Amanda was amazing! Took the time to listen and help me figure out exactly what I needed. Helped me with a promotion to save ALOT of money! Unfortunately, I saw a discrepancy on my online account so called the help desk. The initial service rep was less than helpful but her supervisor explained in order for me to get the promotion, had to be done a certain way (basically, a financial back end contract where they charge & then credit same amount every month=no cost... Very confusing, but a common practice now days). Amanda explained that to me, I just forgot!

I’ve been here a few times thinking it’ll be better than the last. They’ve been unhelpful most of the time. Yesterday afternoon I went in to ask about a promo. The Hispanic girl (forgot her name) took my phone without asking and took a screenshot, messed with the phone, and then took the case off. I asked for my phone back so I could take the case off, because apparently she didn’t believe me when I said my phone is in good condition. She just looked at me and continued to take off the case in a not careful way. She rubbed her hands all over the camera and the screen. Like..this is my property, thank you. Just a disrespectful person. I asked some questions about the promo and the plan I had to be on, and they stood there looking at each other until someone pulled out a paper with all the info on it. They didn’t even know their own promos. They also acted unprofessional and sarcastic with each other when there were customers in the store. I’ll go to another store or switch companies.

Serina is not suited for her job.Poor training leads to additional bill charges and unhappy customers. sales associate said one thing, then the bill reflected additional charges and fees.

Manager Serina Dominquez mislead me about a promotion that my account qualified for. After wasting hours of my time at the last minute I was advised that I cannot do that certain promotion. Waste of time and effort. I advise they make Manager qualification at T-Mobile a lot more strict and educate them on how to read and understand basic promotional plans. I hope this does not become a trend with T-Mobile with future customers.

Great experience at T- Mobile! Chris and Jesse were extremely helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I received exactly what I asked for. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color of my phone, case and watch. Chris and Jesse took care of the rest. They were both very knowledgeable and so friendly! I will make sure to recommend the La Marque location. I will return to this location for all my future needs. Thanks again, Chris and Jesse!

This store has been the source of so many problems and disappointments with my T-Mobile service just over the past few months, if it was the only store I had to deal with I would change cellphone carriers. I have had great service with T-Mobile but this store is horrible.

Worst customer service ever from their employees. Refused to call Tmobile said my phone is dead see I have it charging. Mine always worked when charging even after I drained to empty. Apparently that was the only phone working until I called. Then she came back and said that her supervisor authorized her to make changes and credit after I had them on the phone on loud speaker. They charged me $10 over the phone for a sim card I never received that was supposed to be delivered by UPS in 5 days. Apparently the package was to small for UPS so they sent it to USPS and it was still in transit since December 30. When I spoke to the supervisor she said she would make an appointment to pick up a sim card at the store I did not want to go to, she could not find the store I did want to go to. She said she was making it for the next day. Apparently after I speaking with the guy over the phone he said she made it for Monday not Sunday like she said. The guy laughed when he heard the girl say they wanted to charge me $30 thats when they decided to credit that fee. Also the store smelled like a septic tank. One employee thought spraying flower spray would help the situation it didnt. I will never go to this store again neither should you.

Not a long wait time . About 5 minutes for us to see a clerk. The manager layla is polite and clever . My bill was high and she helped lower it and helped me get a smart watch for myself .

I came into the store with a troubleshooting question about my portable modem. Living abroad for many years, youre usually not clued in on the latest updates with carriers or services available, so it can be quite daunting when you walk into a store and not know the right questions to ask.From the moment I walked into the store, Irving and Tyler put me at ease - they identified the problem (my modem was too old of a model). Any salesman would naturally try to sell you a new modem but they found a better solution that met my individual needs - sign up a new service so I could have voice and data, and just add value as I go anywhere and everywhere with my travels.I was impressed with their friendliness, personalized service and quick problem solving skills. Most places would either try to up sell you or tell you to call customer service yourself. These guys went above and beyond. Since then, I have shared my experience with all my family and friends...guess what, T-mobile, because of these guys, Ive become a lifer!

Went and upgraded my phone today and lost every contact I have saved in 10 years. The girl deleted my phone without even verifying all of the old the data had transferred correctly. Dont let Viki touch your phone.

Sorry for the late post. I had a dispute with this store back in May 2018. Needless to say it was never rectified. Went in initially to get a mobile hotspot clearly stated this several times at the counter I do not want phone service I need a mobile hotspot. The lady did not listen to nothing I said gave me a phone service plan on the initial visit. Which I paid almost $100 for. Had to return the following day to get it corrected I got the mobile hotspot 22 gigabyte which was supposed to be Unlimited. The plan was supposed to be 22 GB of high-speed internet and it slows down to 500 megabytes of low speeds. A week and a half after getting the service internet service slow down to 128 kilobytes not megabytes. They lied to me again and when I went for the third trip to the store to get it rectified they wanted me to spend another hundred something dollars I was like oh hell no I dont want anything from you guys since I cannot get what I initially wanted from the beginning. if you just want to give away money this is just or you want to go to......
