Sales person was friendly upon initial visit. Went in for a new phone on my existing account and to add an additional line of service for my wife. Was provided a written summary of the plan costs which included some financing charges for the new phone along with taxes and fees. Unfortunately beyond the initial visit, nothing has gone as offered. I was offered a plan that I did not get. The plan that I got was $50 more per month than quoted. After multiple attempts to get it corrected by the person that sold me the service, I escalated it to Cellular Sales Customer Service. The only thing they did for me was send me to Verizon Billing. After multiple calls to Verizon Billing I finally got some help but still paying for a plan that is $10 more per month than the quoted by the Cellular Sales representative for a lesser plan than quoted. To get what I was quoted it will cost me $30 per month more. I have repeatedly reached out to the sales representative as well as Cellular Sales Customer service with no resolution. I highly recommend staying away from these Authorized Retail outlets and going directly to a Verizon Corporate store. What this outlet did is very deceptive and will likely require legal action to get resolved. Cellular Sales will drop you like a hot potato once you walk out the door.Additionally your response is apparently a bot response as the Phone Number, Email Address and Case numbers do not provide any further assistance. I have used them all with zero assistance in getting resolution. Please Reference Case 375273.5-18-21 Update. Contacted Customer Service using new case. Service representative listened to issue and is working to bring to acceptable resolution. I will update the review if resolution is achieved.6-15-21 Update. Cellular Sales Customer service has worked to bring the issue to an acceptable resolution. While this issue should not have occurred, they did follow up on the second Case and work toward a resolution that was an acceptable compromise.

Ive worked with several different representatives and they all were very nice and patient. I highly recommend this store location as opposed to the store in bay colony as they require an appointment and are always busy with long lines, not to mention the service there just doesnt match the service here in the La Marque store.

I am reuploading this review as it appears as if they deleted my previous one. This means that they have lost the last star I gave them for their friendly service. This was the only redeeming factor they had left. But unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars so I guess they can have one star still.When I went in to upgrade my phone, (2 years ago mind you, but Im still somewhat upset because nobody resolved my issue), they requested that I sign in with my email to begin my file transfer from the old phone to the new one. This seemed perfectly acceptable. They then proceeded to leave themselves a 5 star review under my email account so that they could receive a commission bonus for the service.If they wanted a review, I would have been more than happy to provide one. However, the employees took it upon themselves to leave one in my name. Which makes me fearful as to what else they might have done to invade my privacy being that my phone is set up through my personal email account. They also did a horrible impression of me. I would have been slightly less angry if they utilized proper grammar and wrote a more formal review in my traditional style, but alas, they wrote it with the expectation that I was a stereotypical teenager with poor writing skills. Bottom line is, do not under any circumstance EVER use a customers email account to promote yourself without permission. Perhaps they might have a new set of employees now and you will not run into this issue anymore. But just in case, I will leave this here so that people can be conscious of leaving an employee unattended with their new device.
