I called the shop. I work next door. I asked how busy they were and if I had time to rotate my tires for lunch. I drove over there in under 5 min. They told me to park my car its an hour wait! I was like I just got off the phone with you. They said someone pulled in for an oil change before I got there. I looked into the bay with 1 car and 4 mechanics. You really gonna tell me it takes 4 guys 1 hour to change oil?!!?

I was there for a for a USB wireless router that I bought online. I had to call them three times before they walked it to my vehicle. So 40 minutes if waiting for an online order.

Went today and purchased a set of Goodyear tires from this tire center, I had been looking for three or more days to find my size tires that the car calls for, I went here because they had the set I was looking for, and they was almost half the price that other places quoted. They had me ready to go in 50 minutes! They were all friendly, and made sure that my wife, and I was taken care of. Clean shop, and lobby area. The only thing that I noticed that I would personally change is there wasn’t any chairs in the tire center lobby area. But aside from that I will definitely be back as a return customer.

Had to return a battery that was the wrong one for my car and the guy who helped me was nice and very helpful.

They never answer the phone. Just wanted to ask if they will or can put tubes in my riding lawn mower tires. Cant talk to anybody on the phone poor customer service.

Excellent service. Went in to get a new tire. One of my other tires was unbalanced and they went ahead and fixed it free of charge. They even went and filled up all 4 tires to make sure they had the proper pressure. I would trust these guys with my vehicle anytime.

Went to this Walmart location on 4/29/19 for an oil change. I arrived at 5:20pm. They only had one car being serviced at the time. I was told by Bruce that they could not assist me because one worker was already into overtime and he was leaving after. Well isnt your hours of operation til 7pm. Walmart should do better staffing. I have been getting my car serviced by Walmart for years totally disappointed.

The gentleman that help me put air in my tires because on my dash indicated that I needed air in my tires and the gentleman was excellent thank you

Friendly staff, good service, but they seem to always be poorly staffed.

This is all Wal marts around there is never Techs to do anything. Cant even get an oil change due to no techs this is ridiculous Ive never known any store to function like this and it be all right. Wal Mart Im disappointed.

Great place to drop off your car and go shop then its ready when its done about 45 minutes just enough time to browse

I have had both positive and negative experiences here. Just be sure to GO EARLY IN THE MORNING to avoid any mishaps.One time I didnt like the experience because they didnt have my oil type and couldnt really help me. That day, they did not let me know when I could come back etc. Then they offered for me to get the oil for my car type off of the shelf, and it will be an extra $8 charge, so itd be $45 + $8. That was ridiculous. First, they had my oil type on the shelves and could not compensate for not having it commercial. Second, why would I pay extra + the total price that includes the oil for the change.Again, Ive been here a few times and have had good experiences other times, BE THERE WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN AND YOULL BE OKAY. 😊

I came in to the auto center about a month ago, the service was so slow. I was getting 2 new tires put on the car..I was told it would take 1 hour, it took about 3 hours. I drove home, parked and went out of town for a week.. I came home and have been driving,something is definitely wrong with the tires.. the car is shaky and all over the place. I called today to ask what they actually did to it.. the girl said the balance is proab off.. I asked can you look and see what was done, she told me to bring it in.. the problem is i dont have 3 hours to sir and wait.. so I asked again what was done, she hung up on me.

Becca, whom works in the Auto Center, was quite adamant about rejecting customers wanting service for their vehicles. Prior to my arrival, I called the auto center in order to ensure they had the manpower and adequate time to service my vehicle. The associate confirmed my vehicle could be serviced and that they stopped taking vehicles at 5:30pm. I arrived at 4:30pm to have my car serviced for an oil change. Becca states they are unable to take any cars, due to wait time being greater than 2 hours. Per my earlier phone conversation, I was quite persistent about having my car serviced...Needless to say, the auto technician serviced my car and I left before 5:00pm(less than 30 minutes). While waiting, I watched Becca reject many customers due to “wait time.”

Sign in automotive says open at 7. Almost 30 min later the door opens and they cant do tires until 10. I dont care where I am, Walmart automotive Dept is consistent with excuses as to why they can never do what they are supposed to do when they are supposed to. I even called the store while waiting and no one answered. I have had it with WalMart. They always ruin my tight schedule with the consistent inconsistency.

Knowledgeable associates helped me choose a replacement battery for my golf cart quickly. Great Job!!

Dont get there thinkn u will get Any service they Dont open on time they Never have any help & its a hour & 30min on each car we had 2 c all inside 4 someone 2 open the back door then someone went in 2 the front & asked why there was No1 helping ppl out then someone open the door No services was told that we had 2 wait a lil over a hour for each person there was 5 ppl waitn we all called other Wal-Mart centers they where the same way Antioch, Smyrna

Extremely friendly and helpful. Explained the services and did the job in a timely manner. I went here because the Walmart on Enon Springs serviced my car and afterwards it was violently shaking over 60mph. The employees at Enon Springs were rude and was not helpful at all when i explained the situation to them . This Walmart fix my car and gave me recommendations as well. Extremely satisfied

Fast if your 1st in line, had to clean seat grease stains. Make sure you cover seat.

Auto dept. Is like watching a bunch of monkeys on a basketball. No organization at all. It is suppose to open at 7, but they cant do anything till 10. Pretty sad.
