The La Grande, OR., Commercial Tire store is amazing. Due to two shredded trailer tires, we had to stay all night at a La Grande truck stop. We called Commercial Tire when they opened, and Evan came within 10-15 minutes to change our tire. When that was done, we followed his truck to their store, where they immediately started working to change the rest of the tires. Evan was very knowledgeable and super polite. From our phone call to pulling out of their store was only two hours. Their customer service is the best. Thank you so much for helping us out.

This is an excellent business with amazing staff! We were traveling through the area, pulling a travel trailer on the way to see our son, who we havent seen in over a year due to covid, when our alternator went out. These helpful people went out of their way to squeeze us in and get us back on the road with a friendly smile and an honest price! Everyone who worked there was not only kind, but willing to stop for a quick conversation to know our story. In just a little while, we were back on the road, headed to see our son! We are very grateful to Commercial Tire!

For three full years these guys have been awesome. My only complaint used to be having to wait for service because I didnt have a ride to and from. But I have discovered that I can make an appointment online and if not, then call and Kyle will set it up. Never had a problem with anything. I have been having them service my Silverado, my sons Silverado (plus tires) and my horse trailer (tires and bearings) No problems. I had a set of tires that my son found in his garage when he bought his house and they put them on and service as if I bought them there. They note other things they found that need attending to without trying to upsell. I hate upselling. Usually, if the mechanic has a few moments, he will see if I have any questions. I have not noticed any higher prices since their move to the nice new facility behind the Ford dealership. These guys are always in a good mood. Sign of a good business owner (thats at you, John).

Lagacy Ford brought our truck to commercial after they struggled to get the tires on it balanced. The tires shook so we took it back to them. We were told our wheels are bent and we need new wheels. Took the truck to les schwab for a second opinion after almost purchasing new wheels. No we do not need new wheels, and after schwab was done the shake is completely gone. The balance job done at commercial was completely messed up. If we hadn’t been smart enough to question the the fact we were told our wheels are bad, we would have spent unnecessary money to fix it. (Over $1000) Not happy! Will take our business back to schwab.

Not great at estimating time for repairs, or having a way to communicate with customers about time. They installed brakes in my vehicle but then failed to bleed the brake lines. Luckily I had enough experience to know what was wrong. I would not have written such a negative review for just that, but then they told me that all my struts were leaking (at 60,000 miles, which I thought was odd) and that I should think about replacing them soon - I took my jeep to someone else since I figured maybe the brake thing was a fluke because they are a tire place - I found out from the other place that none of my struts were actually leaking. The other place saved me almost $1000 by being honest. Would not recommend this place for brakes or suspension. They were also not very professional while I was waiting - chasing around women and playing tricks - Maybe if that time had be spent on my vehicle this would be a better review.

Super helpful changing out a trailer tire and didnt charge me an arm and leg to do so!!

Had studded tires put on but couldnt find our regular tires. Had to go back later to get them after they finally found them. Oops

They used to have the same guarantee as Les Schwab and would change your tires if they were mounted and at least one set was theirs, for free...well not this year! Since they have to pay for the fancy new building they are putting in, they are charging for everything and have raised their prices. Not going back!

I have never gotten better service at a tire shop. These guys had tires mounted and balanced in 20 minutes and had very reasonable pricing as well. I will definitely be back

I dropped in without an appointment and Lily at the front desk was super courteous and helpful. A technician was able to help me almost right away, and he even went out of his way to print out a diagram that helped explain what was going on with the trucks alignment and took time to make sure I understood (thanks, Ben!).

This shop is run and staffed by honest hard working friendly people. I have been going here for five years and the Mgr, John C., never ceases to stop going above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. He was taking some days off over Labor Day weekend, and came down to the shop to help me. I cant say enough good things about this man or his way of running his business. Fast service

Very prompt and courteous. Very professional. Dropped four tires for mount and balance. Had a question about my bill. $45 labor and $97 parts. Wasnt sure if 4 valve stems would cost that much.

I purchased a set of Micky Thompson tires on line. I first went to the tire store down on Adams and was rudely told if I didn’t buy my tires There they weren’t interested in mounting them. Ok fine.I went to Commercial Tires and was treated friendly and with respect and my tires were mounted and balanced in no time at a fair price.I guess you know where I go now.

I called yesterday to inquire about Blizzak tires for my Outback. She said they didn’t have any in stock, that nationally Blizzaks were sold out. She couldn’t give me a time when they would be available, but said it would be weeks.In desperation this morning I called Commercial in Ontario. The woman said they could have them in 3 days, then told me Hermiston had 4 Blizzaks 225/60, 18in in stock. I called Hermiston. They are mounting the Blizzaks tomorrow.

They were clear about why they. Needed to replace the tires and they discussed their credit and their charges for everything. They always do a good job.

I showed up with some tires from a different supplier and I had a leak in one. They fixed the leak and rotated my tires. I went to pay and they said it was free! I was totally expecting to pay. Thank you Commercial Tire!

Got some tires switched over to some wheels I had in my car but they ended up putting the wheels on the car without asking me and left the front left wheels loose on all lugnuts. When confronted they gave me 15 dollars off an alignment which is weak and when I brought the car in I sat for 3 hours till I had work and asked them how long it would be and they said they probably wouldnt get to it today and that they would reschedule me. Safe to say my first two experiences were not great. Just go to les schwab.

These guys replaced my tire free of charge!!??? Truly free things are a blessing and this one helped me right when I really needed it.

If I could give them less then one star I would. An hour and half after I dropped of my car they called to say it was locked and they couldnt get in. I went back to the lot and found all four doors unlocked and the key in the car.

Had flat tire still driving on leaking tire. They were to bussy to take care of me i guess winter tires are more inportant than a flat.

Had to stop over on my way through to fix a flat the day before Thanksgiving. They were slammed but fixed my tire quickly, were super nice, and let me bring my dog in.

Called them panicking because I had to be at an appointment and walked out to this. They sent a young man over right away, aired up my tire and he followed me to the shop where they got the nail removed and I was off to my appointment. Great friendly service!

I was on a journey destined for failure from Bellingham, Wa to Dallas, TX in my 2004 honda civic. While traveling past deadmans pass my car did indeed begin to die.Anyway long story short the staff here are all cool people and even though it took a while to fix my car I got to explore some pretty cool little town La Grande, Or I would have otherwise never visited.
