These guys were great, we had a tire blow out on our trailer, on the freeway. They came and put on our spare and gave us directions to the store. We bought two new tires, one to replace and one to match on the same front axle.Thank you for all your help.

We stopped by to get our tires filled and they noticed that one was flat. They were more than helpful! They fixed the tire and got us back on the road, all for free since they were able to fix it so a new tire wasnt needed. They were so fast! Thank you so much!

They were very busy that day like wow Ive never seen it like that they were remodeling I believe I pulled up I didnt even have to get out of my car someone was right there directing me where I needed to go to get 1 tire fixed or replaced the main building was nonfunctional so I got sent to this awesome trailer that I thought was the new building but it wasnt it was just a temp till the main one was done I couldnt believe that leschwabs took care of his company so well and made sure that the employees and customers were definitely taken care of it was an awesome set up cram packed full of people one car moved out another moved in all day long they were a great team oof guys and girls working together

Omg you guys saved us. We were in La Grande on our way to Boise when we had a flat tire. We called Les Schwab and a guy came out and put air in it so we can drive to Les Schwab. They were able to patch it up quickly and get us going, all free of charge. BEST ever, love you guys, so grateful.

Set up and appointment which is essentially pointless because you don’t get seen. There was going to be a 90 minute wait minimum after arriving on time for the appointment. They lost my keys and put them in the lost and found instead of with the work order. Just unprofessional I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on this place has gone way down hill.

Always love Les Schwab, but this location in particular was incredible. They got us right in fixed us up and had us on our way in no time, even right before close of business! Saved our road trip from disaster or delay! Big thanks to everyone there!!!

Helped me with my rental car flat tire quickly and on my way

Ive spent more than 25yr in the automotive industry and I have never had as bad of an experience with a tire company as I had with less schaub in La Grande Oregon. Thelady at the desk was rude to say the least. I brought in a flat and expected it was possible I would need a new tire. I was polite and was good with it when I was told I did. At that point I decided I might as well buy a whole set, she gave me a crazy quote and I called a company in Pendleton Oregon and was quoted $300 less for a higher milage tire. I asked if they would price match and they would not even price match on a lower quality tire, so I asked them to load up my flat tire, they did. I got home,a 40 mile round trip and found out they had loaded up someone elses tire in my truck. I took the wrong tire back,40 miles out of my way and asked again if they would match the other tire shop price again and was told, no not even for a lower quality tire. I wound up driving 120 more miles on a donut tire and saved$300 at Tire pros in Pendleton Oregon. Dont let the ads for Less schaub fool you, Less is dead and there is nothing but incompetence and money hungry vipers there now!

I was in a pinch with a flat tire and came in right before close. The staff were super friendly and fixed me up quick and patched my flat for no charge! I really owe it to this these guys.

We were traveling from North Idaho to Southern Idaho, got a bolt in the tire. Put on the spare and went to the closest Les Schwab which was La Grande. The guys were great fast and friendly! Les Schwab has my business no matter where we are! Thanks La Grande shop!

The guys at les schwab are great guys . The problem I have is that they wont just fix whats wrong that they always add stuff to get replaced instead of just doing what is asked . Other than that I would go to this schwab over any other one for sure .

Stopped to get breakfast and noticed a bubble in my tire. Took it in to Les Schwab and the serviceman came out, looked at it and told me exactly what it was. I got new tire, in and out in less than 30 minutes and back on the road.

I was recently in La Grande with a seriously flat tire in the Walmart parking lot. I called Les Schwab and Caleb came out immediately. He took my tire off and returned in no time with a replacement tire and sent me on my way home.

Called to see if they could fix my travel trailer tire that had a slow leak. They said that they were busy but could get to it if I left it with them. I did that and it was done within 30 min. Great service and very nice experience. Thanks for the great work.

What a pleasant surprise in an unpleasant circumstance. We were traveling on 84 when the check tire pressure light came on. We were traveling in an unfamiliar area thinking the worst. Luckily we found Les Schwab Tire Center off of 30. They were swamped with other cars needing service but were able to squeeze us in. Not more than 15 minutes later we were happily on the road. No charge. The young man said that’s what they do...at no charge ...fix tires! That is what I call awesome! Thanks Les Schwab for taking care of us and helping us get on with our vacation.

