Bought high quality wiper blades, Rain-X approximately $83 for two they come with a one-year 3 month warranty if anything happens to them in that time frame just go to any advanced Auto parts and they will replace them for you no questions asked, just keep receipt to show them.The man working there put them on for me!

Awesome service although one clerk did not know what he was doing. The other clerk had to keep helping him and other customers. The knowledgeable clerk was helpful and very polite. I will go back, but Ill avoid the one clerk. Good prices.

I wasted 3 checks here because their check reading machine is broken. Once in January and 2 checks in February the same day when the attendant said the machine wasnt reading my check and to try another check. Then he said the machine was broken. Why wasnt the machine fixed by now?

Monday through Friday in the daytime the gentleman is extremely helpful. On later evenings and on Saturday and Sunday You are on your own because, there is not appear to be a Chief On Staff.

Quick and friendly service. Had a bad experience at another store and drove here. They got my battery tested, confirmed warranty even though I got it from another advanced auto parts store, and replaced in under 10 minutes.

I ALWAYS USE AUTOZONE but stop at this store cause was on closer to me so Got in there and there was 2 employees working so i got in line and one was busy with a customer and the other one look at me few times and never ask me if i need help, instead he was helping people that just came into the store, and after helping two people he walked away. Then i was ready to pay and i was getting a oil deal for $33 but they run out of the filter i need so they gave me another one but they did not honor de deal and charge me $54 for it even when i asked if the car match the price.

Great experienced people. I was more of a do- it-erong person than a d-i-y with car repairs. I started with small repairs, borrowed tools from then and not only fixed my car but gained a lot of satisfaction and saved a lot of money. Could not have done this with out the team at Advance.

Always have to wait to get checked out, not enough workers there I think. Overpriced items as well

A couple older men running the show. They are polite for the most part but can be rude as well. Good prices and offer MOOG parts as well.

I needed to replace my headlights and I explained to the guy that I drive in an area with no street lights 85% of the time and I need lights that would allow me to see better. I drive at 4 am most mornings. I didnt want the brightest but I didnt want basic either. Twice I have been given basic and they arent good for pitch black darkness in the country. I went to Auto Zone and they gave me what I asked for so Ill definitely go back to them again.

We almost know these guys by name here. Sometimes we have to go in 4 times in a single day, and they are always extraordinarily helpful. Keep up the good work!

Always friendly fast service here. Ive never had to wait in an insane line or find who is actually working that day. Ive been going here for years and will continue to do so, for multiple reasons.

This store has gone downhill since some of their employees went to the Donelson store. Definitely going to have to start going to the other auto parts stores near it.

Picked out what I needed and went to the checkout counter. There were no customers in the store and no employees in up front. No one greeted me or waited on me. Stood there for over 3 minutes while some guy on the phone in the back looked at me and never made a move to get anyone up front. Wont be back anytime soon

Went in to purchase a part that I had called about, only to find out the part was not able to be shipped (had to be ordered). Plus they were going to charge shipping. A competitor had it for about the same price but did not charge shipping. Disappointed for a wasted trip. In addition to that, I should have had a $20 credit, but could not apply it because their store computers are not connected.

They really do go the extra mile by helping their customers with small things like installing new wiper blades!!!!
