Wasted my time no response multiple calls and emails, if you don’t do one of their cookie cutter fairings they show little to no interest in helping you. Spoke with Nick and then some other lady. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere yet in your photographs you have a fairing with a double din radio? And your not accustomed to it? After the dodge on the phone today I can see you genuinely weren’t interested. I always had to initiate any correspondence. Reality is unless it’s quick easy and profitable you aren’t interested

Terrific folks. My wifes Buell died a couple of weeks ago, and the *owners* of the shop came by to pick it up for her. Who does that? These folks do that - above & beyond. Their tech got it fixed quickly & shes back on the road. If you have a domestic/non-metric bike, go see the good folks at Dead Center Cycles!

I snapped the head off one drain plug bolt and stripped the other while attempting to perform break-in maintenance on a brand new Indian Scout Bobber. I was visibly nauseous 😫. Nick at Dead Center Cycles was able to remove both drain plugs, replace them and perform the maintenance at no additional charge. They have earned my business for life.

Dead Center built a custom fairing for my V-Rod a couple years ago. Recently after a minor fender bender with my Road Glide they were able to repair my bike to as good as new. They have been doing all my maintenance since they moved to Lacey. Great service at fair prices!

Awesome won’t ever go to Harley again. This family oriented store is awesome. We had new pipes put on our Harley half the price of what Harley wanted. They got us in right away and provided us with superior customer service and did a great job

I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. I have a custom chopper that several dealers and shops in town did not want to touch. I came to Dead Center Cycles and the J Team (Jeremy and Jessica) have been wonderful with me. They went through the entire bike and pointed out modifications that were poorly done by the previous owner that put my life in risk. They corrected all unsafe things in the motorcycle and performed a complete service. After a year doing business with them I continue coming back. Definitely, they have earned my trust. Now my wife bought her owned custom chopper and became a happy customer too.

I have a Harley XR1200X, a pretty rare bike. HD is very overpriced, and I dont trust them personally. Ive lived all over and people could not help me with my bike or just shoulder shrugged some issues off.This family business understood what I needed done, and it costs what I was hoping it would.

These guys know their stuff! Jeremy has to be one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met! They are very fair on price and are genuinely wanting to help you make your bike look the way YOU want it to look. You tell them your idea and they’ll tell you how to make it work. Ive work with them 3-5 times in the past year and it always seemed they are doing what is in my best interest not necessarily their own. Jessica is literally a parts EXPERT, there was no question I asked that she couldn’t answer or find an answer to. Their prices came in lower than the Harley dealership and the work was flawless. Im glad they moved to Lacey!!
