Mike and Mike delivered my table and 2 chairs today. I have been around the world several times and i have never ever experienced such exceptional service. They are not called the mike and mike show for nothing. This company should be so proud to have such fine young men delivering furniture. I wish i had them as grandsons. They BOTH DESERVE a raise. Im sure the owner drives nice cars and a big HOUSE. So should THESE HARD working men.

On 5/21/20 I ordered a couch set and gave Home Design Furniture $500. (cash) deposit. Furniture was promised first or second week in June.I called store 3 times; no response. On 6/11 I visited store and asked about delivery. Clerk said he did not know where furniture is. I asked for refund, he called manager, and said I will get a check from accountant. Today is 6/21 and no check back. I am writing certified letter to the company tomorrow and will probably end of in Small Claims Court. At least I will win case and company will pay what is owed to me and ALL court costs.Do not use this company that is not BBB certified. Many people have filed against Home Design Furniture.

We visited the store to buy what we decided we wanted. The salesman wouldn’t help us saying we’d have to come back when the “other” salesman was in. We were like “okay” and wondered why he couldn’t and wouldn’t help us. We tried to go back today (6/29/2020) and the door was locked after 2 pm!!! I called another location and they said “oh, he’s at lunch and will be back in 20 or 30 minutes. Lunch after 2? Must be nice. So we read reviews below, especially about the other person not receiving their furniture or a refund, so we will not be back. That’s a $2,000 loss for them. Oh well, apparently they don’t need the money or to make sales.

The bedroom furniture is beautiful, functional, and was reasonably priced.The salesperson, Linda was quite helpful and pleasant to work with as was the manager. My furniture arrived quite quickly. The delivery men were friendly, professional, and took extraordinary care in handling my furniture. They took the time to put pads on the legs of all furniture and were very accommodating in the proper placement of my furniture. They even returned to my house later with decor items I had forgotten about at the time. I’ve moved several times and Mike and his fellow mover are the BEST I’ve ever worked with. I ordered an entertainment wall unit Jan. 7 . Today, March 4th. I am finally done. It was a terrible ordeal, made worse by no communication. Steven doesn’t return calls to see what was going on. He ordered the wrong set, when it was finally delivered. I sat for 4 Tuesdays in a row waiting for deliveries. Shelves were left out. The delivery men were very nice.So service is non existent.

Mike & Milton did an outstanding job with the delivery of our furniture. There were some on site repairs that had to be done due to factory damage. Mike was able to make the necessary repairs on site. Both men were very respectful and friendly. Thank you to Mike and Milton on a job well done

If things can go wrong this is the place to shop. Poor communications and not sure what theyre doing they seemed to guess whats going to happen with your order

Their service is atrocious!! I bought a sofa, love seat and 2 recliners Oct 2017, paid $1692.00. It has a 1 year fabric and 5 year defect warranty on it. One of the loveseats arms has busted loose and wiggles. Nothing is wrong with the fabric. I have repeatedly called over and over and over and over asking for them to put me on the schedule I have spoke to the saleslady I spoke to the service lady I have spoke to the person that schedules I have spoke to their warehouse branch. they do not respond properly they do not call back they keep making excuses about not being able to know when theres going to be a schedule they say theyre call back and let me know. Over and over and over no response.

Bought a bedroom set and living room set. Delivery people shoved couch and love seat through door with no blanket to cover and protect the leather. Scuffs and a few slight tears. Bedroom set was delivered with better care but one draw in dresser was misaligned. 3 weeks later a repair man arrived and could not repair draw. Stated the draw had manufacturing flaws and needed to be replaced. He told me he would order new draw. After 3 weeks I called and was told the draw just arrived and they would call to schedule a delivery date. 1 week later called again. Was told there was no record of this anywhere and that they would look into it and call me right back. That did not happen either.Their service after sale is horrible. I will never do business with them again. Stay away.

Staff totally ignored me and my partner in store. Didnt see anything they have over other stores while walking through. We spent a ton of money at City Furniture. Much better service.

I just moved in to the Villages and I had family scheduled to visit in 12 days. I had no place for them to sit in the living room. AT the Home Design Furniture store I found the quality and price that I was looking for, but the std 2-6 week delivery was a problem. I ordered a couch and sales employee Vonnie pulled some strings and my couch was in the store in 10 days. My other problem was no delivery on Sat. I then got help from sales employee Bryan. Bryan unloaded some furniture from a truck behind the store and personally delivered my couch (he was not a delivery person and it was not his sale). I believe it would be hard to find a store where the employees would put that much effort in helping out a customer. My family and I thank Vonnie and Bryan for their help.

Fair warning once they get your money your nobody. will not purchase anything else from this company. they will do nothing for you if you have any problems. I advise you to shop some place else. I have been trying to get an issue taken care of for five months. they just do not care. reporting them to BBB and see if any of the tv stations can help.After 6 months and having to get a lawyer I finaly got my furniture exchanged. I still advise shop some where else!!!!!

Bought from the villages store, the sales team there knows nothing about how operations work, NOTHING! I was given the run around by 2 of the staff. Neither of them could get there lies straight. After all the stories the villages store told me I called the Ormand beach warehouse/store. Holy smokes I got answers! And my order was delivered.I gave 1 star because they make you to leave a rating, and this was for the villages store.Now the Ormand beach store and the delivery guys get 5 stars. They were awesome, helpful and did not lie to me. I had my stuff exactly when they said I would.The product.... meh..... I was told by the villages store it was real wood not press board, (seems they don’t even know the products they are selling). If I would of know it was cheap press board I would of just went to Walmart.DONT DEAL WITH THE VILLAGES STORE THEY LIED AND DO NOT KNOW THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF SCAMMING SO MANY PEOPLE!!Also I see some fake reviews here, they friends and family of the sales team just so they don’t look so bad.
