GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!Came in to replace 2 interstate batteries that werent functioning. 1st the guy at desk asks me if i had the vehicle with me that they came out of??? Then he couldnt do the math on the warranty and tried to say they were out of the date when both had one month left.Then after 40 min of waiting the tech said that 530 cranking amps was still good even though they were spec 800 cranking amp. Then said I had to have the receipt for them because if ive had them replaced before, these wouldnt be under warranty?! Told me to drive 1.5 hrs to gainesville to Costco and try there.I showed him interstates warranty info on the website he still refused to exchange. Complete waste of time.

Morris was my service adviser and he is very good. They take care of your needs honestly and dont push unnecessary work.I feel very confident with their work.

I have been to this location twice. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The services preformed were done by very knowledgeable mechanics. Everything was explained so I could understand. Every time I go there they tray to scam me last time they wiped the airbox with a cotton swab and said my fuel lines need to be cleaned .theres no fuel in the air box scam 1 . I asked for a oil change rotate tires and rebalance . Also check the freon levels . My response was we dont add Freon we only vacuum the system and recharge it. Went to Leesburg auto freon is fine no charge . Gave him 40.00 for being honest.

This review is specifically for the commercial department of this store. Manager accommodated me at the end of work day on a friday. His men were very well trained and fast. Top Shelf department at this store.

I asked them to investigate a noise I sometimes hear from my suspension. They looked hard and with perseverance. Although they were unable to reproduce and hear the sound, the mechanic tried very hard. Seems to me they were Honest and Fair. Will try them again soon.

Got a flat in my rental car while visiting from out of state. This place was very helpful and reasonably priced in getting me back on the road.

Friendly staff and great work performed

I had a great experience here. I went in thinking I needed to get my tires balanced. After checking my car they informed me that a belt in my tire actually shifted which caused a lump to form in my tire. They were extremely professional, and didnt charge me for checking out the issue. I am ordering a replacement tire, but I will definitely have them install it due to their professionalism and sincerity.

120 to put on 2 small tires rip off

I asked for a TPMS to be put into a spare tire for my jeep. The Tire shop decided for me that I didn’t need it. No call, no explanation. When I asked why they didn’t do it I was mansplained why, I may be a woman, BUT I know how it works. Won’t go back.

I have not visited the shop yet but they will have my business! My battery is bad so had to get new. I have a 2015 Ford Escape and Auto Zone will not replace due to the pain in the butt place it is. I asked a guy in the store if he was a mechanic, he said yes. I asked him to show my dad how to remove what needed to be removed to replace the battery. This you man came over on his own time and replaced my battery. Awesome service as far as Im concerned!

If you are about customer service this is your place! Went in for a tire to be mounted on a rim and filled with nitrogen. They came out, unloaded from my car, did exactly as requested, and put everything back in the car for me. They were quick and efficient. This is MY tire place from now on!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!My husband and I have tried SEVERAL times to utilize Boulevard Tire Center. Every single time we ATTEMPT to get service like, we are severely disappointed. Today was just another failure.We called the shop yesterday at 4:30. Granted, it was 30 minutes before they closed, so perhaps the employee was just telling us what we wanted to hear so they could go on with their Friday night plans. Our truck needed two new tires and Steve quoted us just over 400 for those, the installation, and to balance the two tires.Great, or so we thought.We arrive at Boulevard Tire this morning at 8:45am. As we walk in, we see Marco (who we have had to deal with before) at the counter. He is the only one in the lobby, hunched over a computer while leaning against the counter with his hand propping up his head. He didnt even look up from his screen, much less GREET THE CUSTOMER COMING INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT HE WORKS FOR!!But hey, no big deal right? Customer service is apparently optional for these guys.My husband and I begin to converse with Marco about the tires we wanted. Of course, he cannot look up the tires we called about. Instead, he asks us if we are sure of the size we had called to check on.Am I the only one who thinks it is extremely condescending to assume that your customer has no idea what they were talking about?Not only does he look at us like we are making up a story about calling there and checking on tire prices, he then proceeds to try to sell us tires that were $50 more APIECE.Bad customer service and higher prices than we were quoted ARE NOT THE REASON WE DROVE 45 MINUTES TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!This is not our first bad experience with Boulevard Tire, but I can guarantee it will be our last.If you like to be overcharged and enjoy wasting your time, then Boulevard Tire is the place for you.If you want quality, fair priced work that is done in a timely manner, then definitely do not patronize Boulevard Tire.

