Owner Mike came out this morning to personally replace a defective switch on our motorized recliner. No charge. Under warranty. He was on time, quick (20 minutes), friendly and very professional. Great local company to do business with. We highly recommend them.

The managers here are friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to take some items home to be sure that they matched. We are glad to have a great local place for furniture.

My husband and I purchased a sofa 5 years ago with recliners at each end. It came with a Limited Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty. Last week part of the frame on one of the recliner sections broke. We called the La Grande store, they sent someone out to look at it the next day and called the manufacturer on our behalf. As it turns out the parts were no longer available, so the limited warranty was void. But, Mike from the store, sent someone out to pick up the recliner section, took it into the shop and repaired it (very well) himself. The recliner was delivered and reattached it to the sofa today. Appears to be good as new. There was no charge for the repair or pick-up and delivery. Needless to say, our next furniture purchase will definitely be from the La Grande NW Furniture and Mattress store.

Bought a rocking recliner with head assist, it took 3 months to arrive, was not right chair, did not sit tight. Called for refund or some kind of assist but was told, sorry, nothing we can do, we dont deal in used furnature!! If they hadent been closed 3 months it wouldnt of been USED!! Will NEVER buy there agin

I love my new chair! What a great deal! & because of good timing delivery was fast and efficient too. I live up on the hill, and had narrow stairs and hard corners to negotiate. Shaun was a professional salesperson who took me right over to exactly what I needed. What a great experience.

My boyfriend and I just got a mattress from northwest about a month ago, and we LOVE it so much, couldnt be happier. They are very thorough and full of information. Love this place, first choice when it comes to furniture stores!

Northwest furniture and mattress has great service and and high quality furniture. Our boy colored with red marker all over one of our chairs. We called them an they had us wipe the microfiber with dawn and warm water cleared it right up. We have been back multiple times great small town feel and a huge inventory to choose from. If they dont have it in stock they most likely can get it in.

I guess price is very subjective. I found them extremely reasonable with a good range of prices. For instance a queen size mattress can be had for anywhere between $550 and $3500. Thats as good as a price as you will get anywhere and they are high quality. And its FAR from the most expensive..Ive seen mattresses for $10,000. Insane but true. The delivery service is superiour. The gentlemen are polite and efficient and I felt comfortable having them in my home. If they have what I want I will always buy from Furniture West.
