I had all my wheels and tires mounted here. Very friendly and nice people, and Richard who worked on my car took meticulous care of my wheels and car like it was his own. Highly recommended.

Was told that my tires qualified for a rebate only to find out later that they did not. Tried to sell me a lot of work to only find out what they were claiming was not true. They stripped a stub on my rear wheel. Probably by careless impact use. I have worked on and built cars for over three decades. I at first trusted what they stated and figured that I would replace the hubs and brakes one Saturday. Upon inspection they were in safe operational condition.. You have taken me once but will never have the opportunity to do it again. By the way. You put my rims on backwards!

Bought two tires here in April. Went back to Illinois and noticed vibration in the front. Took car to NTB in St.Louis and had them check balance and alignment. Tires were not balanced correctly and alignment was not done properly. The folks in St. Louis were very thoughtful and since NTB and Tire Kingdom are business partners there was no charge for the corrective work.

Appoint was at 4 p.m.and it went inside within minutes and was done in great time.. I have all my work done here !!!!!

My ac went out on my truck as I sprang for my phone there was only one company to call tire kingdom . my truck was in on Monday morning and was all fixed 2.5 hrs. later A BIG THANKYOU GOES OUT TO DAVE AND PHIL THE MANAGERS AND THE MACHANIC GARY .. Problem diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. As usual at any auto repair business Ill complain about the cost, but simply add, that is nothing new with todays vehicles. I was happy to get my repairs done on a walk in, same day basis.

Dont go to tirekingdom in lady lake. They put my wheels on wrong and ruined my fairly new rotors. Didnt push them to make it right other than remounting my wheels so it wasnt jacked up. They offered to make the install fee half off but I had to pay for my own rotors. No offense you already jacked up my car... I dont really want to pay you put the rotors that Im paying out of pocket. Even half price. If you have offset wheel set ups. Avoid this place like the plague.Update... the put my tires on the wrong wheels. So double wammy.

This was the first time I have done business with tire kingdom it was a very good experience. They are pleasant and their service is fast. I was there less than an hour. I am very pleased with this business and recommend them to anyone.

Great people and great prices, work was done fast and they could have ripped me off but instead suggested I didnt do the alignment do to a tie rod end that needs to be replaced. They now have a customer forever !

They have become our car service company. They have done more then just tire changing on our cars. They do not up charge and only fix what needs to be fixed. We have had to have my car in there for an emergency fix. They were able to handle it the same day. I cant speak for all Tire Kingdoms but this one is honest and seems to have high qualified people working there.

Very helpful! Picked up a bolt in a tire, losing pressure... Dealers service center was closed for the holiday, but Tire Kingdom was thankfully open! They got me in and out in under an hour. Also, they gave a deep discount on the repair because of the pending storm.

Low tire pressure light was on. Store Mgr was too busy with his computer and big ticket sales. Fortunately, a mechanic named Hector finished the car he was working on and took mine next. He found a screw in the tread of a front tire and patched it. Good as new. No charge, which I gratefully overruled.

For some reason my tires lost a little air. They fixed that problem right away. Excellent service...

Honest, competent & fast service. They fixed what another shop down the road messed up (simple alignment job gone wrong). Nobody wants to work on a Sunday, and you can see this reflected in the attitude at other places, but the staff here were pleasant & respectful nonetheless. Thank you!

Love the one in Lady Lake. Professional, helped us save money. Had problems with the car overheating . Brought it to the tire kingdom in Palatka, they told me I needed a new radiator, but then it kept overheating. Then they sold me a new thermostat and water pump. But it kept overheating. So I brought it to Lady Lake after Palatka tried telling me it was my thermostat again, and I never said anything to the guys at Lady Lake about it. They had me come to the garage and showed me my hose was collapsing and about $30 later I was on my way. Has been running great for two years now . Highly recommend Lady Lake but not Palatka.

Today I had a wow! service experience, the store was busy I had a nail on a tire. They took my car in sooner than I expected and quickly repair it. Since it was just to plug the tire been a stablish customer they did as a courtesy at no charge.

We used tire kingdom for years no problem. I went to have my small truck checked out, tires rotated before a weekend trip. They were nice but I was told my truck had all kinds of problems. Didnt let them do anything, when I got home husband checked out and there was only one problem. Not as many as they said there were. This didnt make me happy not one little bit....

Good work but my mechanic would of only been around 600.00 for the work they did but my daughter-in-law was told they were reasonable so she went to them and 600.00 turned into 1700.00

Lets see,,,, the first bad experience is when they stripped the threads on my fathers new Honda Accord and had to buy a whole new oil pan. The manager would not take ownership of his staff or the incompetent error they made. The second time I stopped in to get a simple tire patched from a screw the caused a slow leak. They said they dont plug tires and tried selling me a whole new set. The tires I have are 2017 Continental and screw was in the tread, very simple fix. Fortunately there is an advanced auto right up the street, $5 patch kit and 10 minutes later tire was mint. Will never consider going to any Tire Kingdumb location ever again and furthermore caution others not to waste their time and money.

