Great place to do laundry. It was cleaner this time (the gaskets on the front loaders were much cleaner and we witnessed an attendant wiping out the washers-thank you!) BUT they really need to work on the dryers: half a dozen of them were marked out of order and many more probably could have because you could barely dry your laundry-lots of quarters! Love that they have ice cream and coffee.

Love the clean machines and staff. I come here during the week when there’s less of a crowd to get all my clothes and bedsheets done in an hour! Having an iced coffee while I wait is nice too.

Seem to be under new management since the last review on here we’re posted. The machines are clean and work great! The building is very clean! The staff is super sweet!

I am a regular here but for some reason I am sitting at a table and the male worker comes over and tells me when I’m not drinking my iced coffee that I am supposed to wear my mask. So rude. There is not one customer even around me...I will also let the owner know how I was treated.

I know the machines cost more than the other laundromats in town, but that’s obviously because they actually have people working there to pay and it’s the nicest laundromat around. Never worried about someone stealing my clothes if I leave and never worried about weird homeless people using it as a crash pad like with almost every other laundromat in town.The owner is really nice and has been updating and making it as nice as she can inside and they try to keep their tanning prices really low, which is pretty cool.

The place is clean and the machines are well maintained. The aisles are narrow, and the machines are pricier than elsewhere.

I have never been so disgusted with the way a place does business. A dryer malfunctioned and wouldn’t start and I was unable to use it after paying. I Let the attendant know and I was told I could not be refunded and there was “nothing I can do” and the owners “know that the machines do that” and it does not constitute a refund because they “aren’t responsible for stolen or damaged goods”. Absolutely laughable, you have a great employee there named Bo I must say. It’s fine I will just take my money elsewhere, and I advise that everyone reading this does too.

Overall this place is very nice. Its clean, the prices on the machines are a bit high but nothing insane, they offer many different sizes of machines for varying prices, and they serve ice cream and drinks you could find at a cafe.

The barista lady was very kind and helpful (Im the MOST indecisive person ever) also they RECYCLE EVERYTHING which is very impressive and I love it. Friendly vibes. Lovely interior. I come here a lot when its warm enough to walk. Love this place!!!!

Very nice staff here and the interior is very clean and comfortable. There are different size washers which are great for larger loads of laundry, and the prices are very reasonable. The seating area while waiting is a good spot to study, and the ice cream is insane.

Dropped off randomly and my clothes were still done 1.5 hours sooner than they had told me. Employee that was working was very nice and kind, and again like I said my clothes were done sooooo much sooner than expected so she must be an A1 employee.... Margie is her name, laundry is her game.

Wonderful place! Been going here for 4 years and not once left unhappy, if you have an issue with any machines staff will refund money to make sure your clothes are to your satisfaction, manager is very friendly and polite left money in the machine trying to wash while on a lunch break and forgot came back and no one stole it they actually told the manager and she kept it safe for me every quarter! I love to stay loyal to places that are loyal and dedicated to serve you!

Love the place, friendly staff, the smoothies were made with real frozen fruit which is a nice change from the paste other places use. While I was here and loading up my clothes into two washers, a staff person told me it be cheaper to fit it all into a bigger machine. Place is clean and there is a good amount of seating.

I havent been tanning. But I do use the laundry and have always found them to be sufficient. I can not say anything bad about the place. I have had ice cream and coffee too and always been good.

Rude & inconsiderate staff. I went in with a very small load. Only a few items. The manager/ owner or whomever she was took one look at me and said this place was for customers only. Then what the hell was I. I asked her where the change machine was and she stated again, for customers only. I told her thats what I was. And then said never mind because I heard someone else using it then walked over to use it. Then I went to put my purse down so I could get a box of detergent out of the machine. She was staring at me like a was a criminal. I finally said I had enough and this was no way to treat your customers and walked out. I miss the former owner & staff.

A clean environment to do laundry. Ice cream, coffee, tanning, tv, Wi-Fi. Not to mention its next to a park. Good place if you have kids or find laundry boring.

This is Joyce, I accompanied my daughter as she did her laundry; she always tells me Its fine Mom, a nice place. Im thinking, OK, at least its clean inside. Stopped for lunch earlier with another of our daughters and the places hot drink machines were down. Carrie said You can get one here. Huh?? Well! The machines were nice and clean; a staff member even asked us if we needed anything! I looked at my daughter and said Wow!. Again she said, Yeah this is a nice place. I turned around and saw A COFFE/ICE CREAM SHOP! Ordered my maple leaf latte; then we sat at the comfy seating area and watched a home rebuilding show. I actually talked with the lovely owner and told her, Im thinking we will sell our place; get rid or the washer and dryer; move this way and use your laundromat from now on!. What a relaxing, rejuvinating experience for a Christmas shopping day. The barista was very sweet as well. Thank you ladies. Probably keeping our home...but this is a nice place to know.

