3 guys working, no customers, all lazy. It was easy to tell they just could not be bothered. Person who ended up helping us was reluctant and gave the vibe he just wanted us out. Honestly minimum effort would have been nice. Sad excuse for a corporate store.

This review is strictly for this location.Dont expect the so called manager to be polite and answer any simple question like what does scanning a qr code do? Simple question. He could have answered that but refused and walked away, then when he came back and I asked again I received attitude. Didnt deserve his treatment at all.
So I went in the store first to look at options for a upgrade got told I couldn’t look around. When I asked about upgrading my phone I got told I had to pay it off first which is wrong I was due for update then the lady sat there on her phone and her husband came in and they sat there in back against the back wall instead of helping customers
I was only a matter of time. I transfered my business account in December. I was sold on so much good stuff. Well that good stuff that they sold me on was a lie. I dont even have access to my account! When I tried to access my account online, Im getting a message that I dont have administrative access. I cant cancel, or add services unless I plan to spend an hour or so in their store. Like I have an hour to spare. Data! I was sold a bill of goods that are no good. Apparantly 22 gigs of data with a business account was another lie. Its 10. No more no less of high speed data. They didnt have to lie to me to get my business. They didnt have to restrict access to my account by making me come into the store. My bill is paid on time every month. I do my part, why cant they do their part? Oh and I forgot. Im paying for a feature that I dont have access to because I dont have access to launch it. So much for the business # I cant use. As a home service provider, I cant imagine treating paying customers this way. Id be out of business.
Alfonso was beyond rude. Clearly he is unhappy about having to work today so what better way to get even than to scare away potential new customers. Never even made it in the store and i was ready to make my switch to your company.

On August 26th an employee from this store location authorized a SIM swap!! I reside in Lodi, CA. My phone suddenly stopped working and I had to use someone elses phone to call Verizon and find out what was going on. The Verizon help center stated that a Motorola phone was attached to my number which I have had a Samsung galaxy for 3 years. I did my research on this scam going around and learned that it is usually an inside job. The same day my password to my bank account was suddenly changed and someone was able to get $8,000 of my money.I have not received any of my money back from Bank of America but I will most definitely be taking this investigation further until I do!I suggest you train and watch your employees a lot better!

