They need more workers on the inside to keep people from waiting for help but they do a great job

Went to Auto Zone to get a head light for my car. Jeremy Went above and beyond to help in any way. Leland, on the other hand was very rude. Had no interest at all in helping me. I would never visit this store again.

Bad customer services and they dont have any knowledge, I asked for antifreeze for Toyota and he is like you can find it at the shelves, I said what type he said I dont know you can read it!!! I went to OReilly and I asked the guy he pulled the vehicle specs and brought it to me without laziness!!!

Its never been a problem getting what I needed, from a Little Tree, to Brake kits(rotors, starters, macpherson struts), you can get it all right here.Youll find anything you need for car/truck washing and accessories. Join AUTOZONEs rewards.For my frugal friends, their warranty program is outstanding. Example:Got brake pads (lifetime warranty), from Adv.Auto, had a discrepancy with the rotors, that messed the pads up. When I returned the pads for replacement, the clerk told me that pads had to be worn down to the metal before I could return them. No good.Same situation with AUTOZONE, no problem in replacement. AUTOZONE has a great warranty for returning parts. Fair core values also.I COULD TALK ALL DAY, VISIT AUTOZONE, in person or online. Your benefit.

I took my battery in to get tested. I was standing down by the battery testing area. Employee asked who was next I said I was. He began to raise his voice at me. Did not catch his name. Customer service from this employee is not a priority. This was my go to place for auto parts in this area. I will not be back.

So I went up here because my battery went bad and it was still under warranty. I went in to have it exchanged, and historically, an AutoZone employee would take the old battery and put the new one in for you. I was literally told that they were having problems with these batteries blowing up peoples cars, and that they could no longer install the battery. I did my research, and it was total BS. Homegirl was just lazy

Went to clear a code on my car week before they had read codes on the car and had just replaced the part that was the problem. was told they could not clear codes with the reader they had ok fine. I said Ill purchase one then he said it was a federal offense to clear codes on your car and that none of the readers they carried cleared codes. after hearing that I left and Went to OReillys and they carried the same brand as AutoZone. bought one while in the parking lot cleared my codes.

Had a great visit to the store. Got all i need it and good time with the commercial staff...thank you Kaitlin Thomas

Do not shop at the LaVergne Store. The staff are absolutely zero help. Awful Customer Service!!!!The Battery I bought from there started to be faulty, so I returned it because it was still under warranty.The staff returned the battery but did not replace the battery with the same size unit. I took it to my mechanic to replace the battery & a messed up terminal. That was when I was informed that they did not give me the correct size battery.I went to return the incorrect battery today and they refuse to give me a refund. I’m so livid that I have a useless battery now. Ugh!!! Never shopping here again.

Drove a half hour to use the ODB2 scam tool at this Autozone because I have a commercial account with them, and have store loyalty. The gentleman at the counter acted as if he were looking around for it, and didn’t bother to ask his coworkers. The guy came back to me and said sorry sir we don’t have one. Very disappointed by this store. This is an item that they advertise as always having available for their customers.

I brought in a battery with a bad cell, the reason I knew it was bad is because the car had no power. The tow truck driver I called said the battery was bad. It was a 2 year old battery. The clerk at the AutoZone told me the battery was fine. I asked him to do a warranty on my battery and he did. When I put the new battery in my car it started right up and now has power. Im glad its fixed but I dont know who to believe. The car is fine now that I have a new battery.

You did a store reset i guess walked in tonight for headlights.... 8 pm.. one guy talking with a woman the other counting change.. i asked where the book was he saidbi dont know.... after watching them work like turtles i took myeast $50.. purchase to oriley... and had actuall avoided that store just because i like autozone.... but your nowhere near confident as murfreesboro stores... no i wont visit this store ever again!

This store should be under new management, Ive never been treated so rude or seen other customers treated so rudely and left waiting for so long by the guy who was apparently in charge. I placed my order online just so I didnt have to deal with the drama in the store, surprisingly I did anyway!I do not understand why Auto Zone dont fix this store!

Ordered a coolant tank cap that ended up not fitting my current one. Wesley helped me and found a brand new tank in stock! It came with the cap already with it, so he discounted me the cost of the 2nd cap. Also helped fill up my radiator and gave me some information on it. Great help and service bere!

2 stars only because my last visit there Tuesday I believe, service was horrible. Two guys were there but only the young man was running his tail off trying to help everyone. Big guy at register, well, either he was just tired or didnt care about the customers. 5 of us stood there in line for 15 minutes while he lolligagged around with absolutely no sense of urgency to process the customers who tried giving there money to Auto Zone in Lavergne.

On multiple occasions over the course of a few months Ive gone to AutoZone (this being one of the local locations). And on all of those occasions I get a were too busy. Does it really take more than 2-3 minutes to plug in a code scanner and get the results? If it does, something is wrong because no other parts store has refused. AutoZone has had terrible service for a while for various things I needed simple help with. Wont be going to any of them again, thats for sure.

Oh man. I just dont get it how you as a business really dont take care of your customers! Its crazy. Im sure they know what hours are there most busiest, why only have one guy running the cashier, batter checker, looking for parts and stalking products! Like really auto zone. Its crazy. That day I was there I waited almost 30mins, didnt know why I even waited that long just to check out, because at the end I didnt even buy the product, I left and 3 more customers left at the same time and we actually went to the same place after....

They are terribly slow. When I came in there was at least 8 people on the floor or at the register. They could not find things that were pre-ordered and the manager had to ask three people to help him find something.

Im a long time customer of autozone and have spent hundreds of dollars in the past few months at the store located near my house. Recently, my check engine light came on and so after work yesterday evening I went to autozone to have it scanned only to be told condescendingly that there were only two employees working so they could not scan my car. So, frustrated, I immediately left and drove across the street to OReilly auto parts, who had only two employees working also but were more than happy to scan my car and gave me a much more detailed diagnosis than I usually get from autozone. I wont be back to autozone and regret spending so much money at a store that clearly doesnt care about their customers.

Quality workers took three windshield wipers to figure out the problem that the original Factory wind shield wipers would be the only ones that would work on my vehicle worked on it in the rain they did a great job

I went in to get a new battery. My battery was dead that morning and I had to get it jumped off to be able to even to get to their store. I went in and asked if they could check my battery and install it if I need a new one. The lady behind the counter said yes. She asked a gentleman to come and check. He came out and started to check it and then said that he wasnt going to be able to help me because my battery was too far back under the hood (all of this while he kept his personal phone call going, resting on his shoulder). I asked him who would he send his wife to if she was in a jam like I was.. He said take it to the dealership. I asked him do you know how much that will cost?? He didnt care at all. I went right down the street to Oreillys and the guys there were awesome. I asked him if there was a problem with the location of my battery and he said absolutely not. They checked it and replaced it within 10 minutes. Shame on you AutoZone people. Yes, it was pretty cold and windy outside, but not caring to help someone in need is just unacceptable. All of my business will all be took to Oreillys now. Oreillys has great service, I recommend you skip Autozone and go straight to Oreillys. Autozone apparently didnt want the $153 I paid for a new battery.
