are giving me the runaround!!!😠 I would give them no stars if possible. Worse customer service ever!!!!! I ended up paying almost $60 for a $16.03 purchase!

I love shopping at Kroger. Their prices are competitive if not lower. They have a nice selection of organic/ gluten free foods and the big k soda citrus drop tastes better than mountin dew !!

Got rid of every single dairy free stick butter except for one thats four times more than butter normally is. First it was dairy free blue bonnet, now its dairy free country crock!

Its a great store and has fair prices on everything in store, meats, can goods, fruits and vegetables.. Dont take my word go there and see for yourself... and in other words a great maw and pop store!

I recently placed an order for grocery pick up, and there was a slight mix up on two of my items. I called in when I got home and noticed. Shortly afterwards, the manager, Brandy, called me back. She was so apologetic and even offered to bring the correct item to me. I explained that I could come by and get it after work. I was promptly and kindly greeted and the correct item was brought out to me right away. I was so impressed with how she handled the situation that I couldnt help but write a review! Thank you!!!

Decent store; smaller than some Kroger/Smiths Ive been in but still has all the same products the larger ones do. Could use a different layout in the parking lot but in general no actual complaints. I will say currently theyre I need of more staff. We wanted a specific milk but no one was in the back of the store to help us.

Staff is always friendly and ask if you need help finding anything. I always come in early mornings and unlike some other places (Walmart Kokomo, Kroger in Lebanon)it’s always at least one cashier. Thanks Kroger keep up the good work.

Krogers is a great place to shop, I love there store brand products. I think they are just as good or better than name brand. The meats and produce are very good and fresh.

I do love going here. Groceries-sales, coupons, online coupons. Weekend is double points. Milk is always a good price here and never spoils before best used by date (Wal-Marts does) Pharmacy is best priced. Even got crutches here (for $25, when you return them you get a $25 gift card)

That Kroger is horrible! The shelves are never stocked. It looks dirty all the time. I will be going back to the Kroger on North Dixon. Its a lot better!!

Third day consecutive out of Pico de Gallo. Produce department was completely wrecked. Out of stock and did not present a fresh impression. Aisle poorly conditioned and in stock was fair at best. 6 associates I passed. Not one greeted or asked if I needed help or if I could find what I needed. Not good business.

Kroger is always pleasant and has excellent service from all their employees. I used to shop there a lot however I cannot use my M/C without a pin number. I dont shop there like I use too. I counted how many pins and passwords I have over 22. I dont want another one to shop. I can use my card at any other store as a credit card and sign for my purchases. I dont have time to stop at the bank and get cash to shop Krogers. Sorry Kroger I love your store but its not worth the hassle of another pin.

Great store, great prices! Always running deals! This store + Kroger Plus card + Kroger app = Great savings and huge discounts on gas! We are a family of 4 and it’s not uncommon to spend $300 or more per trip. We hit this store about once every 10 days. At the end of the month sometimes we have accumulated enough gas points to save $1 per gallon. You can get up to 35 gallons per discount use so we fill up both vehicles in one stop and at a dollar off per gallon you can’t beat it! If you use the app and the digital coupons and your plus card you can easily get $450 worth of groceries for $300...I do it all the time!

Kroger is slipping. Shelves arent stocked and I am finding harder to find the things they used to carry. Hope the management will address theses issues. I want to shop there but it is getting more difficult. People there are very nice. 😞😞😞😞

Good deals and organized well. My complaint comes from being forced to use a self check out lane. With people in need of jobs, Im not a fan of the self checkout.

Went to Kroger store on Westside and emptied my cart for checkout as the cashier was looking through some papers. When I got her attention, she informed me that she was waiting to finish checking out someone else who had gone to get the price on a package of meat. When I asked why she had not mentioned that to me prior to unloading my cart so I could have gone through the empty line next to hers she just shrugged. After waiting for 10 minutes, I left and drove to the south store.Just the night before I was turned away from the door (west side Kroger again) because it was having work done inside . Yet it was open earlier. Maybe turn off the sign Open 24 hours??

We had Patty as cashier she is always nice and good with kids. The bagger Connie held up the line, not bagging and complaining about her break. She also put my bread in with the baby wipes.

If you like a war zone this Kroger definitely is the all in of the neighborhood. Heavily traffict and open to just about anything. Card readers dont work and nosy patrons telling you how to run your finances. Poor cashiers. Osha is going to love this one.

Good selection, smaller store. Things are a little congested, isles, displays, etc. That being said, the employees were friendly. Not a bad place to shop.

Cant seem to ever get my medicine at the pharmacy. One reason or another, cant seem to get it filled when needed. And dont try to get something filled even a day early, has to be the day that you run out. What a terrible system! Im sure it has to do with meth or opiods but what about the regular customers? Cant go out of town on the weekend unless I want to spend some of it standing in line at a pharmacy.

The store is always clean and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I really like the ease of using the digital coupons.

Each time Ive been there Ive not had to ask for assistance as the HAPPY employees beat me to it without being bothersome. Though the overall selection of brands is somewhat limited they are never out of a regularly carried item, whereas for FOUR whopping weeks in a row Walmart was OUT of hamburger... wth?! The Kroger burger is always in stock, it seems, and smells nice. This location has been clean and well stocked each time Ive visited, and I will be back!

I am from Tipton county,went to kokomo just to go to a nice grocery store,steaks had way to much fat for $15.oo a pound and then got to the deli at 8:10 p.m. and they told me that the deli was closed,so I will never go to that Kroger store again

The bakery is incompetent. I ordered a cake plenty of time ahead of the date I needed it. I arrived to a plain sheet cake. They said they could not put the design I requested on the cake, even though I was already told it would be no problem when I ordered it. I had other orders messed up without any phone calls too. Go to Meijer or any local bakery, not here!

My go to place to shop for groceries. I used to get clicklist at the Kroger off Dixon road but after having so many things substituted I switched back to Maplecrest. Smaller store, but I can find specific things I need in stock 9 times out of 10. The recent remodeling has made it difficult to find things, but things change and thats ok. The employees always seem to be nice and ask if you need anything.My only problems with the place is the small size with large crowds. The parking lot is also not so great, Maplecrest Plaza is kind of a mess in general. Again, large crowds, tight areas, and plenty of bad drivers make it more of a chore than it needs to be. I also wish there was one more regular check out lane. I prefer self checkouts but I dont prefer going through them with a lot if items, especially when Im by myself.Other than that, its a pretty good place!

I used to love the Maplecrest Kroger, but no longer. Most associates are unfriendly and unhelpful. The shelves are empty and they rarely have what we need. Extremely disappointed in the way this store has gone downhill. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and just go to Aldis.

I wish that I could use a hand held scanner when I get Coke and or Pepsi products. I have some limitations due to pinched nerve in my neck causing weakness in my arms.That way, I wouldnt have to lift them as many times.

No ladyfingers. I wanted to make a tiramisu.... had to go somewhere else. They did have mascarpone cheese for once. Good sale prices. Some cashiers really scrutinize the coupons. Depending on who you have, some dont let you use a coupon on a managers special or woo hoo item. I like the store and it seems clean. I wish they would get better ventilation, the store always smells of fried food.

This Krogers is always so dirtyIt was 8:30 pm on a Friday night but everything was dirty, produce always looks old there, but tonight the English cucumbers were moldy & rotten. Way over due to be removed. It almost seems their refrig is not working. Many of my friends & husband will not shop there. They call it the stinky Krogers. Due to the old fried smell in store. They need to move into the old Marsh store building.
