This store has it all! I am always able to find everything I am looking for. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. There is a garden center, a boutique, sushi bar and the flaming bird restaurant take out. There is a large selection of various wines and local brews to pair with anything you might want to cook. The produce And meats are always fresh! Don’t forget to try the H‑E‑B Cafe Ole coffee. Whether you prefer whole bean or ground you will not be disappointed!

The store that has it all! Our family’s only shops at HEB. You can skip the shopping and order ahead through their curbside mobile app. Very clean and organized inside. Gas prices are very competitive with other gas stations nearby. Their produce is great! Make sure to swing by their fresh baked goods section on your way out!

Im from lockhart and compared to our tiny little HEB this one is huge. I really love the extra departments they have such as mias mirror and the texas backyard gardening section..they even have a Kodi cooler product section.. I Am sort of glad we dont have that many plants at my local HEB...I would buy far too many lol my photos are always things I asked my husband about. This time he had to pick out some cheese

This HEB is always cleaner than most other grocery stores including other HEBs. They keep most of the lanes open to get you out fast as possible. The produce always looks fresh. The bread aisle is kept stocked up. Meats always look good. Just a good place to shop all in all.

In a time when everyone else is exchanging quality service for higher priced lower quality customer service H-E-B is going above and beyond. Thank you Cole at the Flamming Bird inside H-E-B for delivering excellent customer service and for H-E-B to still offer affordable options for the working class. Even when I went to purchase your family chicken meal when it was not ready you waited patiently and checked the chicken temperature for me and waited till it was done before offering to try to serve me something that was not fresh. I think that goes a long way and you deserve a shout out.

I had a great experience! I was carrying a arm full of groceries and a gentleman named Blake that works there was bust working with a pallet jack and asked if I needed a basket. Put his pallet jack safely aside and went and got me a basket! That is GREAT customer service! Thank you Blake!

Worked in mental health, drug and alcohol for 25 years. Everything from Nursing to Manager for Housekeeping and Staffing. It was then time for me to do me. I love being a truck driver. The feeling of freedom and seeing all the new places. It always amazing.

A big HEB that has everything. When they are crowded, they will open as many registers needed to check you out fast. You can use their app to scan your items as you go and skip the lines too. Excellent meat and produce.

I have never had an issue at this HEB until today 5/15/2022. I usually use the coupons HEB offers because Im a single mom with a disabled son. I have to preplan my trips and I double check using the heb app that everything works. Ive never had a cashier give me issues over using them, even when one doesnt attach they either key it in after double checking or explain why (no problem) they usually get super excited how Im able to save so much. But today however I noticed a coupon didnt attach. I asked, cashier called over a higher up who immediately right off the bat was extremely rude before I even said anything. I just was confused cause a friend told me about the deal and it was items my family needed. I said this and she immediately its a one time use thats why but i didnt use the coupon, my friend did. However this team leader/higher up acted like I was robbing the store. She was already using a raised voice to start with and an attitude to match, Ive never been embarrassed until today. She could have handled the situation much nicer than she did. I usually love shopping at this location, but after today I think Ill go else where for awhile until after that interaction. Customer service was not on her mind today, I understand some people are probably super rude and I know its frustrating but I was not being rude or even given a chance!

One of the nicest H-E-Bs Ive been to. Huge variety of take-home meals, sandwiches, salads, etc. Fantastic cheese selection and olive bar so perfect for party planning.

Love using HEB Go app to get in/out quickly. This location stays busy so, knowing ways to skip the line is very beneficial.

The produce are sub-par, the shelves are emptier than supply issues can explain.The most annoying thing is that the baggers are just terrible. I had a bag with bacon, vegetables and moisturizer in it on my last trip. I won’t let them bag my groceries any more.

Just got back from the HEB in Kyle Texas, and I must I was very impressed. It is very big, it was my first time visiting here, and had to pick up some stuff for my kitten, and some stuff for my new girlfriends place. The kitten isle was very spacious and more wider and bigger than my normal HEB in Round Rock. But They were playing Christmas music that puts everyone in a great mood. The cashier was very nice, parking was tough but I blame myself for that, as I went during the busy hours.

