Sawyer Marlowe is the epitome of exceptional customer service! He truly cares for customers and will do anything and everything in his power to resolve issues and ensure customers are happy with not only their service but their devices. He takes his time to ensure you fully understand what is happening, what to expect, the ins/outs of your device and it is not uncommon for him to check back in with customers after the sale to ensure they are still happy and satisfied. He spent a TON of time with my husband and I when we were upgrading our phones and even stayed late on a Friday to address an issue with my phone. Sawyer deserves not only recognition but a raise! Thank you for everything you did Sawyer, I KNEW you truly cared and wanted to ensure I was happy and comfortable with everything we worked through. You are absolutely AH-Mazing!!

...I have been a subscriber with Boost Mobile since I moved to La Crosse from DC but I was unhappy with the service especially since the pandemic. A few months ago I accompanied a friend to US Cellular and was very impressed by Ashleys knowledge, her customer service was impeccable and her personality was delightful. I made sure to seek her out when I made the decision to switch carriers and she made sure to make the transition easy. I feel good about my purchase and am very happy with my products!

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had updated my phone and lost the ability to open some apps and send pictures over messages. They helped me turn off my finger print password setting, and I unistalled and reinstalled my non-working apps. All is working well now and I am grateful! It took almost no time and they were so kind and helpful. I would recommend the LaCrosse branch of US Cellular to anyone.

Ashley welcomed me with open arms and a huge smile, encouraging me that my cell phone problem could easily be resolved to where I would be happy. She went above and beyond to assist me through the steps of converting back to US Cellular and even tried to get me a special promotion.Ashley was personable, cheerful and was willing to help me even though she may have to help another customer who had made an appointment with her.The process was quick and both she and another associate (a young guy) helped me return a case and find a new one, all with a sense of humor. It was fun working with themALSO, as a side note, I love your selection of music and recognized that several of them were favorite contemporary Christian songs!! Super!You all get an A++! 😃

Eric seriously was my earth angel yesterday! He helped me more than he will ever know. He was super informative and helped me to pick the phone, case, screen protector and insurance that was best for me. I did not feel pressured to purchased things or like he was trying to rush me along. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions. Eric took the time to make sure all of my needs were met. He made sure my accessories were to standard and took the time to show me features on my new phone! He did all of this without being asked. Eric was great with conversation and making sure I had the best deal possible! Eric also went through my bill with me to make sure I wasnt paying too much for my plan and then corrected an error for me! Best service i have ever had! Very refreshing.

I went in to talk about my plan for my cell phone because I didnt want to pay so much. They said there was a plan that didnt cost as much and gave me more data and that nothing else about my cell phone service would change. I can only wonder how long have they been ripping me off.

My phone wasnt working and i was in lacrosse on losie any way so i stoped in. They decided i needed a new phone and told me that if i had any prob i needed to stop back at that location. My new phone seemed to work but would stop my conversation mid call but looked as if i was still conected. I took it back in and they decided that maybe it was just dirty so they cleaned it and said if i had any more problems i would have to call us cell. The next week my phone wouldnt recive calls. I took it to viroqua. They turned it off and back on. And switched a setting called enhanced calling that dosent work when living in country. Now my phone works perfectly. Viroqua location is always really busy which is anoying but the staff is very freindly and knowledgeable. Thank you much

This is tricky because the quality of the visit is so very dependent on which employee you get. The short guy, knows his stuff, goes the extra mile for you, but is a talker so youre going to have a long visit. The very cute curly hairs woman, is the best. Again very knowledgeable but also fast and of course nice and easy to work with. Ive never had a bad experience at this store and I do have cell service through them. But I have had visits last forever. Like 2 hrs for something I thought should take 1/2hr. But that was all time I was being served not time I was waiting. Ive rarely had to wait at all here.