Wrong appt time, supposed 4:00 instead of 11 AM as told. Did not have oil filter that I had asked to make sure they had. Walked out, wasted an hour plus 20 miles of my time.willnot do business there.

Everyone at this Tire Kingdom was very pleasant, kept me well informed, and work diligently to get my car repaired in a timely manner. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of and you can trust them.

UPDATE:So...after working on my car they call my wife and say that the radio isnt working. She takes the info, hangs up and lets me know. The first thing that jumps in my head is that they worked on the alternator, and fried the multiplexer. I know that any good mechanic knows this about a 2007 Honda. We go to pick up the vehicle, and thats exactly it. Keyfob doesnt lock or unlock the vehicle and no radio. I question the first young man about this, who gives me an attitude then proceeds to tell me that the vehicle was parked outside and not locked. Ok, so he sends in the Service Manager. He proceeds to tell me not to interrupt him, then completely ignores me in the convo and only talks to my wife. He then proceeds to tell her that if they did anything wrong they will fix it, ONLY after I take it to a dealership. He also lied about locking up the vehicle, saying he thought the keyfob had a dead battery and that he pressed the drivers side lock and it locked everything. Not possible. He doesnt even listen to me about the multiplexer, the after I tell him to listen to his customers when theyre speaking to him (how else do you provide CUSTOMER SERVICE) he tells me to get out and walks away into the bay, shooting an intimidating glance like if he would like to fight. Ill be getting in contact with corporate, and will let the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars know to stay away from this business.Very professional and helpful. They were willing to stay around and help me with my car troubles as I needed to be towed into their bay. Awesome group of guys.

I have used this tire kingdom for years and always had a good experience until today. I made an appointment with the general manager, Dave, on Tuesday. When I arrived today the appointment was not in the computer. Dustin, the assistant manager told me he could get to me later today but they were fully booked with appointments so I would have to work with him on the time. I told him I made an appointment so that I wouldnt have to do that, as I had other things I need to do today. He then told me I could go elsewhere! I tried to further discuss it with him and he walked away and went into the service Bay. I had to send another employee in there to ask him to come back and finish his discussion with me. Took him almost 20 minutes. I then told him that it was not good customer service to walk away from an upset customer when they are talking to you, it just makes things worse. I told him that telling a customer to go elsewhere was not good business. I told him that I would be discussing his behavior with his general manager Dave. His response? He told me to go for it! I understand mistakes are made, and thats not really what causes me the issue. Its Dustins attitude.

The very next day the entire brake job had to be replaced again due to the calipers failing. As a result of the failure, the brakes locked and burned up. I then needed to do another entire brake system. Sure they covered the parts, but the labor, ($109 / hr), I see now how they make their money. I tried to get it resolved but no call back and the usual answer, well look into it. Because of the volume of customers I doubt they care if I or any of those I talk to ever go there again.

The only reason I feel ok about even listing ONE star here is because at lease they tried to screw me with a smile. On a brand new tire I ran over what turned out to be a piece of windshield washer arm the thickness of a shoestring potato between the tread in my tire. I road around like that for about 20 seconds. After getting the donut on my car I drove to this Tire Kingdom location only for the employee to tell me my tire was too badly damaged to repair and I needed to purchase a new one for almost $300. As it turns out they didnt have it in stock so they called the Ocala location to tell them I was on my way. I left and called a local Ocala shop who said come to me. I went and together we looked at the tire off the rim. There was NO damage! He fixed my tire, rebalanced and barely wanted to charge me anything. So no...I wouldnt recommend them to change a roll of toilet paper let alone a tire!

My daughter goes in today, and has a nail into the tire then the gentlemen Proceeds to tell her that she has rotted tires when we went to Ford before we left South Carolina in the car the Ford dealership checked it out it was nothing wrong with the tires and then tells her thats the tire cant be fixed with the nail in . which is another lie when we went to another place and they put a patch on it for 20.00 i proved the guy at tires plus wrong on my daughters tires when i have papers from ford saying the tires are fine .. promise you if u want to get screwed at this tire store continue doing bussiness with this people that lie to your face when u have proof in writing from a dealer in S carolina .... i will let all my friends know and family no to go to this crooked lieing store !!!! shouldnt give them the Satisfaction of one star at this store !!!!

Bought 2 sets of 4 tires and multiple services there previously, have TK Card, Called early Saturday afternoon, light on need oil change. Response no openings let me make an appointment during the week No I can make an appointment by driving in elsewhere. 2 weeks later 2nd car Drive in 5:45 after work on weekday, need oil change responseLet me make you an appointment No I can make an appointment by driving into another auto repair place and get immediate service, which I did. Dont know who is scheduling but used to be able to get service. Called complaint line. Yep they were concerned. took complaint though.

Customer service is terrible store is under staffed and cannot complete a dimple task such as a tire repair in less than a couple of hours. Would definitely use another tire shop before going back.

The next morning after getting up at 6 oclock to be there I was told that it was not valid for the year make and model of my carm Thanks for Nothing...
