I love Moka. The drinks are always delicious. My favorite part is the additional unique 4 drink menu that changes every month/season. However I was reminded the other day that the normal menu is also filled with deliciousness! I no longer live in La Crosse and wish they would grow to St. Paul/Minneapolis like they did to Madison. I also always have to take some Moka Bars for the road!! Thanks for letting my puppy come in as well!

Friendly service. A nice drive-through setup. Our drinks were out very quickly and tasted very good. Will certainly be back the next time were passing through.

Iced coffee was great! However being a windy day blew our outside umbrella out of its stand. Luckily no one was hurt and I retrieved it before it blew away.

Moka does a great job! Theyre my coffee and pastry easy button for meetings! Its simple, I call in an order, tell them when Id like to drop in to pay and pick up and they always have it ready to go! I order pastries and some coffee brew boxes based on attendance and its very convenient! I like to add a fruit tray from the grocery store to round out the refreshments.

Great selection of drinks. Love that they can peacefully coexist with the bank drive through. Always nice to support a local business.

I stood inside the coffee shop for 10 minutes without anyone assisting customers inside - they appeared to be dodging any form of eye contact or a simple greeting. I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. Disappointing service.

Best coffee shop ever. The coffee is my favorite, the people are incredibly nice and friendly, they wear masks and do no touch service. They are super focused on customer service. To make the car lines go faster they will often send runners out to the cars to pre-take orders to keep things moving along. Cant recommend highly enough. I live in Rochester and work in La Crosse, so Im thrilled they have branches in each city. I consider it treating myself when I go there.

I’ve gone there many times over the past couple of years. I’d say that they’ve gotten my order wrong, than they have gotten it right. I assume it is because the gals/guys that work there take up to 4 vehicle orders at one time (without writing anything down). The reason for my review is because of one particular instance with a gal taking my order before I even got a chance to browse the board, and I was also behind several cars. She said “I can give you a synopsis of the board because it’s not that difficult”...she was rude, and I felt her choice of words were not appropriate for this situation, and honestly, she should have just let me take a few seconds to look over the options when I had gotten up to the board.

This place has been a part of my life for a while now, i would spend so much time with friends there in high school and i still find myself passing back to that habit years later.the espresso drinks are not only really delicious, but the baristas are more than happy to customize your order. (speaking as someone with complicated drink orders) this is also one of the few places with sugar free chocolate syrups. which is a HUGE plus for me and others who are sugar free or have kids that can’t have sugar.

I’ll give it 3 stars because someone didn’t put on the lid on my coffee and then when I was leaving the drive-thru and I stop the coffee fall and the lid falls off!! The car seat smell like coffee! I was very disappointed and mad, when I came back again they give me another one for free. But for what happened today, I am not coming back to this place.

Im addicted..... So addicted to this place. I only wish they had one on the north side and on the way to La Crescent.Response to the owner: oh yes! I still go to whichever Moka is closest to me. 😁 Luckily I pass by the Moka on West Ave daily. I dont dare add up how much I spend there in a month. The Black & Whites and Turtle Lattes are my favorite! 😆I would also like to add that I really appreciate that the staff come out to the car. No other place does that and theyre all so friendly. Ive never had a bad experience. My pups love getting treats and my daughter likes getting candy on her smoothie. Thanks for all you and your employees do!

MOKA was excellent as always. The caer-side baristas always get the order correct. I brought my puppy and they offered a whipped cream doggy treat cup! Delicious goodies as well. Fast friendly staff!

I just have to say Im always super impressed with the customer service here. There are a few places to get a good cup of coffee in La Crosse, but Moka by far has the best customer service. Both at West Ave and in Onalaska. Its nice to be asked how your day is with your coffee. I was also glad to see they gave their employees face shields in light of COVID. Im glad theyre taking steps to protect their employees and customers. Keep it up Moka!

Good service, but I have had to toss out the Sportea three different times. The tea was bad or the flavor syrup they put in it was. Everything else I’ve had there is great!

Moka gets my order right about 1/5 of the time. The quality of the coffee is good, but very rarely do I get what I order. The person that runs the car line usually takes way too many orders and messes something up. I ask for a very little bit of creamer and sweetener and my coffee is basically half cream and way way way too sweet. Fan of the coffee, but hate the order line.

Great coffee, I have to customize mine so it isnt too sweet. I love that my pup gets a treat every time we drive through. Also, I love that they encourage not using disposable cups by buying their thermos (getting a discount pays off)! Staff are always lovely.

