I truly respect this store during this storms of snow and ice. Snow, Ice or Hurricanes will not slow them down. Even tho they were blacked out no lights, not sure of water, the old way was what I ran into here, the ole calculator. From the time you step into the store until you leave friendly staff. 1 person at a time but you was escorted to get what you needed. If I lived here I would pay it forward to them with a hot meal and drinks. Love my hometown.

This store was remodeled. Its floor plan has changed to display more products. Self Check out is still in need of repair. The employees are fast to get you checked out

This supermarket is lovely. It has assorted products, and fair prices. It is always clean, the orientation is appropriate, always orderly. The employees are pleasant and very friendly. Highly recommended.

I love going here its my go to store all of the employees are very helpful and will go above and beyond to help you with finding what you need. If not in stock they will let me know what store carries what they dont have and its just great customer service all the way around.

The manager is amazing, she recently was promoted to manager! But when I met her she was a stocker. Always so kind and caring the last manager was not at all people friendly. This lady promoted with in the company and has been there many years we look forward to dropping in now :) !

Nicely stocked. I found my Jergins body wash all the way in La Porte because the Dollar Generals in the Houston arent worth a darn.

Employees are always great, but I cant stand the air freshener in these stores. It takes at least 30 min. after leaving to be able to smell again, and everything reeks of that sickening sweet odor. Check the prices too. A lot of food prices are better at the grocery store.

I would recommend going up the road to the new one. They always have carts everywhere and wont bother to move them if you need something behind them, theyll just stand there and look at you. They get negative stars. Customer service goes a long way! They should figure it out!!!

Went to 3052 s Broadway and she messed up my transaction got mad when i asked questions so came to this store managers were very helpful and fixed the problem everyone there is super nice clean store highly recommend going here

Nothing unusual or outstanding. Clean, well stocked, most employees are polite and helpful. But of course there is that one who just must hate her job.

They never have the pull ups I need for my disabled child! Never!! Theres always boxes everywhere and no one stocks the shelves! I have had to get a box off the top shelf MYSELF to get what I needed!!

As others have stated they are a bit unorganized and have palates blocking the isles at times. In my opinion, although aggravating, this location has such a variety of products that the frustration is worth shopping here. Although small and crowded at times this is the best Dollar General I have shopped at.

This Dollar General has provided the worst service Ive ever encountered. Have had countless horrible experiences there and if it wasnt for the lack of shopping choices in that specific area along with my schedule, Id of never gone back after my first visit.The staff, at this time, is the worst Ive ever encountered anywhere. Theyve cost me nearly 100 dollars because of an error from one of their employees during one transaction, and then during another transaction on a later date, a different employee was ringing up my items incorrectly; charging my card incorrectly and when I asked about it they became very hostile in a weirdly unreasonable way. It didnt make sense and then even acted like they were going to get physical with me and started threatening me. Im sure there was something else going on behind the scenes that may make that irrational and aggressive behavior she portrayed make more sense but bottom line, I dont really care. Nearly every visit, Ive encountered numerous issues, mainly from the staff but also in how poorly they keep their items stocked and organised. If you can avoid this Dollar General, I strongly suggest you chose somewhere else to shop. Sidenote, the manager is friendly, she just doesnt manage her store very well apparently.

EVERY time I come in this store there are pallets blocking the aisles this is a fire hazard it is not just annoying. And this is ALL the time they just alternate isles once and a while. On top of that the ladies who have tenure at this store are SO rude!! Please send someone to fix this store! Upper management or corporate need to step in this is ridiculous!
