Mark’s customer service was absolutely amazing! I had came into the La Mesa location and had spoke with Mark prior to actually opening my new account, surely enough he sold me on the T-Mobile switch. We had Verizon and our bill was getting out of hand and Mark was able to find a plan that best suited my family with the lowest costs possible. He was fast and efficient, on top of his customer service. Any question I had was answered. He made our switch extremely easy and even explained all of the questions about 5G! We were even able to keep one of our phones from Verizon during the switch and Mark was able to ensure the 5G would also work on that phone! Definitely glad our family was able to meet someone like Mark who was going out of his way to make sure every problem we had with Verizon wasn’t a problem with T-Mobile!!

Excellent customer service, Tanya was so helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the difference in the galaxy watches I was trying to purchase. Was able to purchase and set up my galaxy 3 watch in only 10 minutes. This La Mesa t-mobile branch is light years ahead of the Lemon Grove branch. Even though the Lemon Grove one is closer in proximity to my residence, I will never go back their again because this La Mesa store is better in every way.

Ive been going to this tmobile store for over a decade and have never had any bad experiences until today! In 108°F weather, I was informed that I was removed as an authorized user from my account. The only 2 people with access are myself and my husband, neither of us made such change. I added a line a few weeks prior so surely someone at this office removed me from my own account so I could not make any changes! So much for only authorized users being capable of making changes to an account when clearly the employees can screw with your account without your authorization and hold you accountable for it! I will take my business elsewhere in the future.P.s. A lady at this office tried to up-sell me from the phone I wanted by lying about service issues with it. We already have the phone we were requesting with absolutely no service issues!!

The wait times are terrible. When we did receive help the sales person seemingly knew nothing about the products. When asked about the difference between the Samsung s21 ultra and the plus, her input was this one has more lenses and couldnt explain what that means.Do your own research about phone products and order them elsewhere is the lesson I learned.

8/17/2020. My daughter cracked her iPhone screen. We were the first customers in line. We met with Mark at the La Mesa T-Mobile in Grossmont (La Mesa). Mark was very patient and professional. I had multiple questions and he answered each one thoroughly, patiently. He was attentive to the two other customers in line, acknowledging them while he talked with us. I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and knowledge. Right now many people are stressed out and at their wits end. I don’t know Marks personal life but I will definitely highlight and give props to those who are working right now dealing with so many different people. Thank you Mark. Job Well done.

Great location, easy to get to and lots of parking. As of 10/27/20, they are primarily conducting business outside on tables while one person is allowed inside at a time. Shades are up, just be sure to have some spare time before making the trip.

I went to this store around 7:35 on 11-10-20 and the person in the store was acting like he didn’t want to sell me a iPhone 12 charger because it wasn’t a 20 watt. He told me to go to another T-Mobile store down the street to see if they had one. I didn’t feel like arguing so imma just post this review. He was being lazy because he just wanted to close up the store and not ring me out. Horrible customer service and lazy work ethic. I’ve been a valued T-Mobile customer for 8 years and this is the worst service I have received.

This used to be my favorite store until today. I dont need to be pushed to buy a phone .. I prefer to browse the selection and if I need help I will ask. The helpful service is a series of questions that arent genuine and just used to figure out what phone to sell.The sales people are young but their sales tactics are super old. I can see if I was a first time customer but Ive been with T-Mobile for 10 years and have never been approached like I was a noob before.A better approach is to let the customer know that the sales person is available to answer questions should any arise.

This is probably the worst T-Mobile I’ve ever been into. No one acknowledged me when I entered and the person who did, did so when he finally felt like turning around and took my name, that’s it. A lady came in shortly after me and he acknowledged her immediately and gave her an estimate on her wait, I wasn’t afforded that same courtesy. If you value your time don’t come to this store, and if that gentleman was the manager, work on your customer service skills ASAP.

This is my absolute favorite T- Mobile store, it’s worth the wait. I been with T-Mobile for many years and have since then brought over my company and now I’m in the processing of bringing my husband’s company over. The store is super clean; if they don’t have something in stock they will locate it and bring it over. Navid is my go to guy! He’s extremely knowledge, friendly and exceeds customer expectations. I am one happy customer. I have referred many friends to this store location and Navid, I know they will be in good hands!

I came into the store on Sunday morning, June 30th, at 11:10. The 3 staff members who were on duty, who, to be fair, were helping customers, did not greet me, or even acknowledge my presence. I was the only other customer in the store besides those who were being assisted. I waited for half an hour, still without as much as a hello, before walking out...