I was WOWed by Carmen. Her attitude, personality and willingness to HELP. I havent seen this at this location in a very very long time. Carmen thank you for your attention and time. Carmen made my visit pleasant. Thats why I give 5 stars.
Tech there doesnt know what shes doing and immediately went for a factory reset before the manager, Carmen, came over to see if the phone was even compatible with the network. The manager was super rude and was trying to pin it on me before she just walked away from the situation. Her reps had said at the time of transfer that if I just swapped out the sim card that all would be fine without telling me to come back in to ensure everything was connected properly considering their system was down. There are honestly better Verizon locations to go to in the surrounding area with people actually willing to help you and wont walk away after the first sign of things getting difficult.
I have always had a positive experience when i come here. i have been visiting this specific location for years and the associates always help and try their best so that you feel good about your purchase / plan / questions. i sometimes have to ask the same question twice and they do not hesitate to make me feel confident about what i have on my account
Every time Im here Im greeted by professional and helpful staff. One visit they had a lot of customers ahead of me. I put my name in and told the staff member Id be next door grabbing a bite at Rubiks; he came over and got me when my turn was ready. Then the service person assisting me was excellent. I had a lot of transfers and different transactions to take care of; he was very helpful.
Love this location!!! Jesus and Noah are the best retail associates of all time (outside of Verizon included)!!! We switched from Sprint because of the terrible customer service and the terrible carrier service - Verizon is 10000x better and theres a lot of confidence in their products and help. Best decision of our lives was making the switch over to Verizon, and the La Habra Verizon has an amazing team!!
Outside of my thoughts of policy Verizon implements, this particular store has never done me wrong. The management has always gone out of their way to make me happy and helped me get what I wanted. A solid store and I appreciate caring for the customers.
The selection of smartphones was extremely limited. Literally only 4 makes and around 3 models from each. Tons of other accessories and gadgets though. If you need a case for your phone, a charger, Google Home devices, or similar tech, then this is a good stop. The people are friendly and relatively knowledgeable, so make sure to do your own homework before stopping by. This particular visit left me happy cause I got a better service plan (and cost) than I had previously. Ive been to other Verizon stores and always felt like I was being sold a used car. Very pushy associates who only wanted to sell you the most expensive everything, and not what you want or need. Not so much at this location.
Dont get service with verizon. They are by far the most expensive and their service is no better than Cricket. Overpriced accessories and clueless staff. They should wear clown costumes the way they act. If you have to call Verizon, dont follow the prompts. Hit 0#* each time you hear the computerized voice, and you will be connected quickly. All Verizon employees use a script, including the jokers who respond to these reviews! Sorry you missed the mark this time . . . Clowns!
Went there to get technical help with a Verizon LG phone.Was courteously greeted upon entering, got the phone in working order, and given advice to keep it that way. Very satisfied with their service.
Long story short: The workers at this location did not attempt to help me and were interested more in selling me a new item. I will not be coming here again.Long story long: My current phone died a few days ago due to water damage. I went to this store to try and see if there was anything that could be done to fix my phone. They said no, because my phones warranty had expired and I did not have insurance. Thats fair, but it took me a while of asking to even get a recommendation of where I could go to take my phone for repairs. I came back to this location yesterday to see if I could get an old phone reactivated in the mean time. They said no, because my phone was no longer on the network; and that I would have to buy a new phone. I felt trapped; I didnt have the coin to buy a new phone, but in this day and age it isnt practical to not have a phone...I use one at my work fairly regularly. I eventually went to the Verizon store near the Puente Hills Mall, and they were able to get my old phone reactivated. They just took the sim card from my new, water damaged phone and inserted it into my old, still-functional phone. They didnt even charge me! All it took was a few moments of my time. They will be getting a good review from me, but not the La Habra store. They were only looking to make a new sale, and were not interested in helping me. Either the workers didnt know how their products work (which would be bad), or they were intentionally misleading me (which is worse). Either way, this is unacceptable, and this particular store will no longer have my business. I will be attending other Verizon stores in the future.

Tmobile was my first company and I couldnt wait to leave it. Went to Verzion have been with them for 20+ years! Hate it!!!! Dont know why Ive stayed! Cant wait for the end of the contract.... So I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for years and I wanted to upgrade to a Droid X. I looked online and actually found the phone available from Premium Retailer Lets Talk for $50 with contract extension but I wanted the phone immediately, not waiting a week or more or paying as much as the phone in shipping (not to mention that it was as much as the phone for taxes).So I go into the store and talk with the sales guy and he says there is nothing I can do to get the phone phone any cheaper... I think BS, so I talk to the manager, I have corporate discounts and whatever. So the manager looks at my account and says there is nothing I can do but pay the $299 plus taxes for the phone. There are no deals or discounts and wont be.So I storm out, thinking what a rip off, so for a $250 savings I will wait the week, not like my previous smart phone was dead or anything. So I contact Lets Talk to get the $50 Droid X. The rep takes all my information and processes the order, then apologizes and says my account is blocked and I cannot get the phone from Lets Talk I can only get it from Verizon directly, if I wanted to try I could get the phone from Lets Talk for the $50 BUT if Verizon refuses the contract on my account my Credit Card will be charged the $699 as if I bought the phone without a contract.I was livid. So with my tail between my legs I went back to the Verizon store and begrudgingly bought the phone for the $299 +++ and went on my merry way with my new Droid X. I liked the phone but hated the way I was treated.Think that is bad enough... NOPE!Just 2 weeks later I was driving by and there were signs surrounding the Verizon store saying ALL PHONES FREE with 2 year contract extension So I stopped in and as expected was pretty much told we already have your money, there is nothing you can do about it.SO, Verizon Wireless Stores, you have gotten the last dollar you will ever see from me. When it is time to get a new phone I will wait and only get it when it is free, and NEVER from this location.And seeing the other 1 star ratings maybe it is time to close up shop.

