I needed a replacement phone ASAP when I dropped my iPhone and the display was obliterated. Verizon stores were closed everywhere due to Covid 19 but these guys were still open. They helped me get into my account and transfer everything from my busted phone to my new one. (Kept all my info in notes of course. Which I couldn’t access) Super helpful and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I recommend them.

Mobile Life Verizon provided great assistance with my daughters phone. She bought an iPhone and had issues with the speaker. Nicki was able to assist my daughter, which she is away to college, to get her a replacement. Nicki demonstrated outstanding customer service and supreme knowledge to the process of replacing her phone remotely. This Verizon office cares about their customers!!
Aaron put on my screen protector for me perfectly and transferred ALL the stuff from my old phone to my new phone. It was a lot of stuff!! Great job!!
Shannon was really fantastic. Her customer service was excellent and I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didnt want or wasnt comfortable using. She was extremely patient and helpful. She also has a very cute dog.
Aaron and Kyle were great. We got there about a half an hour before closing and they treated us like they had all day long! And, they were super nice to the guy that came in right at closing and helped him past closing! I had been to a different store and they just tried to push me into a new really expensive phone and I had just paid off this one!! Aaron and Kyle were able to get my phone to turn on and reboot! And, they helped me look into a phone that I could actually afford. So, now I will probably buy a new one instead of a used one. Thanks Guys!!

Had a terrific experience at this location after spending my day trying to get help at another Verizon location in La Crosse. Special thanks to Chris who very patiently worked with me after hours to transfer all my data from my iPhone to new Samsung and even the next day as I didnt have all my photos yet! Highly recommend using this location for all of your Verizon mobile needs!
Aaron Becker and the rest of the staff there are fantastic. Aaron was even able to assist me in recovering my Gmail account after switching to Verizon and getting a new phone number that Google wouldnt recognize as my account. Highly recommend going to this Verizon location.
Shanon was sooooooo helpful. My phone activation was so fast and painless. I would recommend this store to anyone for quality service. Everything was fantastic however I dont see why the employees dont have stools behind the counter. I believe that would make it much more personal and enjoyable.

I have given this store a couple chances but each time I visited the sales men had no idea of the details of the holiday specials and new plans they offer. I would have lost out on $100 if I didnt call Verizon Support and have them get things straightened out.The sales man accused me of fraud (his exact words) until he went to his manager to figure things out! There is no way switching my wife from one plan to a new one is fraudulent!I recommend going to any other cell phone store before this one. The absolute very worst customer service experience in my life.

Aaron Becker and Kyle were awesome! We came in with a phone that was in a reset loop and doing all sorts of bad things. The other store had brushed us off and tried to push us into a brand new upgrade. Aaron took the time to understand the issue and helped recover from what appeared to be a bad firmware update. Walked out the door without spending a dime! He took the time to understand our frustrations and made it worth thinking about staying with Verizon. Recommend!
The employees at the store are always so friendly when I walk in. They greet me at the door and treat me like a person, not a number. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Great customer service, knowledge, and accuracy on all of their products and services.

Awesome friendly and fast service! I always go to this store if i can when i need anything. They are very knowledgeable, no nonsense and not pushy. Which i like. I am very comfortable in that store.I bought a pair of BĒM wireless Bluetooth ear buds there earlier this week and while they took me a couple days to get used to, they are decidedly the best Ive ever had. I introduced them to a co-worker and we both got an extra set today. Aaron, the store manager actually brought them in from another store because they were sold out! They last about 4 hours as much as i use them which is pretty constant. I listen to audiobooks all day and take occasional phone calls.
I have never been more disappointed in quality of service and knowledge I experienced at this store. I talked to Tyler and another manager possibly Lauren for OVER 3 HOURS. Trying to figure out why my iPhone wouldnt connect to Verizon. They switched SIM cards 3 different times and I even left for an hour and came back and they had done nothing with the phone yet. They then tried to convince me that it was my fault and apple had sent me the wrong phone and they couldnt do anything to help. So I left almost in tears and called apple where they confirmed it was a Verizon phone and it would connect to the network. I was just about to do that when I realized they had taken my SIM card out and thrown it away so I had to drive back to the store where the manager then dug through the garbage and replaced the SIM card. I got home and was able to do it all myself in 5 MINUTES! I wasted my entire day off and I will never go to this Verizon store again.

I had phone troubles with my iPhone 8. I initially went to the Verizon in Onalaska and the representatives seemed pre-occupied and did not offer many solutions. Afterwards, I went to the Verizon on Copeland and every representative I worked with was so helpful, patient, and tried multiple ways to fix my phone. When they realized my phone was in idle, they offered me a loner phone (which they dont always do). When my new phone arrived, they helped me set it up and ensured I was good to go before I left. They are SO great and made having phone issues way less stressful!

I was totally misled. $269.99 up frount and a 2 year contract, $50.00 a month for a phone line, 1 gig data and a Droid, I thought. They got my $269 and I just got home from paying them the remaining $440.00, they had already taken another $40.00 before I figured out what was going on. New Droid turbo 2s, eBay less than $475, Verizon La Crosse $750.00. Sure wish My old Droid had not broken and I had not trusted them. My mistake, buyer beware read all the fine print. They say they have better coverage, they sure do, in what they get, in my opinion. Out from under them now, was a 20 plus year customer never missed a payment. I remember when K-Mart thought they were still the big dog on the block.

I went in to get help with activating a new phone. Even though I didnt purchase it from this store, they spent over an hour helping me work through some issues with the new device and eventually got it up and running. Patient and friendly throughout the encounter. Ill be buying my next device here.