Just moving to the area, I came in expecting to buy 4 brand new tires costing over $1,000. Tony examined my truck, told me I didn’t need tires yet, showed me how to tell on the tires when I would need them, and even explained extra things on my truck for future reference. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and WELCOMING. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car needs and would highly recommend.

Service at Boulevard has been awesome ... each and every time Ive had to bring my pickup truck in for something. If I had any kind of complaint concerning them, I suppose it would be that the labor costs for repairs seem a little pricey to me (but ... I suppose its an okay price to pay ... for top-notch service).

What a great place to do business. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is top notch. Recently I had a problem with my car. The manager went with me for an extended drive to diagnose the problem. Then even though they could not fix it there he called a dealer to explain and set up an appointment for me. Again no charge. Ive been a customer for three years and if I live another thirty Ill still be a customer.

Made an appointment for 4 tires, 4 rotors, and a oil change for 830 the next day. Got there and told me it would be 3 hours before they get to it. The prices are outrageous too. They have great quality alignment systems, but steer clear if you can!

Only wish I could have given them 10 stars. Super honest, super helpful, with great service they saved us thousands of dollars!I bought a used car and it started to vibrate. My husband took it to a popular chain of tire stores around The Villages and they wrote up a huge list of things that were important for the car and our safety totaling $3,500.Thank heavens he went for a second opinion to Boulevard Tire which had been recommended by a native Lady Lake resident with car knowledge.Yes, there were some problems but $1.200 worth that was fully explained. They all so showed us and explained why the other recommended problems did not need to be fixed. THANKS Joe, Gil and Dan you are the best!!!!

Beware of this place! I was ripped off royally. I believe it was because I am an older female and do not know much about tires. A spare tire ended up costing me $278.00. The extra fees were outrageous!! One of the charges was $6.98 for 1 plastic valve stem. They charge $40 for 4 lug nuts and $16.00 to balance the spare tire and the extra fees went on and on! Shame on these people!!!!

Service was great happy with my visit.

They took my wheel off and found the leak was in the sidewall. I told them that I had a brand new set of tires coming from another place and they put it back on and didnt even charge me anything for taking it off in finding the whole even though I had bought tires from somewhere else. That says a lot about a place to me. And I will be giving them my business in the future.

They got the tires I wanted quickly and did an excellent job installing them. The cost for the tires and labor was reasonable.

Not knowing what time Boulevard TIre in Lady Lake closed, I walked into the doors 15 minutes before closing. My 2 front tires were in bad shape. Steve the manager and employees stayed late to replace my tires so I would be safe. Steve also worked with me on the price. I am very greatful.

They are overpriced as hell $100. An hour when 98%of shops in a 20 mile area charge $80. An hour after a $500.+++ just to put in an alternater then kept the core chargeof 30 bucks that should have gone to me they charged me $15. To put some antifreeze back in my car after choosi g to do the job the hard way as to make more MONEY. I was lied to and was never given a price or what the cost would be cause if they said it was going to cost me over $500. To pit an alternater on I would have got two blocks down where I was given a price of $385. For the same job just done right. And then there is the issue of picking up my car to see greasy dirty hand prints all over the hood on the door inside on the leather seats and stearing will! Then I open the hood and Garry the mach was rude as hell and actuly cust at me for asking a question. Anyways I open the hood and all the clips that hold the main power cable that is clipped in a manner to which its held in a position as to not rub or touch anything that could melt or cut the main power cable. But I go to pick up my car and Garry the mech just left it hanging

Had a brake line fail on my Silverado.Pedal was sinking to the floor and didnt stop well.Took it to Lady Lake Boulevard Tire and had it checked out.Eddie showed me that the exhaust pipe damaged it under a load.I left it with them and Ken said it would be ready today or tomorrow.That was 10:30 am.I called and asked if it would be ready today around 4pm and after asking Eddie,Ken said yes.Got there around 4:30 and Eddie had it ready to go about 4:50.TERRIFIC JOB GUYS!Thanks for the quick service, especially Eddie for getting it done!