Out of stock on lots of things! Boxes of products lined the aisles when I tried shopping at 9:00 pm. No one was putting things on the shelves, but there were boxes in my way everywhere!

If you go shopping here in Kyle for sushi and you take it to the counter you better hold on to it cause they don’t care how they bag it they just throw it in one. It’s not their $10 or $13 for that matter, this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. I’m just posting this cause I’m sick of it. No regards to how much i had to work or how hard I work to be able to afford a treat like this for myself. I’m very disappointed H‑E‑B!!!

My main store I frequent probably to much but I would definitely not change it. The BACKYARD is perfect and Keith and his team are so knowledgeable. Gabby I believe her name was took her time just to help me understand the basics all the way to how water can be a reason for some of my obstacles I’ve faced with my landscaping. I was very appreciative and impressed. They know what they’re talking about and even ordering plants that will work in our yards. I love this place. The store is a busy place but if you need anything just ask a team member

Crowded. Seems like these days theyre always out of something. Today it was spinach. That said I love HEB and would never want to shop anywhere else.

I love HEB and this particular store, however, 8t has some major issues in terms of layout. The drive through pharmacy is located between the main store and the garden center with literally enough room for 3 cars before backing up onto the road that goes in front of the store, so if there are more than 3 cars the road gets blocked. For handicapped customers its a huge pain. The garden center u0026 pharmacy should switch places.

Great selections but they never have enough employees working. Lines are always horrendously long and you have to bag your own groceries, slowing down the entire check out process. Very frustrating for a company making millions of dollars a day.

I got gas here last week and my card was compromised the next day. I called back to let someone know and the girl basically told me she didn’t know and that they had someone check the machines at the end of the day. Also, I’ve gotten expired items when I use curbside.

Its a huge HEB and very well laid out and has about everything your looking for only wish is for the cosmetics section to be a little more open as its cornered off makes it hard to have a bigger basket and walk around.

Other than the curbside employees blocking aisles and the need of some to wait an eternity for the closest parking spot, this HEB is about perfect on all fronts.

Usually have no problems at this heb, tried to scan my heb card on my phone to get my discount which I’ve done before multiple times before. I asked the self checkout if I could rescan the order or if there was some way to fix the problem. They told me that my heb card just doesn’t work sometimes. Instead of trying to help me with it like they normally would.

In Texas, HEB is the best for groceries. All my immigrant ilife I have lived here so I will never again to to any other groceries store.

Best grocery store anywhere. Everything I need, right where I need it. We have started using the grocery delivery service in situations where we are rushed for time, have a lot going on, or are maybe under the weather. It is a great service and the cost is not bad given the time saved and the cost to have someone run errands for you.****To all the one star reviewers, Really? This store isnt Russia of the 1980s. Inside it is always way overcrowded. There really needs to be another location in Kyle especially with the growth this area is experiencing/expecting. 15 minutes into curbside pickup window and groceries are still being shopped for. Substitution notes are completely ignored. Last time the groceries were stacked so poorly I had several items damaged. Staff needs some Tetris training imo.

HEB sets the standard if you shop there you know this. For the simplest of trips, or the most complex I always leave happy. These little succulents spoke to me on the way in so you all wish me the best on them.

Gets kinda messy in the morning when they are restocking and the HEB shoppers dont really watch where they are going. They usually have everything in stock though so I really like that

Huge! So many choices! Unfortunately some prices have skyrocketed! But some prices are at normal levels. Very clean, enticing, and community focused.

Usually I would say 5 stars. Lately things have gone downhill. Seems most of the cashiers, baggers and front supervisors are nonchalant. When I put my items on the belt I group them the way I would hope they would be packed in my bags. Most days lately the cashier pays no attention and just flies the items by the scanner. As the bagger hasnt showed yet and I am still trying to get items onto the belt, everything gets jumbled together and piled up. I would usually try to bag myself at this point, but alas today I didnt get there in time and the bagger just started throwing everything in the bags. No rhyme or reason. Boxed items on the bottom, produce (cabbages) right on top, tomatoes, onions etc...When I got my last item out of the basket, I asked to skip them. The young lady sighed and gave a dirty look. The bags were a jumbled mess and I look forward to seeing my crushed bread and chips.There was no supervisor or lead around to inform. They all need to be given a extra class on customer service.