My dryer at home is currently broke so I took my clothes to this laundry mat as I have gone here in the past. The worker tonight was very rude. I was finishing up folding my clothes at 7:40 pm on a Saturday night as a younger lady transferred her load to one of the big expensive industrial dryers. The whole time the worker watch this young lady and watched with a mean look on her face. The young lady put her money in and started to walk to the front where the worker finally approached her and asked if she had just started the dryer even though the work knew she did because she watched her the whole time. The young girl said she did which the worker then told her she locks the doors at 8:00 and goes home so the girl can’t just leave her laundry there. Why didn’t this worker say anything to this young lady BEFORE she watched her transfer her clothes and insert the money! The sign on the door also says “last wash and dry at 8pm” it was 7:40 so why did this worker say this young girl could wait for it to dry? Lazy workers who just want to go home at 8:00 on the dot. This girl wasn’t the only one waiting for clothes to dry either.

Its always clean my washer has been ill people are polite notice how they are always cleaning machines until my washer is repaired happy to have their service

I been going here for years and used all the services. I love it and the prices but they really need to upgrade the tanning beds. Only reason im giving it 3 stars.

Clean and reasonably priced with wifi, ice cream and coffee shop. Dryers have always taken to long to dry a load on high temperature which uses more money than I feel should. Need MORE dryers. When theyre busy, its difficult to get a dryer or more than one dryer. Polite, friendly, customer oriented staff that are usually busy and not sitting bored.

The internet access is nice, but the cost for laundry is at least twice as much as any other place in town.

This is typically my go to place with great staff, coffee, and lots of machones, but recently more and more washers and dryers are out of order. I am extremely disappointed and am going to start looking for a new laundromat. More than half of the machines were out of order today.

Ive been coming to this place for many years, the people who work there were friendly, the coffee was good, I used to wash my clothes and enjoy a coffee, but the main reason for me coming there was the dryers. but now to use the dryer you have to pay for full cycle, if the cycle finished and you just want to dry for few minutes, then you have to pay for another full cycle, this is not cool since the dryer is overpriced, and if you forget your clothes they might get ruined, I sopped going there, they lost a loyal customer.

Lots of machines of different sizes. Location is nice. Next to Walgreens and a park if you want to do something while your clothes wash and dry.Prices are a little steep, but the different size washers have different pricing.

One of these days the barista will get my order right and be friendly.. one day... I think they are 1-5... If someone is visibly trying to get into the bathroom maybe tell them they will need the key from behind the desk.. I couldnt find the wifi posted anywhere. Most of the dryers are broken., but it gets the job done.

I have been going here for two years because of the prices and the convenience but the dryer always eats my shirts, rude people who wait to wash LITERALLY 14 loads of laundry and take up every available washer and dryer and pays no attention to when its finished. More than half of the washers are out of order EVERY time and theres always another broken one each time i go. The staff in the pm hours just sit on their phones and arent very helpful. SO yeah I usually dont leave negative reviews but I cant support them anymore. One night at 8:55 the lady working told me the last wash is at 9:00 (clearly made me feel obligated to leave even though they were still pretty busy) and suggested I go to Laundry express by Wal-Mart so thats who has my business now.

I havent been to this place for about a year before today. So I decide to try a berry smoothie, I get it and it tastes like crushed ice, Greek yogurt and then the berries. No sweetener, no sugar, no OJ It was terrible! I thought she just forgot to add the sugar. She said no but she could make it with ice cream, I was in a bit of a rush and it seems like this is going to be an experiment, so I show gratitude and leave. I tried another sip and almost threw up and decide Im going to have to go back on this one. To be fair, Im not a big smoothie drinker but, I have a few smoothies every summer, from various places, this is the worst I have ever had. This is the 1st time I experienced an unsweetened smoothie and I dont believe I will ever make that mistake again.

Nice place that is acceptable in many ways. Laundry machines work well, coffee shop is great, and facility is clean. Machines are coin operated. A onside free change maker and ATM with a fee are on site. Tanning is available, although I have never used it. Unfortunately, the reason I took off a star is there are several signs saying no treaspassing, which kinda ruin the nice coffeeshop vibe. All in all, it is a place I would recommend to a friend and I will continue to use for my wash.

