So the good part is that it contains tools. A large amount of them. It even contains various fluids which go with tools. It contains oils, paints, solvents, and even glues. If you need a tool, or a tool accessory, this is a good place to go.The bad part is that theres a dude that works there that clearly wants to be anywhere but here. Im not certain where he wants to be. Maybe he wants to be in the white house? Maybe Neptune? Maybe he wants to be atop Mount Doom warding the efforts of height unique jewelry hating individuals. I dont know, I didnt ask. Maybe I should have. Maybe if I would have reached out I could have changed his life. But I didnt and its in the past now.Just know that if you go there you might run into a dude who clearly does not want to be there. Other than that its great!

The employees at Harvor Freight are very considerate, friendly, and accommodating in my past experiences while shopping. But this review is about how accepting they are of people with disabilities . My sin goes daily and not only do they treat him like everyone else would like to be treated but know his name and say hello everytime he goes in to the store just to listen to their music and walk their aisles. You get what you pay for and with I say they have some stuff not good and other stuff great. Generators, hand tools, pay a little more and you will be happy.

Harbor Freight has lots of items that for personal use is great for the price! Many things that need for basically everything from mechanics to carpentry, carpentry to sandblasting. Any DIY projects tools they have you covered!The extended warranty is not worth the paper its written on! I personally was taught that lesson after an item I purchased was recalled for refund or replacement. I purchased the warranty then recalled, so there was nothing to warranty, but wouldnt refund the warranty!Two store managers, corporate, and employees were not able to refund my warranty! So I would not waste my money on extended warranty, manufacturers warranty should be enough!

Great selection of tools at affordable prices. They have a few gems if you do your research when compared to other name brands. I enjoy walking through the store looking at all the different type of tools they have. I love my Daytona Jack btw!

Great tool store! Lots of tools to do almost any job. Most of the tools are affordable for the beginner and the professional. Lifetime warranty on anything with Pittsburgh is a great deal even better then Snap-Off with screwdriver handle damage and you wont have to sell a kidney to get a tool chest. The manager Adam is extremely friendly and helpful and will always go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

I went to harbor freight to return a torque wrench that ended up breaking on me and it was very easy to return and also to buy a welder for my trucks body and I asked Connor from the front and he recommended me the titanium flux 125 for what I needed he was very informative about the warranty and welding in general I had a very pleasant experience and 100% I would shop here again for tools.

Good warranty buy back program

They have a big sale going on and wanted to buy an air compressor. They didnt have it in stock and was told I could not pay for it to get the sale discount because if they did that it would be to much work to keep track of everything. I thought that was odd because I worked for Best Buy over 20 years ago and we did that with a bunch of hight school and college kids running things. But they cant do that. Very disappointing.

When I couldnt find an item/needed help with an item, I was able to have a clerk come help me.I am disabled & have to use a 4 wheel walker. The clerk helped me get stuff out to my car & put ev everything in the car for me as I had a couple very heavy items. Very much appreciated!!!

This is a nice tool store. They have a lot to pick from as well. They have some really cheap tools that I would stay away from but the also have plenty of nice tools and have added some high quality tools recently as well.I shop with confidence here and they always honor the warranty too.When it comes to the cheap tools I make sure to inspect them thoroughly first, which has lead me to having luck with their cheap tools. But I use them knowing they are cheap and treat them that way as well.

I have been shopping at his chinese-made parts store and am not satisfied they have so many things that are advertised on sale and yet they dont carry it in their store it is almost like a gimmick to get you in there and to buy other Wuhan stuff. They dont crack that they dont want to add their sale to another items they refused to carry or no longer carry they even refused to sell their last item as a display model because it entices people to come into the store and never get what they want. The quality of their tools it could just as well have made in China Taiwan or no name on it the finest men at work on their extensions work them wisdom same of the wrenches and ratchets you are told me to break a beer if you put more than 15 psi on it but unless you want to impress somebody with some overpriced pieces of metal in sequence and Order it is a waste of money to offer a lifetime return policy on a $4 item when I live in 90 minutes away is not feasible and they would not like to carry my part when I came in and would not honor their warrant as what happened before my suggestion is what do you load the van store and by the tools there if there are any errors in this post is because I am voice texting

I love harbor freight. Have bought a bunch over the years. The electric tools are not the best but, you get what you pay for. As long as you dont use them for a contracting job they will last. Precision woodworking your thing? Buy elsewhere. Have had the same little air compressor for years. The coupons are fun. Just, wish they change up the freebies once in a while.

If you do a little research you can find quality, dependable items. Their app, catalogs, and flyers, are loaded with coupons and free items. Ive also never had a problem when Ive had to return something.

Its a trap. You go in for 1 thing and at those prices you come out with alot more. I love this place for tools and equipment.

Better to buy in store than online because online can take forever with H.F.s slow shipping, but prices online are sometimes cheaper than the store.

Always great for cheaper tools. I highly recommend new techs to purchase there first tool boxes and hand tools here. Save money when you first start out, grow your tools from the tool trucks if you want later, dont blow your paychecks right away.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The store is really nice,not cluttered at all and nice wide isles to easily navigate walker or electric wheelchair. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely go there again.