Had a tire blow out in family RV, these guys were wonderful. Gave me a good deal on new tires, changed them quickly while family waited in the car, and even gave us great advice on local campground. Could not hope for a better service!

I went to Les Schwab Tires to have my tires changed from my winter tires to my all season tires. While I waited, which was not long, I ate fresh popcorn, was offered fresh coffee, watched a large screened TV and then read real estate ads, all of which was free! The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. After a short while my name was called and I was told that my car was ready. I was wondering why no one had mentioned how much the work done on my car would be so I asked the uniformed gentleman who handed me my keys. Can I put the charges for this work on my account? He replied with a smile, There is no charge Its free! I left very happy to have had a very pleasant experience and it didnt cost me anything! Everything was free!

Nice people, good effort, terrible out come... Purchased two new batteries for our 2015 RAM 3500, 118k miles. Had the batteries installed then was informed that the trucks charging system was not working, battery dash light was on. This was not the case when the truck was brought in to their shop. This happened on a Saturday and luckily found a shop to fit me in to diagnose and repair our truck. Repairs included replacing the alternator and three fuses, mechanic stated that a battery was either connected backwards (Positive post to negative) or took a heavy arc through the system. Batteries cost $455.00, repairs cost $744.00, not real happy with all this...

Very thankful for the free tire change they helped with today. Rolled in right after having a rock sink into my tire. They help switch the tire out for me and on the road I was.Now today they did a great job putting on all four new tires. And switch out my front rims, even though there was a locking lug nut that I didnt have a key for.

Best Les Schwab Ive ever been to.First off two of my winter tires would not fit on the rear axle due to a slight difference in struts. The tech called me and said he could look for some used ones. He called back in less than 5 min said he found two I could buy for 10$ a pop. (90%) tread . It was a heck of a deal.They also helped me get my motor running again.This is by far the best tire shop in Eastern Oregon. Thanks guys. You all carry yourself in a professional manner and always go the extra mile.Keep it up and thank you again!

Had a flat at a rest stop outside of town, google Les Schwab, only 8 minutes away. The young man that fixed our tire and replaced it on out trailer was pleasant, quick and thorough. After fixing the flat, he checked all other tires on the trailer and tow vehicle for proper pressure. In and out in about 30 minutes. All the staff here were polite, pleasant and customer oriented. A pleasant experience following our unfortunate flat tire experience.

These guys hustle! I have had to come here more times than Id like for brakes and tires but everytime they are incredibly helpful and patient with me even when Im that annoying customer who didnt prepare for a trip properly and needed it to ask for a little extra last minute help to make sure I could get on the road safely. Jake and Ryan in particular have always been stellar, answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain thingd to me. Proving to be my go to spot in town for breaks

The employees were kind and helpful in a popped-tire-on-a-road-trip situation. My kids fell asleep in the car after changing a tire to a spare on the freeway and they slept through the tire change! We were all able to stay in the car while they did the work and they even brought me the checkout paperwork so I didnt have to wake my kids up. It made getting back on the road after a bad situation better. The tires are also guaranteed and can be replaced at any Les Schwab location - and there are locations all over the West. Road trip peace of mind - here we come!

This place was AMAZING! i was in the process of driving almost all the way across the country, got a flat tire 300 miles before my destination. and Les Schwab was right down the street. they came to meet me, put on my spare tire for me FREE OF CHARGE, i would have had to wait at least 30-60minutes for AAA, i followed the mechanic back the the shop within 20 minutes they had replaced my tire and i was back on the road. fantastic service! and extremely quick! thank you!!!

I know several of the people who work here. They have a good selection of tires, especially for Pickups and SUVs (the common vehicles out here). The service and attitude of the workers runs the full range from accommodating and professional, to What the he** do you want? They are generally first come first serve, so be there early if you need immediate assistance.

Traveling cross-country in the La Grande area and our tire punctured and the sidewall went out. We were down to the rim and Les Schwab pulled up to help us at roadside and ultimately got us back down the hill and we got a new tire and on the road in about an hour. Fabulous company great service really appreciate all of the help.

Stopped here because my low pressure light came on. I waited in line for 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment that I was even there. So I left and went down the road to commercial tire where they greated me outside and took care of the issue. Traveling through Labor Day Weekend and had a blowout on our camper. Spent the night at Grande Hotspring RV Resort, went into town Tuesday morning for new tires. They were super busy but got us in and back on our way before noon. Great service at a great price!
