The employees at AutoZone were friendly very helpful helpful in a timely manner and explained everything to me and I truly did enjoy the experience that I had there at AutoZone

Kendrick was super helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to help us change the battery on my Yukon when OReilly wouldnt even try to touch it! We first went to OReilly because there was less cars compare to Auto Zone (can you guess the reason??) Kendrick walked all the way to OReilly to change the battery for us since we couldnt start the car.If you need to choose in between OReilly and Auto Zone.... Its a no brainer!! AUTO ZONE hands down!!Kudos to Kendricks and Auto Zone!!!

Edgar saved the day! After a long day at the hospital, there’s nothing more awesome then coming out to a dead battery. Like, completely dead! 🤦🏻‍♀️ After getting my car jumped, first stop was autozone. Edgar was super helpful, installed it quickly, gave me some quick battery life 101 and sent me on my way! Thank you so much! And huge thank you again since it’s like 26 degrees out with the windchill! So appreciative!!!

A salesman by the name of Carlos was so considerate and helpful when I went to store early morning on 6/10/2020. It was about 5 minutes before Auto Zone was schedule to open but he was willing to help me anyway. I know employees do not get paid for work done off the clock. My car overheated and I was right by Autozone so I pulled in their parking lot. Edgar was more than helpful. He gave me a cold bottle of water and went out to put more coolant in my car. He insisted I stay inside because I had my baby with me. Amazing customer service

I called 30 mins before arriving to see if there was a part in stock and the boy on the phone was rude. After being put on hold he told me they had it in stock. Well after arriving and waiting in line for 30 minutes. I was told they did not have it in stock.OReillys it is!

I just wanted to say thank you to Rodrick (I think that was his name, he was somewhat new). He was very patient with me in trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and easily switched out the bad battery with the good one. Absolutely great customer service!

Friendly staff but over priced parts and almost always out of stock in what I came in to actually pick up. Seems like more of a car maintence/detail/accesories type of place than an automotive parts supplier...

Very disappointed. My battery died this morning and I got it tested at both autozone and another store that was closer to me. I had kept the receipt, but was told because I was two days past the 3 month warranty, they would do nothing.Usually Autozone has always been very courteous and helpful to me (especially since I dont know too much about cars). I was and am quite upset and really think you guys should reconsider the three month standard on batteries. My car ran completely fine until it just didnt and I guess, since I magically couldnt discern this before my warranty ran out, I need to shell out another $100+ for a battery.

Yesterday, I received service with a smile. I walked in Josh was the first to acknowledge me to offer help. In the past when the men were standing around at the front, I noticed when I walked in towards the front desk, I noticed how one would wait for one of the other ones to speak up or initiate a question or acknowledge me. It was totally weird and unprofessional. I asked one of them to assist me in putting the new gas top on and they declined due to store policy. After that experience I stopped coming the that store. But on yesterday, I had to stop there and make a purchase for upcoming inspection and Josh was kind enough to help and was professional. He also applied the purchased item on for me.Great customer service really counts!SET/Kyle

I called to check on availability of a part and was put on hold for over 25 minutes and person never got back on the line would not recommend this particular store for parts

I went in today because I thought a bought defective can of a.c pro. (For the ac in the car) turns out I didnt use enough. I had to buy a second can. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and would even come out and check to see if everything was going well. I didnt catch his name, but they call him The AC Guy lol. Ive always been pleased with this store.

They do a decent job here, but I have had items incorrectly identified as correct parts for my car. Like a fuel pump relay I needed for my Charger. Alot of times I have to tell employees how to locate parts in their search engine in their system.

AutoZone I went to in San Marcos was very on experience I asked the I asked the representative for lug nuts for a 2006 Jaguar XJ8 he ran it through the computer and said that they dont carry those lug nuts at all so I went to AutoZone and Kyle and that representative pulled it up and I was able to get the Lugnuts but I need it but I had to drive to a whole town over from where I was originally at didnt make no sense at all and experienced workers causes you more money and time I give San Marcos AutoZone a rating of 1

Only one standing in line and cashier Adam w. Sees me but Doesnt acknowledge me too busy picking scabs off his arm. Then he rings up my two batteries and adds extra things without asking me and I dont find out until he charges me for them and puts them into a bag for me to carry out. Last time Ill go there plenty of other auto parts stores in kyle to do business with.

I love this place because they always give me excellent customer service ever time I go. They are not only helpful and quick, they are very friendly unlike there competitors next door. I also learned that if I have an old battery that is no longer good they recycle it for you and you get $10.00 credit towards anything in the store. Aint nothin like free $$$ to me!

This location is very close to me so it is convenient for me. I needed to have a brake light checked and one employee helped go out to check it for me and see which one was out. He also went and grabbed the bulb that I needed from the isle. I will probably shop here again for car parts.

This AutoZone location always helps me with whatever questions i may have for them and is very convenient, right off of the Northbound access road of IH35. It is the only location in Kyle,TX and i love their Duralast brand parts which always come with a lifetime warranty!

So... Apparently they dont lend a tool to Mexicans... Not to mention the the look my husband got when he had the nerve to ask to borrow a simple little tool.

Paul Carter store manager is rude and belittle his customers. I went to have my battery tested he questioned me to what is my voltage. A question I know nothing about. If he doesnt know he does not belong in the Auto industry he did sarcastically said well you should know. Paul need to retrain with people skills, respect and knowledge auto field. Do not ask him to help you all he does is complain and whine. I feel sorry for his employees imagine how he treats them as he treated me. I will be doing all my business at OReillys.

Went on a Sunday afternoon looking for a sparkplug for a weedwhacker. I had already struckout at Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart. This store was very busy with customers waiting in multiple lines. Four employees working the counters were helping us all very smoothly. They also carried the plug I was looking for!
