I had my brakes replaced 9 months ago at Hub City Ford. I noticed my car making a grinding noise, so I called Paul L and asked him when I could bring it in. He told me to come first thing in the morning. It was faulty brakes, they were fixed by noon and taken care of by warranty. They are always helpful and friendly at Hub City Ford.

Following a front end collision, my Expedition was in the Hub City Ford body shop for several weeks for repair. Due to supply chain problems, there were some parts that were not immediately available, so the process took a bit longer than it might have normally. The folks in the collision center kept me informed on a regular basis so Id know how the repairs were progressing. I dealt with three or four body shop employees and they were all very friendly and competent.Ive been back in the Expedition for just over a week and it seems to be fully returned to the mechanical condition it was in prior to the accident—which is nearly new since it had only been driven 14,000. It handles perfectly.Cosmetically, I cant find a flaw. The alignment of the hood, doors, fenders, etc. and the paint work is easily on a par with a brand new car.Even inside the engine compartment, you dont see signs of the repairs.Hub City clearly has very experienced professionals that take pride in their work.I was worried my nearly new Expedition would never be the same, but Im afraid Hub City will have to wait a little longer to get this one in on a trade. ;-)

The people were very pleasant and smiling and it didnt take long. But the service not so much. I asked for the 21pt inspection on my daughters car. I was told all she needed was 2 new tires in the near future. I wasnt told about the oil leak nor did they bring her tires to the proper air pressure or fill her fluids. And they didnt do the light vacuum Im used to that other dealers. Ford yall have to do better if you wanna keep up with other dealerships.

The Fast Lane service was completed with minimum wait time. Also had a gravel shield replaced at the same time. The staff at Hub City is always friendly and havent tried to upsell products during my visits. Ive been a Hub City customer for many years and have seen no reason to go elsewhere when in the market for a Ford vehicle.
It is unfortunate that you have such bad customer service on the service department on this dealership. As of today all of a sudden they refuse to rotate tires because of after market wheels, where do they state that when you purchase a 60K truck from them? Nowhere!Every single time I’ve come here in the past two years since I purchase my truck there is always some type of issue with the service advisors/department. I do not recommend the headache, take your vehicle to get service elsewhere or wait to be treated like you are not worth their time.Bringing your vehicle to them it’s an inconvenience, will certainly look to get it serviced elsewhere next time.

Sketchy about maintenance work and price. Last time I went they refused to rotate my tires because of aftermarket rims. Even though they will sell you a truck with aftermarket rims and tires, and tons of trucks that come through there have them. But they agreed to do it, and I was informed it would be an extra charge of $20 which I agreed to. I asked how much the total would be out the door and she said 130 with the extra charge, seems legit.. since every other Ford dealer in the country that I have been to is usually around $105-120 out the door for oil change and rotation (and no other dealer has ever refused my rotation for aftermarket rims) so this seemed fair. After the 2.5 hour wait I get my truck and the bill, and its $161.52 before taxes... thats $30+ more than she said with the extra $20 charge.. not a super huge deal, sure... but its dishonest and by far the highest out of the 10 or so other Ford dealers in the country that Ive gotten the same work done with, and no refusals. And Google asked for my review, so this is it. I will be going to a different Ford dealer in the future for all my service work.

Body shop took a very long time for a minor project ! When Job was complete, i lifted bed cover and lots of trash was left from job. Also Lots of leafs from the trees were in the bed of truck do to the bed cover left open in the weather . The reason for a bed cover is to prohibit such issues from happening .When you drop off a personal truck to get fixed they should treat it as their own ! Even thou it is a Toyota .....

Days later after the sale David was still helping me with things that he could have very well moved on to the next sale since this one was done.... but he didnt. Also, that is the first time ever that I leave a dealership and they had sat in the car with me, set up all the features and went over the entire car with me. My vehicle was under warranty when I took a trip to Las Vegas, ac went out and brake rotars where cracked. the Vegas dealerships told me it would be 5 weeks, I called hubcity for someone to help because we had made a deal and I held up my part of it. the outcome was not what I expected from my dealership, I had to bring my truck to someone else and pay out of my pocket and they refused to honor their Contract and reimburse the cost. I will not buy another vehicle from these people.

The unique thing about Hub City is that the salespeople handle the deal from start to finish without customers being shuttled from office to office as part of the sales process. Its a more relaxing experience for the customer. The service dept is excellent too. I highly recommend Hub City Ford to anyone looking for a first class buying experience.

When it come to services this dealership does not know what they are doing. The oil in my vehicle was topped off, not changed. The oil was still pitch black. Not even 10 minutes before my truck was “ready “ another 2 customers came forward with complaints the first customer had noticed that for the second time her coolant had not been properly filled and the next one had paid for an inspection and they couldn’t take the time to put on a new sticker. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Customer service is wonderful experience in the shop is piss poor.
Bought a car recently and also bought four new tires and one tire was faulty. Tried to reach out to get it fixed but they wouldn’t respond to messages or phone calls to to resolve the issue.
I NEVER leave reviews but wanted to make sure this one gets posted. Dealing with the service department (Paul Laurent) is an absolute nightmare. Multiple calls/voicemails and it’s impossible to get him on the phone for an update. It was my understanding that a service advisor is suppose to update you along the way? NOT HERE! Buyer beware!Seriously save the headache and head to Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge! It’s completely out of the way for me but totally worth it!UPDATE A WEEK LATER: Still have not received a call back or spoken to Paul.

I recently called in a part to have it ordered. They finally put it on. It is not the same mirror. I have a hard time talking to aomeone about. I have left numerous messages. I would like to have what i paid for. I need the correct item. The service is not good. Mr. SHANE was sweet and helpful for the most part. Im not satisfied at all. I thought by bringing my car in to hub city ford it would have been better than going to a part shop or body shop. But i was wrong. Some employees are very rude which makes me want to do business elsewhere. If i could give the car back and get my money back i would. Very disappointed in ford. Will not be making future purchases with them
I contacted Shane G by email to see when I could set up my 10,000 mile service plus oil/filter. I received a email back very timely to let me know when I was scheduled. I got to Hub City and immediately was approached by a customer service representative. In less than an hour, my car was finished being serviced and I was back on the road. My recent service experience at Hub City Ford despite the pandemic situation went very well. I utilized the quick lane service for “The Works”The service rep, Charles Gary, introduced himself, was courteous and respectful of maintaining a distance. My vehicle went promptly into the shop and the entire service visit took under one hour. There is a very nice comfortable shaded area just outside from the cashier where I was able to wait and enjoy a cup of coffee from the customer coffee bar. I snuck in a quick hello to my old USL classmate Harold Fils who has sold us several vehicles over the years.Well done Hub City!