Recently my mom went in to upgrade her phone at the 1401 Imperial Hwy address. Jon Paul the sales agent there sold a mobile hot spot wireless device to her and when she asked him if there were any other charges associated with using this device, he said, No. He also didn t mention the 14 day return policy.Sure enough, our bill comes later than 14 days and there is a setup fee as well as monthly fee charged. Also, the cost of the actual hot spot device was higher than what was stated at the store.When we called Verizon customer service, they told us to go to the store. When we went to the store, they told us that it was past the 14 days and would not return our money until they talked to the salesman who misrepresented the product. They told us to come back in 3 days!Justin is the manager at this store and was not cooperative in any way. I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 13 years and never been treated this way.BEWARE most of these Verizon salesman are just being pushed to sell as many products based on hidden fees and lies. And there are no repercussions for their actions! Make sure you read everything in the store and always do your research online before making any purchase especially at this store.I would even suggest voice or video recording the conversation with the salesman in the store at the time of purchase. Make sure you tell them that you are in fact recording so that it can be used for legal purposes at a later time.

I experienced a complete lack of customer service. I went in to pay my bill & was turned away because I didnt have my drivers license on me. I shouldnt have to beg them to take my money, I proved account manager status and have been there so many times, talked to the same brainless people/robots. Everyone is on autopilot. Super annoying
This place sells inferior products knowingly and will give you attitude when you call them out on it. The employees act very self entitled and rude, and the manager just says theres nothing he can do. I suggest avoiding this place and let the over paid whiney employees be replaced by robots.
WOW refused entry to the store, I was told to stand outside thats their policy. I was told there were too many people in the store.I said there are only two people in the store. Thats their policy. All I wanted was an otter box. Go anywhere but here.

This place used to be great place now the people are Rude and liars, my Daughter went in to trade her phone get a new one the person that helped her told her that the Accessories were only $40 and when we got the Bill all the accessories were charged to the account she tried to talk to the same person that helped her and she denied ever telling her the accessories were only $40 so when she asked for a manager she said that there was no manager there, after several attempts a manager showed up only to Ignore her completely and just told her to return the Accessories and walked away leaving talking Im Glad I wasnt there I would of lost it, but I guess that will be the last day we ever going to set foot at that ish Location !!!! I think that even 1 star is not even good for this ish Store !!! Cant believe it been a loyal customer for like 20 years and this just makes me sad to see the customer service downgrading !!!

Not the service that Verizon use to give. I was told my wait for service was approx 25 minutes. I waited for over an hour patiently. The store wasnt even equipped to handle my needs, wasted over an hour of my life that I can not get back. I wont be going back.

I understand everyones bad reviews about this place cause i have seen it and feel like the service was sub par. however i believe, of course, it is because of who you get. everyone time Ive gone in Ive been helped by different people and dont bother getting to deep with my problems cause everyone seems to be concerned about their commission until i was recommend to Michael Salgado. He is the only one Ive dealt with at this store that actually felt like he was helping me instead of me helping him. great service from him and cannot except anyone else serving me except him. Ive had help from a few others and even on the phone they are just like how can i help you not thanks for calling or coming in. Today i went in for problems that i created, (begin rant) googles brilliant idea of step-2 verification which blocks your phone from accessing you gmail account all together cause it doesnt ask for a second password like its suppose to. (end rant) knowing that i couldnt get michael to help cause he does sales not tech support a young girl Sarah helped me and was excellent as well. although she could not solve my problem cause this is a new thing from google, she did help me find that it was my account and not the phone thus i looked into what i did and solved the problem right away. she was helpful in the sense of giving a second eye will defiantly go back but only for those 2 people and no one else. Best customer service since my Uncle worked for Verizon years ago :DThank You Michael and Sarah!