I just picked up my curbside order. I called and spoke to Kyle about some of the substitutions I did not like and asked for a creamer with Caramel what does he replace it with french vanilla if youre not going to listen to the customer request just remove it. I also asked about a substitution for the HEB zero cola because the automatically removed it so I had to call again to ask if they didnt have any coke zero similar I end up getting regular coke zero. I understand yall may be out of alot of things but we as customers are expecting a substitution that we called and requested so now I have to make a trip to exchange it.

If I could give 0 stars I would, i had the worst experience hereThe workers are rude, a lady came and told me to get out of line and then snatched my bag out of my hand and threw my items . the rude old white lady at the scan and go there do not recommend coming to this place.

H.E.B. is always pretty lackluster as a grocer in general, but this location can be especially rough. Not only are they often plagued by supply chain shortages but its compounded by the perpetually understaffed shifts. Checkout lines are ALWAYS ridiculously inefficient and longer than acceptable. Either the staff is all incompetent or they merely dont schedule enough per shift to handle the load. Either way its a glaring indictment of management. Gluttonous monopolies are super cool!!!

I really enjoy shopping at this HEB. The problem is that not all the employees wear masks. I am high risk for covid and always wear a mask. The new electronic shopping carts are awesome. Please keep in mind that some of us are not able to be vaccinated from covid. At one of your competitors the employees were temperature checked as they come in to work. Not only that but all the employees were wearing masks and even then they have had many employees test positive for covid.

Not organized to well the way thay have their entrance and exit for curbside,two cars driving opposite way almost crashed and also prices not the same as shown in online ordering, please match your prices accordingly,i do not recommend this location for curbside.

Some people can never buy enough bread for a family of (4) wife, husband, 8 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. 28 loaves. Limit is 4.HEB employee also took out like 16 pkgs of TP from about 3 ladies carts. Limit is 2.I have been standing behind this lady for 10 minutes trying to explain to her limit is 2. Broken English and she is refusing to put anything back. 5th HEB Employee now trying g to explain. She actually said Donald Trrrummmp! In accent. Funny.

Visited this HEB plus one in Lockhart and one in Buda. No HEB Brand Salisbury steak frozen dinners. This has been ongoing for three weeks. Even warehouse supply is out. What gives? I thought HEB did their own production and supply. Truly sad.

Order online is a nightmare, the online page shows items that are not available and then they replace what we choose with the items that are unavailable in the online page so we dont know if what we actually want its at the store or not...this happens every single time we order since we moved here one year ago, at this point theres no excuse.

You can find most anything you need here which can be a con or pro. It is a huge store so it is not convenient to run in and out. It is a very crowded store too and their parking lot is not easy to navigate.

Heb in Kyle Texas a clean store to shop at. I have shopped in store and used the heb app to shop and pick up through their curbside service. I have always been pleased with both shopping experiences. HEB workers across the board work really hard to keep that store stocked and still provide polite customer service. I am also so glad that they provide real, live cashiers.

Rude and unhelpfulMy wife went to the Kyle location because she had an appointment in Kyle.Anyway she was looking to see if this location sold the 5 gallon Ozarka water.She could not find it so she asked an employee who looked at her like she was stupid. She went to the service counter to ask.They had no idea and said they did not carry 5 gallon water... also very rudely.We are from San Marcos and never run into this attitude here.Very disappointed in the Kyle HEB.

Great well supplied grocery store. But most staff not products knowledgeable. So you better read labels and know your own products. I like to bag my own, due to health saftey, like separating meats, fish, vegetables, raw from cooked. I do know that HEB is great on training staff. But, most staff that they hire, just not trainable.

If this review was just about HEBs selection then it would be an easy 5 stars, but the shopping experience is kind of miserable. Its always really busy and its always hard to find the things your looking for. The store doesnt seem to have good flow, so people scatter in all directions once you get past the bakery. Missing something really sucks too because getting back to that aisle can be hard.Again the selection and variety is great and most of its at a good price, but you wont find the shopping experience non stressful until youve memorized where all the stuff you want is.

