Dave is a great guy who does quality work. I wont take my bike anywhere else. Ive been taking my bike to Dave since I started riding, so 9 years now. He is great at what he does and treats you with the up most respect. Being a female rider it can tough sometimes to be looked at as an equal in the riding world, but Dave makes you feel so welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend.

The wizard at Redline had my ‘94 Evo up and running in less time then he had projected, and had plenty of tips and tricks he shared. After getting my Softail back the next day Dave calls to check up and ensure everything was going well, which it was.Dave at Redline isn’t your corporate sponsored gear head. He’s going to get your bike running right but also call a duck a duck, if need be.I read some of the Redline’s reviews and laughed at some people’s “delicate” nature. This shop is clean, organized with lots of options. The mechanic is knowledgeable, funny and direct. If you want something done right, without being charged a premium markup for a corporate name wrenching on your scooter then Redline’s the shop for you.Thank you Redline for getting my bike up and going so I can ride fast.AC

This is the second time that Redline has come through in a more than expected way.Last August my best friend was getting married and was having bikes in the ceremonies. The day before the wedding the grooms bike broke a clutch cable and needed tires. Not expecting any shop to be willing to help within 1 day I called Redline and explained the scenario. He told me to get him the bike and he would see what he could do.It was done, the bike was completed and used in the wedding without any snags. That brought me back when I needed some work done on my streetglide.I talked to him about the issues I was having and we set up an appointment. The service there was exceptional, the performance of my bike when it was completed was awesome and the timeliness of the work being completed was amazing.I might add I really enjoy the conversations when I come in there and the knowledge that is shared with me!Thank you Redline,Cheers

In the last few weeks, Dave has repaired a broken exhaust stud, fixed my front brakes, rebuilt my clutch and installed a new 6 speed transmission for me. He does great work and loves to talk about bikes. It’s been a pleasure working with him and I look forward to doing more business at his shop.

Brought my 08 Harley Nightster in a couple years ago. Figured Id save money over going to the dealership. Was having a no-start issue with my bike that had less then 6000 miles on it. Dave told me that I had sucked 2 of my 3 air cleaner screws threw my intake straight into the head and piston respectively. Tells me he can fix it. Calls me a couple days later to come pick my bike up. I didnt make it out of his driveway before realizing that the bike was only running on one cylinder. I turned around to confront him about it and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know what to tell ya after I paid him hundreds of dollars to fix my new bike. I rode it straight to Northwest Harley and had a brand new top end installed for 2,000$ after he billed me for motor work. Surprised he is still in business with such horrendous customer service.

Went there with my friend to have some grips and pegs added. Also know plenty others that have been there ... Most thought he was/is very arrogant and talked down to them especially if you know what you want and tell him and will not take his recommendations....I would not recommend this shop..spend your money wisely.. There are many out there that will leave you with a better parting thought.

What a ripoff. Took my bike and have the bars done -after keeping it for a week he calls and says oh I can’t get the ignition switch off so I can’t change your bars out, you could buy a new ignition switch -I can cut it off and Itll be another $300, plus labor. Had him put it back together, he charged me $354Took it home did a five minute YouTube search and had ignition switch off in less than seven minutes .Called him to discuss about it he got verbally abusive- don’t waste your money or your time or your bike.

I have taken my Harley to Dave at Redline for over 3 years. Dave is a one man shop who does all the work himself, he has years and years of experience. He has done an amazing job customizing my Nighttrain. Dave is real easy to work with. He takes a personal interest in everyones bike that he works on. I have always been completely satisfied with all the work he has done. His prices are more than reasonable and customer service is awesome. I have been asked by many of people where I have had the work done on my bike. His shop is well stocked with all sorts of parts and accessories. I recommend that everyone take their Harleys to Dave at Redline for the best prices, great customer service, and the work he does is phenomenal. Dave at Redline is hands down the best mechanic and shop in town.

I brought my bike to Redline to have the carb cleaned. Dave said that he wouldnt work on S&S carbs because they can never be tuned right (even though it had been tuned on a dyno and had run well for years.) He tried to sell me a new Mikuni carb - which would likely have required a new intake manifold, throttle cables, and air cleaner housing as well.. So I said; nevermind and asked him to replace the rear brake pads. He tried to sell me a brand new rear rotor even though the one I had on the bike was brand new. Then I asked him to jack up the rear suspension an inch. He tried to sell me new shocks. (its a Softail.) I also asked him to do a service on the bike... plugs and fluids..He called on Thursday to tell me that my bike was done and that he had cleaned out the carb. He said that I needed new fuel tanks,, I asked him if I could pick it up on Saturday so that I could have a Brother drop me off there. He said; Sure, no problem. Come pick it up on Saturday. I went to pick it up on Saturday and there was a sign on the door that said that he had gone on vacation and would return on Wednesday. I picked up the bike Wednesday and trailered it home. He said that he had a family emergency and had tried to contact me... but I didnt have a voicemail from him trying to contact me - only from him calling to tell me that my bike was finished. Saturday I left for a friendss wedding and about 40 or 50 miles North on I-5 the carb plugged up. I made it to the wedding with the bike coughing and backfiring the whole way and then pulled the carb off at a friends house the next day. I drained the tank that he told me needed replacing and there wasnt a spec of dirt or rust in the tank or strainer - but it was obvious that the carb had never been cleaned. The float bowl was coated in varnished gas, there was a black residue on the idle mixture needle, there was a black residue in the float bowl, and there was oxydized aluminum in the accelerator pump housing. I wouldnt take my bike back to this guy if he was the last shop in the state.
