Great experience!! I ordered and paid for my phone online. When I got there to get my phone I was in and out. It was way faster than going to the bigger Verizon store in Lafayette. Over there I’ve waited over an hour to purchase a phone. I will visit again!!

Be aware that this is a Verizon AUTHORIZED RETAILER, not the same as an official Verizon store. Although they offer the same services, they charge you for a $30 or so setup fee on top of the Verizon activation fee upon buying a phone. That was for an upgrade! They didnt tell us that when we got a new phone from there. That setup fee is entirely at this stores discretion.The setup consists of transferring your data from your old phone to the new one, which can be easily done for free at home for the tech savvy.Save your money and go to an official Verizon store.
Waited 45 minutes only to be told to ho to a website.
Showed up at 3:45 to find a ‘be back in 5 minutes ‘ sign on the door . Waited 45 minutes and no one showed up .
