Wife purchased a Pioneer for my birthday. She said her salesperson was Kelly Christ and he treated her well and was very respectful and professional. Paperwork went smooth and we picked up the bike same day! No complaints! Beautiful showroom by the way! Public restrooms. I did try to reach out to him again to purchase another quad but unfortunately they weren’t responsive enough to earn my business on that one. Overall satisfied though!
I called to see if they had a part in stock for my 4-wheeler, as it was a recall part from Honda, the service manager told me he didnt know if they had it or not. When I asked if he could check and see, he told me that he didnt have time, that he would call me back. Later the same afternoon I had not heard from him, I tried calling back, no answer, so I left a message, here we are 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a call back.
Beautifully kept premises. Stock very low like all other motorcycle shops. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Only had one Goldwing but it had everything but an airbag. Im used to seeing this dealer with a porch area full of bikes that just wont fit inside. At first glance I thought they were closed

Im sorry but the old guy in parts is rude unhelpful and insulting. Ive dealt with him many times and every time is a challenge. Ive always been polite and given the model number and even with the model number he pretends not to know what I need. Employees like that are giving you a bad reputation. With everything available on the internet you cant afford to keep someone who insults paying customers.
Went yesterday to buy some riding gear Helmet etc. walked around a good 20 minutes had 4 workers with 1 other customer in the place. Not a single worker asked if I needed help so I left and went to Cycle Gear to see what they had where I was greeted immediately at the door and helped out with everything I needed to get. They will definitely get all my business from now on.
Mr. Dan was very helpful in ordering parts I needed.Louis was cooperative and easy to communicate with, when dealing with a code 23 (O2 sensor heater) on my 2017 Honda Rancher 420. He advised me that it was fully warranted under the 30 month emission warranty and took care of the issue promptly (within 3 days because the part had to be ordered).
Honda has been(Edited) What I was gonna say and what had happen was...Honda has been our service provider for our motorcycles since 1990s.. They just do really good work. And listen, once we decide to bring our cycles here for service or parts, we have not ever had to worry because their consistency in their work has us sold. They understand our needs, familiar with our interests, and YES TO WHOMEVER HAS THE ABILITY TO MAKE MY HUSBAND SMILE ALL THE TIME AND NEVER COMPLAIN.... yeah HONDA U R FAMILY NOW!!

My purchase started with opening the front door to a very nice showroom that was clean and well stocked...plus, the crown jewel of the place, sitting right up front, was my new CRF450L. Kelly, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and is also an enthusiast, who can talk motorcycles with the best of them. He also managed to get me a really great deal on my new bike, even though it was the release date of this brand-new model, on the day I bought it....I was very impressed. Also, I want to thank Mike for that deal, as he is a fantastic manager. I am very happy with my purchase.

My 12 year old Honda lawn mower needed a LOT of work. Huey made me a GREAT deal on a new mower. The cost was about $25 more than what it would have cost to repair my old mower. Just now finished using it for the first time and it is AWESOME! Cant beat Honda--Consumer Reports rates it the best lawn mower. I am very pleased with the deal Huey gave me and the great new mower!

These are the nicest people. I had problems with a Honda mower that I had bought only recently at a different store. Honda of Lafayette is a certified Honda repair center, so I went there. I was just floored with their service and the kindness of their people. I didnt know that people could treat customers this well. The guy looks at my mower, fools with it, takes in the back, and gets it repaired immediately. In 10 minutes I was out of there with a running mower. Amazing service, amazing people. Next lawnmower/power equipment will be bought off of their salesfloor. Absolutely had to be the best customer experience Ive ever had. Thank you Honda of Lafayette.
Staff not very friendly or outgoing nor excited to put you on a motorcycle. Not willing to negotiate or very considerate of buyer. Sport bike selection limited as well. Outdoor and cruiser selection nice though and clean store with a great servicing area.

One of the biggest, if not the biggest Honda inventories in the state. On top of this they have a very, very knowledgeable staff who was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend HOL to anyone in the business for an off-road vehicle or lawn/power equipment.
I just called to buy a bike from them, they picked up and put me on hold twice without speaking to me. Quickest way to loose a sale in my opinion, going elsewhere.