I came in to do my laundary. I live in a very nice house. Washing machine went out. Being fixed as i type. I asked to use the bathroom. Staff asked are you doing laundary here? I said yes. I went and stood in front of my machine. She had to come check to make sure. I am wearing a $200 leather jacket and a pair of $250 okleys sun glasses. Really? I did not craw out of a cardbord box to come hang out in a laundarymat. Will not come back here agian.

What happened to sip n surf? It used to be so clean. Came in to wash rugs and found the place filthy and many machines out of order. Too bad, it used to be a pretty nice laundromat, I hope they get it together.

This is definitely one of the better laundry mats Ive been to. Clean. Machines are maintained. Never had my money eaten. Small play area for children. Cafe area with free Wi-Fi.

Was treated awful by one girl that works there again. All others are nice and seem to like me. She called the police on me claiming I wasnt there to do laundry. Was going to enjoy coffee and internet like most people. Very rude girl and I am talking with workforce development in regards to discrimination.

23 machines out of order, all credit cards swipes dysfunctional. Went to wash my white, king sized comforter and the dryer over heated and singed it on the edges and melted the tags. Don’t waste your time here.

Its a nice place to do your laundry and you can have ice cream while your waiting. A lot of the machines are out off service. Its a clean place.

They have excellent girls that work their that are very helpful and will stop what they are doing to come help you. They have WIFI, snack shop and tanning. So close to Walgreens. I recomend them to get nice fresh clean clothes..

I was doing my laundry, my clothes were in the dryer, so I left to go visit my girlfriend. Knowing that the place was open until 10:30. I thought I had plenty of time. (Hours posted on the door and online) I got back to laundromat at exactly 10:00, a half hour before it should have closed. Lights out, doors locked. I called and left a message on the answering machine saying that I would be back in the morning to pick up my clothes. And I mentioned hour posted on the door, opens at 7:30 a.m.I got back there at 7:40 a.m. lights out, door locked. I call and left another message at about 8 oclock. I left, got gas, came back stayed till 8:30, it still was not open. I had to go to work without my laundry and no idea when I would get it back.They were finally open when I stopped after work around 5:00. The attendant had no idea about what had happened to me. They had my clothes in a couple bags in the back. They were wrinkled and still a little damp. I asked for a way to contact for a manager or owner. She wouldnt do that but she said I could leave my name and number and have the owner get back to me. I had to redry my clothes, the attendant told me she had spoke with the owner. And she would be calling me. I never received a phone call. I think I would at least be entitled to a refund of my $11. I wasted hours on this nonsense because they cant keep the hours that they posted on their front door. Ive gone there for 7 years. not anymore. Wow $11. no, I mean $11.50 I had to dry my clothes for 10 minutes after all that.

I like that you can get a drink and have wifi while doing laundry. However Im pretty peeved right now that the employees leave early. Ive seen as early as 20 minutes from close when there are clothes in dryers. My boyfriend works 3rd shift I had to wait for him to go to work before picking up my clothes. This takes 5 minutes and I got here At 10:20pm and they were supposed to be open until 10:30. Supervisors/owners may want to keep a closer eye on that. Now Im going to have to get up very early before work to get my clothes. I work a service job and others in the past too and nevwe leave before close.

Staff in the evening are extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in at 9:15 to throw my blanket in the dryer for 10 minutes and the evening female staff rudely called out last load of wash is at 9:00. I started to explain I understand that your last load is at 9:00 and your open until 10:00 therefore....... . Thats when she YELLED out rudely again, ™Read the posting on the door! Last load is at 9:00 hon.. For one, I am NOT your hon and second, you should find s staff who have some professionalism when talking to a customer and in an acceptable pitch and tone. This is not the first time i witnessed this paticular staff act inapproprially while dealing with a customer at this faciliity. Please take notice of todays date being March 27, 2017 and the time being appx 9:30 now to determine what staff I am speaking of. You have an awesome facility set up at this laundromat and most times I am here it is generally packed with happyv customers who can enjoy sitting down reading the newspaper or surfing the web while enjoying a beverage of choice from cappuccino to shakes that they serve there at reasonable prices, as well as even take a break and enjoy a relaxing tanning session for a small fee. Wonderful setup but questionable staff.

The laundromat is supposed to be open at 7:30 on Sunday morning and here it is 7:55 and stIll not open. This is not the first time this has happened. Either get here on time to open the laundromat or get another job!!!

Over priced, machines broken, credit card machine broken, ATM broken, and as a cherry on top the Walgreens next door charges a three dollar ATM fee. Took my stuff and went to there competitor.

We were there on a Saturday early and the the food part was closed and the wifi code was not posted. A lot of out of order machines.