The only thing I dont like about this location is that its usually extremely crowded. However, its one of the best H-E-Bs Ive visited, so I can understand why its so popular. They have a great selection and reliably good produce. They also have a huge garden center thats really nice. I always visit this location when I want to stock up, because I dont have to worry that they might not have what I want.

Horrible . Rude lady in the 15 express lane was allowed to make 4 people wait while she check out with 190. Plus bill. Cashier when she asked told it OK . Then manager Ray backed her up stating it’s customer service so all the people that had to be inconvenience they don’t matter.Very poor customer service

If you leave up a sign in intersections that is in the same location and close enough to same shape and size as a stop sign it’s going to cause issues.Additional if you have a second person running self check, one watch one help, it would be more efficient. This way you don’t have to make people wait in long lines if there are spots available At self check out

Just moved to Kyle and have been going to this HEB for about a month now. Overall the experience is not bad at all. Everything seems to be fresh and clean. My only complaint is that its ALWAYS super busy. There seems to be an issue with the flow of people coming in and out.

This review is for the bakery department.The gentleman that took the order for my sons birthday cake was very nice and helped us with determining the size we needed. We were very happy they had what he wanted. However, I came in yesterday morning to pick it up and the lady asked for my name and I gave her my last name and she couldnt find it. She looked and looked and finally came back up in a huff and said Thats why I dont like it when people give me their last name. Apparently they had written my first name on the box. No big deal, I brushed it off as her just having a bad day. I told her thank you and she walked off without replying. Then I looked at the cake. It was VERY poorly done. It was an edible image, which was fine, but they didnt even attempt to smooth out the icing before placing it on. It was very lumpy and uneven. The decorative icing around the cake was nicely done, but that is the only thing. I will say, the cake was very tasty. It was just haphazardly made.

Pretty sure I got taken advantage of, I forgot where I parked, and asked them for help, they took care of my groceries while I looked. I went home with a 5 pound bag of ground beef worth 27 dollars, I dont eat ground beef much less 5 pounds. Seems like they took advantage of my confusion and made a quick buck. Doesnt matter Im donating the meat to a local food pantry, but dishonest people, I just cant get with that. Make your money honestly. It isnt that hard.

Love this store. It has everything. The sushi is great, they have food demonstrations daily, and the boutique is a wonderful bonus for one stop shopping!

Better quality food than Walmart,. Recent price increases are making it more difficult to shop here. My favorite Oriental chicken that used to be $3.99 a bag is now $8 a bag, which means Im never going to buy it again and Im not going to pay that much for the same food

International foods is dismal, produce selection is limited and usually has fruit flies, the fish is not fresh and always has scales on it, the ground pork always has an off smell and spoils within 2 days of purchase, should focus more on the food selection and quality and not as much on clothing, jewelry and retail..The layout is pretty skewed and congested with half the space being dedicated to non-food items. RR location had it together pretty good.

Like the variety of option in the larger HEB Plus. Like the deli area. Its difficult navigating the store since they rearranged everything. Isles are narrower and some the way its organized doesnt make sense to me.

HEB is always good for prices, selection, and quality. Ive been using curbside since covid arrived. Very pleased.

Great little thrift store, always great bargains and fun finds. The staff is personal and polite, love this place. They even have a rack of shirts for under $1 and daily sales on different colored tags. Plus I would rather donate here than goodwill. They have very reasonable prices and have worked with the catholic church to help people in need (not sure if they are currently) check it out..

I orders finger sandwiches from the deli for the Longhorn game today u0026 I merely asked for 1 simple request, that wheat bread be added. I even asked the deli manager u0026 said it would be done . I get there today to pick up u0026 all on white ! I informed one of the employees u0026 she didn’t seem to care, so I had to get an MIC Jordan who remedied the issue with me picking out some pre-made wheat sandwiches . The deli doesn’t seem to care about paying attention to detail. Do better Heb Kyle, Tx deli dept. so disappointed .