Over the years of riding dirt bikes, ATVs, and other power sports vehicles; Ive always appreciated the neighborly atmosphere from our local Honda shop. My dad and I would frequent the service center to order accessories as well as have them change out tires for our bikes. The workers would always strike up a genuine & friendly conversation with us, a type you wont find at corporate and online retailers. Its always nice checking out the inventory as well - especially the new 17 CRF-450 motocross bikes (drool). Go check them out and if youre trying to get your kids outside of the house a shiny new Honda will do the trick, they will never forget the good times.
I went in to see about some atvs for work and ended up falling in love with an awesome looking silver atv. I ended up going back in that afternoon and buying it for myself. Mike was a big help in getting this accomplished. I can not remember the guys name that took care of my paperwork, but he wouldnt stop until everything was like it was supposed to be. Thanks again guys! I absolutely love my silver atv!
Lafayette Honda is a 5-stars business. Their constant professionalism, even after-hours, has won me over. They became like family with their selfless deeds. One staff member named Mike even even drove for hours to go take care of my friend in Colorado. Negative reviewers should back their claim with names. If a Honda staff is rude, management steps up immediately to fix the problem. Honda prides itself on good service and engineering. This is the Soichiro Honda business model. I should know. I used to work with them in Japan.

This is the best Honda shop in the south, they have a great selection of atvs and motorcross gear. I got my helmet there years ago and it still serves me well today. If youre looking for some new gear or a new ride I highly suggest coming here.

This place is a nice atmosphere except for some employees that are unintentionally rude. When I was looking at gloves, one of the other employees was cursing freely and sounding like a smartass. It all depends who you get, but some of the workers act condescending and rude, which are both innapropriate for a salesman.

Recently on a trip on my Honda Stateline bike: roundtrip from Cincinnati to New Orleans. The metal tubing on my luggage rack gave way and luckily I was only several miles from this Honda location. Service manager Louis Rabeaux took the call and told me to come right in and within an hour, he arranged for one of the shops technicians to weld it back together. It now seems stronger than it was before it broke. So I was back on my way.. First class attention, fair price, a nice lounge for waiting, free coffee and water, and all around friendliness. Thank you!

Ok, we purchased a dirtbike from this place. First of all, workers are not friendly nor do they talk to you at all. Then we come back to buy some oil, and me and some buddies was sitting on a few bikes. My dad was with us and he didnt say a thing. Then as soon as he turns his back some old man comes up throwing his arms up yelling, hero in mind all the bikes we was on we could fit perfectly. What is somebody was looking to purchase that bike, horrible service and not the best enventory of motercycles. Their is only like 3 sport bikes, a few dirtbikes and 1 from and a couple of cruisers. 99.9 percent of the dealer ship is atvs and lawnmowers. Over all, horrible place with horrible enventory and horrible service, dont come here.

Well it all started with my love for honda motorcycles an atvs the reliability they offer an perfomance that they put out. Over the years ive had many of differnt vehicles but none have ever compared to my hondas. In 2015 i decided it was time for something brand new i was tired of the hassel of dealing with somebody elses problems so i went out to honda of lafayette an bought there new honda grom. The grom is great for getting around town at a low cost of only about 3 dollars per 100 miles. Like other motorcylce enthusiasts im sure we all relate when i say its fun just to slow. 2016 came around and because of the great service an appreciation honda of lafayette provides i decided to go an buy the brand new cbr 1000rr witch is all the animal it is talked up to be thank u honda of lafayette for my beautiful bikes an quality service.

My review is this: I made a few purchases there of items in stock. No problems. All friendly. On 9/29/14, I came back with a front wheel that needed bearings. The parts needed to be ordered. 96 Honda ACE 1100. I can call a dozen places or a thousand websites and have them delivered to my house tomorrow, OEM. They said 3 days. They called me on 30th and said it would $325. I almost had a heart attack. I pulled the wheel myself. I just need old bearings pulled and the new ones seated. Id gladly pay $100-$150 in labor with $30 for parts since I dont have the tools. But, I said ok. Thats my front wheel. I want to know its done well and done right. On 10/3/14 they called back and said they accidentally ordered rear wheel bearings. They did not give me an ETA or price adjustment. I called on the 11th and left a message that was not returned. I just called then today, the 14th. They told me they need to order the parts. Im giving them until the 17th, then Im taking my wheel someplace else or DIY. I could have shipped it home and back to Broward Motorsports for less, sooner. I hope they get it together. I am not exactly filled with confidence. I am putting my life in their hands. That is why I would pay premium for a job well done. That is my review.Update, I went to pick up my wheel Friday morning, 9/17/14. The service manager met me, apologized, informed that the parts were overnighted, and assured me it would be done and I could pick it up in the afternoon. They called. I picked it up. All is well.Parts were competitively priced. Labor was $75.00 Thats fair an reasonable.I understand mistakes happen. Communication is key to everyone remaining friendly.I would have Called the customer as soon as I discovered the problem and I would have had a solution, updated prices, and an ETA.Im leaving my review at 2 stars but I will continue to do business there.