Went in to add two new lines and start service on a pair of new phones. One of the phones was for an 85 year old lady switching over from a land line. John C. did the set-up and got both phones up and running. I explained to John that it would be a challenge for the 85 year old and he custom set the home screen with the 5 important phone contacts and made them speed dial direct without having to bring up a contact and call. This made it very easy to use the phone. I dont think it would have worked without it. These phones can be a bit of a challenge for some! I have never written any type of review, positive or negative. John deserves a big THANK YOU for the service above and beyond.

Hooked me up with a Note 9 and then set my old phone up for my wife to use by transferring data, contacts, photos etc and made sure everyone l everything was there before we left. Customer for life!

Was immediately greeted by salesperson Derrick, who was very upbeat and professional, and made my iPhone upgrade a seamless and simple experience, and in a quick length of time. On October 25th I had a horrible experience at this location of tmobile. I initially came into the store with a iPhone issue and after a review of my account from Ashley she informed me that I have apple care and that I should go to Apple to resolve my issue which was not able to talk during phone calls on my iPhone. My iPhone has a cracked screen in which she stated that I could not use my warranty through tmobile and I would have to pay out of pocket at Apple to fix my screen. Once I started to question why I would have to go to Apple to resolve me issue she started talking about upgrade options to get the new iPhone 11 instead of resolving my current iPhones issue. The following day I proceeded to Apple to run my diagnostic test and learned that the parts within my iPhone are unrepairable and the iPhone itself must be replaced. Thinking that I had apple care from which Ashley at this tmobile store location had told me I was informed by the Apple agent that she provided the wrong information and he does not see the Apple care plan under my iPhone and he informed me to go to another tmobile location for them to review my account and proof of purchase. I proceeded to the tmobile store in the fashion valley mall and was helped by Victor. He informed me that she gave me the wrong information and thought it was odd that she told me to go to Apple to fix my screen when their warranty can be used without fixing the phones screen. At this point I am disgusted by this stores customer service and misinformation I decide to call and talk to the store manager jimmy. Jimmy stated that she did not give me the wrong information and was a system error which seems to be easy to blame the system rather than the worker who should know her information. Once again he tried to have me upgrade my iPhone rather than fixing my current issue and after expressing my frustration of the situation he simply states “well what do you want me to do?”. At this point I have decided to cancel my line due to the run around that tmobile has caused.

I love the staff here. The manager Britanni and several employees( Aaron, Tonya and others) have always gone out of their way to help me. Im older and dont understand a lot about these phones. They are always patient and kind. I havent found that in any other t mobile store, and Ive been to a few. I will be a customer for life at that store

Todays wait was about 45 minutes, but once they called us they were very efficient. My son wanted an iPhone 7 Plus, and didnt need an 8 or even to wait for the 9 to come out. His phone died and wouldnt turn on at all, so he was in a difficult situation. They tried to upsell is a phone case but that was it.

Its not a horrible experience, but it can be depending on why youre there. For example, I wanted to buy a case, and they had a 45 minute wait to be seen. If you need any accessories, order them online and avoid the brick and mortar stores altogether.

T-Mobile is great. Whenever I have a question they hunker down and find an answer to my question. They are sweet young men and women earning their way in life, and really know their products. I love T-Mobile. Today, I found myself back at T-Mobile. Having quite a bit of trouble getting my phone to work with maps in my car, and wanted help to get things straightened out. When I walked in I was helped by young man whose name is Navid. Very special young man and very eager to help me get my situation straightened out. He worked very hard to figure out why my phone and my car were not talking to each other, but happily I can tell you things are working well now. Navid was also very surprised that I knew how to say his name. Apparently Im the first one to get it right. So if you have any questions about your T-Mobile phone go talk to Navid. Im sure hell be happy to help you out. Good work Navid!

The CSR told me I need to fix my phone before Jumping it because he couldnt do it claiming that they can only do it only for non preorder upgrades. Maybe he couldnt do it through their in store system or perhaps he didnt know how. He didnt suggest alternatives such as upgrading online. He suggested I mail my phone to get repaired and get it back before the preorder deal expires. 5 days to expire.. Low and behold I was able to do it online through mytmobile without a hiccup and without having to repair my phone first, having to be without it, and get it back before the preorder deal on the s8 expired. Also he forgot to hand be back my ID and left it in the scanner. Atleast he was polite I guess.