Great coffee and service! The only suggestion I would make is adding a speaker to make ordering quicker. It seems like ordering at the window and waiting for coffee there makes the line move slow.

Moka has the friendliest owner, staff, and the best drinks! (Much better than Starbucks or any other coffee chain)!! Support local people!She recommended the white blanco iced drink, and it was to die for! I’m usually not a coffee person, but WOW! The moka bites, sports tea raspberry, and Oreo shake are all amazing. Also matcha teas are great.We went to Moka in Lacrosse and saw a super long drive through, walked up the door (which said the lobby was closed) and the owner was sitting outside and let us walk up to the menu and order! We talked for 10 mins or so and the Owner was so kind and personable.

Super quick service. Free wifi. Great coffee and snacks. Parking can occasionally be a little interesting, but is almost never an issue. This is a great spot for a quick stop, or for when you really need a place to finish a term paper, or for a place to catch up with some friends over coffee.

Good place to meet up with people, I only rated 3 stars because its not super Spacey & I use a walker, had a challenging time being able to sit where I want with tables how they are placed.

Great service that is fast! Moka gets PACKED in the mornings, but its never been a big wait for me. They have the best coffee in town. They also have really good/fun donuts like M&M donuts and blue frosting with sprinkles. Their other pastries are good too. I always get an Americano with an icecube and sometimes a pastry. There is a drive through and a decent sized indoor space for sitting. There is also outdoor seating. The location is good (right off West Ave) and there are some parking spots. Plus their hours are really good.

MOKA has great mocha options if you like your coffee sweet! The staff loves to share recommendations and to help you out when youre undecided, and the service is usually very quick! They also have delicious breads and donuts to complement your coffee, and their prices are very reasonable!

Nothing wrong with the place, I just have higher than normal expectations for coffee. The staff is friendly, but the lines are usually pretty long. As long as you dont mind waiting a little bit for your coffee, its a good spot to go.

Extremely poor customer service... drive thru only location, employees drag feet walking to take orders and employees play favorites with their customers. I was sitting in their drive thru for over 30 mins and watched them come outside grab orders from people who came LONG after me and have them get their coffee LONG before me. Some not even paying for their drinks.. this place is shady. I got to sit in my car and watch them skip over my order 4 times.. walking to all other people but me. Avoid at all cost.

Its pretty good coffee. Fairly good environment. Very light and cheery! The staff always seem like they are more interested in talking amongst one another than they are talking to the customer. However, they are helpful and try to accommodate the best they can!

Superb coffee (especially the Jamaican Blend), delicious MOKA bars (peanut butter, oat & other deliciousness), and outstanding staff. Even with a line they can get through orders pretty quick. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

I love Moka coffee. As far as this particular shop, its very small and the lights are way too bright. I was thinking more cozy, dim lighting. But the chairs are pretty uncomfortable.

Staff are rude and snotty unprofessional and will make traffic wait while they sit and have a conversation with a customer in line that they know. When I tried to tell the staff at the window, they laughed. I asked for the managers business card and was told it wouldnt do me any good. I avoid this location and go to the 1 on 16 by the mall because they are much friendlier.

The service was great, I didnt know what to get and they made a great recommendation. I only drank half of my coffee and Im not sure what was in my coffee but my stomach is sooooo upset. My friends stomach hurts too. Maybe we didnt communicate good enough to ensure our coffee was exactly what we needed but sadly I wont be coming back here for a while because this is not a great feeling.

I really like Moka coffee, but lately it has been a horrible experience getting said coffee. No place to park, drive thru has become a waiting nightmare. Workflow really needs to be looked at or if you want that cup of coffee you need to expect to wait 17-20 minutes

Food, drinks, and employees are great. However, there are many flies flying around the seating area and food case. The flies are really gross and bothersome. This has been an issue all summer. Please find a way to deal with this.

Moka is amazing! The Moka in 330 Adams St I will NEVER go back. A few weeks ago my nephew and I went there and the barista(Benjamin) knew my nephew. For what ever reason he decided to take a sip of one of the drinks. The drink was for me not my nephew... After being disgusted and irritated I gave my drink to my nephew, two days later he had a fever. Yesterday me and my wife went there, after seeing him working we both threw our drinks away.

This place has the best coffee in the history of coffee places. And the prices are great the service is amazing. No where beats Moka.

Just had an apple fritter with a Jamaican…heaven. I have had great drinks here, but I have also had the same drinks made by different baristas that doesnt taste the same. Overall though, lovely place, wonderful people who work there, great drinks.
