We had the unit for 10 months. I think the cost was high. They didnt offer any military discounts or incentives when renting over 5 months. The unit itself was great. Didnt have any problems. It met our needs.

Im that I never post reviews, but seriously I dont. Especially google reviews due to the scrutiny placed on reviews as well as personal toxicity via social media. Digressing, the only reason Im leaving a comment is the delivery guy in CHS (theres only one!) is very professional and accommodating with this company. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. The dispatch/office guy - Lonnie (sp?) - he sounded overworked and underpaid; thus, his customer service reflected such. Lonnie, I hope you get some help soon. Whatever you are paying these guys, specifically the driver, it aint enough! Delivery guy - you da man!

Highly recommend! We ended up having to change our pick up and drop off dates several times and they always accommodated us. Each pick up and drop off we were called when the driver was on the way. The communication was excellent and I felt the price was fair for what we got.

Good value if you just need a place to storage things temperary. Very convenient having so you do not have to load in a vehicle, drive some place and then unload again.

I needed a mobile storage unit. Mobile Attic supplied it a day earlier than promised, put it exactly where and how I requested. The driver called to confirm everything was correct before he left the site.

We were very unhappy with our use of mobile attic. We used them for storage for the last four months and we definitely wish we would have spent the extra few dollars a month to use PODS in order to store our belongings in a climate controlled inside unit. While unloading our belongings, we found two mice and many of our belongings were ruined. We had to go buy new beds, towels, anything with yarn or soft materials. Anything that was not ruined had acorns, urine, and feces all over it and in the boxes from where the mice had been in them. When we reached out to mobile attic, they said because we did not purchase thepremium package that they were not responsible and at NO point were we told anything about a premium plan. They said we could send in some pictures and the manager would take a look and consider helping us out but that email was sent 6 days ago and still no response to my email. They also do not offer any insurance which should have been a red flag to not use them.

They were very easy to work with and I had a unit the next day. The driver John was incredible at placing the unit exactly where we wanted it.

The service and customer service provided by Mobile Attic was GREAT. They were prompt on delivery and pick up! When I was ready to have it delivered to our new house they were there on time and dropped it exactly where I wanted it. The 3 month special was a great deal and worked out perfect fo our move. Fantastic service and value made our move that much easier.

Mobile Attic stored our contents for 6 years. We used them twice a year for delivery and pick up. They were always very punctual, quick to answer the phone and helpful when we would schedule our deliveries.We found the value to be much less than the permaneat storage complexes around our area.

VERY awesome customer service!! I was being audited and Lindsay had the storage unit moved, so that I could look through it for some paperwork. He even helped!! Also, we moved out of our place in June and into our new place mid July. It was HOT, but having the storage unit parked in our garage each time made it 100% easier and cooler than lugging our stuff to a stationary storage unit. Plus, we had the flexibility to move stuff a little at a time and make it much more organized. Would definitely recommend Mobile Attic and would definitely use them again!!

Mobile Attic was recommended by a friend that had used them to store some household goods. I did some price shopping and found them to be the least expensive so I decided to give them a try. They did a great job, everyone was very easy to work with and the over all experience was very good. I will be using The Mobile Attic again when the time comes.

Today at 1:15 PMWe moved recently and used the Mobile Attic to help us with this. It was definitely one less stress to deal with. They did what they said and I didnt need to manage all the details. The price was better than the competition that I received quotes from. It was nice to load the trailer in our time and let them transport it to the new home and unload in our own time also. We didnt have the stress of rushing knowing that we could add another month if it became necessary. I would definitely recommend the mobile attic (and already have) to anyone facing a move.

I just want to thank Mobile Attic so much for the great service! I have and will definitely recommend them to everyone I hear that is moving or needs storage. Out of the whole home selling/buying process, using them was the best choice and caused me no stress or worry whatsoever! The delivered the Container when they said they would, promptly returned emails and phone calls to answer all of my questions, and the picked up the container as scheduled. There was no damage or issues with anything I stored inside the Container. The other great thing is that they have the 20 container which is what I definitely needed to move my 4 bedroom house.

Would never use this company again. The unit was delivered to our brand new home and the front 2 wheels caused deep holes in the asphalt. The driver laughed at the situation and said there was nothing they can do and good luck with the HOA. Lonny the manager is not very helpful at all, he would not give the owners name so I can contact him, I finally got his email after 10 minutes. Very unprofessional customer service.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Mobile Attic in Charleston, SC. They coordinated 2 pods with multiple delivery dates. They always did what they said, were on time, courteous, friendly and worked with me financially when I went over my months rent by a couple days.I HIGHLY recommend them!

Mobile Attic came recommended from our contractor, because we had to move all the furniture out of one floor of the house - so that they could sand and re-stain / re-finish the wood floor. Mobile Attic delivered and picked up on the scheduled dates. They were very accommodating and friendly on the phone, and during delivery and pick-up. One caution is about any low-hanging tree limbs; the container comes on a flatbed truck, and sits fairly high in the air. The container was clean and did appear to be insect- and water-proof. We kept the container on our driveway for 2 weeks, and no damage occurred to our driveway. They delivered exactly what they said they would, and the entire process worked very well.

We were very pleased with our experience with Mobile Attic. They were friendly, responded quickly and way more affordable than their competitors.

I would not recommend renting a POD from this company. They advertise that their storage units are weather resistant. However, when I unloaded my POD my wife’s dream bed and our $1,800 mattress were so water damaged and covered in mold that they had to be taken to the dump. When I contacted the company they refused to do the right thing and reimburse us for the damage that their defective POD caused to our household goods. The bed and mattress suffered the worst of the damage but several other items had mold on them and multiple boxes that were stored in various locations had water damage. I should not have to pay for damage that their defective POD caused. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY….I shared these pictures with the company and offered to share a video that I took that showed exactly were the defect was so that nobody else gets screwed over like I did but they werent interested which tells me that they probably have no intention of fixing it.

I will never use or recommend this company in the future. When we unloaded our unit after 5 months of storage, MANY of the items were damp and moldy. Now that I am reading more reviews, I see that we werent the only ones. We had renters insurance however they dont cover moisture levels in the containers and Mobile Attic was less than helpful or apologetic about the damage we experienced. I had to contact them numerous times to get any type of response about the situation. They stated that they cannot guarantee 100% that their units wont leak. I highly recommend choosing a company that can keep your important personal belongings safe and dry! I also recommend looking at the fine print in any rental insurance agreement as ours didnt cover something that seems pretty basic!

We recently completed an in town move and researched several options for how to get our stuff from one place to the next. Mobile Attic was a little more cost effective than some other competitors so we went with them. Mobile Attic was very quick to respond to all of emails promptly and followed up on all commitments. The only critique I would offer is that they do deliver and pickup the storage units on a flatbed which tilts the contents at about a 25 degree angle at both delivery and pickup. I was not expecting this (prior experience with other competitiors utilizies an overhead crane which keeps everything level). The service was great and the pricing was very competitive. If you are ok with the flatbed delivery system, I highly recommend Mobile Attic over the alternatives.
