Had progressive front and rear shocks and a fork brace added to my 05 wide glide last year. They did a great job. Was hoping to get paint done this year but funds are short. Really appreciate the work they do. Made a huge difference in the ride.

Ive know about this shop for a few years. Although i live on the east coast they have always been there to fix my issues. If its horsepower you want the got it, if its a warm friendly smile with great service they got it, and if your like me putting miles on your bike when you get there try out the sofa its better than a sleep#

I respect the hell out of small businesses who choose the niche they find most satisfying and then excelling at that business. Urban has worked on my old bike (12 FLSTC) several times with impeccable results.Service is great. Work is clean and pricing is fair. Owners are great people and they have a couple of really fun shop mascots (Jacob and Justine).I cant imagine scoring this shop poorly because they dont work on my kind of bike. Not an accurate depiction of the shop, skills of the employee base, or the pride of the ownership. Sour grapes is all that is.

Ive known Jeremy and Jess for many years. No one else will touch my bike. That didnt happen by accident. They earned that trust by their honesty, integrity and good workmanship.

I have trusted this family with the care of my bike since they were at the dealer. When I heard they opened their own shop I followed them because they not only offer very fair prices but they treat my baby just as well as I do when it is in their care! There is no shop I would rather have work on my baby!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

They helped me get my bike built up (or built down in my case) to the way I saw it in my head. Now I have a one-of-a-kind ride and I love it! The only place for custom work!

You guys are awesome. You havent been able to work on everything, but you replaced my daughters tires on her rebel, fixed a mirror on my other daughters varago, and done amazing work on my sportster. Granted you cant fix everything but thats cause they take different tools. You guys ROCK!!!
