Great self-storage. I was able to select my unit, confirm my rate, and do all the paperwork online so everything was ready to go when I showed up 20 minutes later with a truckload of things. Frank was very kind in getting me checked in and directed to my unit. A very good value.

The StorQuest Self Storage experience was friendly, efficient, and the place is convenient and clean. The door would not stay up so John came through with an appropriate piece of wood to remedy that. Hopefully it will get fixed sometime while am here. I was not told beforehand of each units costs of insurance - an added $12. minimally.I am pleased overall and feel fortunate to have a place to store so close by.

We had a great experience with StorQuest while downsizing and moving locally. Frank was friendly and helpful...the facility clean, safe and well maintained. It saved us money with movers and allowed us to protect our more fragile items and move them in incrementally...all during the pandemic.

A 5 x 10 is only 4.5 x 9.5. been smaller than advertised doesnt matter for larfer spaces but for smaller spaces it matters a lot.

We rented a unit here from July 2017 until November 2018. The customer service was outstanding when we first rented, and we have lived out of state until recently. When we arrived to take our items out of storage into our new home, we found there was an additional numbered lock on our storage door. We went to the front office to find out why, and the manager wasn’t in the office for 20 minutes so we waited patiently. Scott arrived and seemed incredibly irritated, he was rude and very inconsiderate. When we explained and asked WHY a random lock was on a our unit, he said “I just started here not long ago so how would I know..”? I was shocked by his disrespectful response so I simply told him to look up our file and he would see we haven’t missed a single payment and in fact called monthly to ensure our unit was secure as we lived out of state. When he reviewed the information and saw that we had paid, he looked clueless as to what he should do. Light bulb! When we suggested a bolt cutter not only did he seem aggravated he had to assist a paying customer and do his job, he never apologized or even looked into the matter. Our unit was covered in mouse droppings, but I am not surprised as to the low quality of customer service this management has allowed it deteriorate to. We simply unpacked our unit, closed our account and will never return. I highly recommend paying for storage elsewhere, as your possessions are valuable and to this company- you are just a monthly bill, nothing more. Scott would benefit from a customer service management course.

We had a great experience with Storquest. It was easy to access our storage unit and was close to other amenities. The costumer service was great and we good friendly reminders for our monthly payment. They were always willing to work with us. I would rent there again!

Jon was Fast, Friendly, and Informative. The units are clean and the area well kept. Ive never rented a facility before and his explanations were very helpful. I started with a smaller unit but felt it wouldnt be big enough and he had no problem showing me a different unit.

I am so grateful and appreciative at the great service I received from Scott. He worked with me on solving the challenge of bringing in a large 28 trailer to be dropped off and unloaded. He was able to find the perfect unit (smaller than my first reservation) and a nearby unit in case of overflow. I ended up needing both. Scott went the extra mile on smaller issues. I had several logistical issues that would not have come together without his support.

The whole process was easy and fast. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The best part was that they have a great offer the first month is 1$. The storage is clean and neat I think is the best place to store your stuff.

This past Wednesday, I walked in to a very aggressive woman yelling at the manager. I could not believe how hostile she was. All I could catch from the conversation was something abt why there was another lock on her unit, which turned out to not even BE her unit, but her girlfriends. Anyway, the manager, Scott, was so calm and collected. He explained the rules pertaining to customer access, and recommended the woman contact her friend. I was really amazed at his demeanor. It takes a lot of self control to deal with and respond calmly and respectfully to someone talking to you in such a disrespectful manner. But that’s exactly what this manager, Scott, did. Scott remained courteous the entire time, and handled the situation in a totally professional manner. Kudos to you, Scott! Keep up the good work!

Great location (for me), helpful employees, nice units w competitive prices.If you have a north facing unit, there will likely be ice and snow present for an extended period of time. I would recommend bringing your own salt to melt the ice.

Nice storage; very efficient sign up on line without credit card or going to office first. Special of 50% off the first month covered the administrative fee and insurance. Cons are required monthly insurance that it make the unit slightly more expensive than some competitors and access is only till 10 pm at night. But personal touch added by the very helpful asst. manager Brent who was onsite all day made my move in much easier.

We called on Saturday morning, the whole process was easy and everyone we spoke to was so nice and helpful. Scott was very pleasant and explained everything. We are good to go and very happy.

Great experience!! I called to reserve a unit and came in the next day to look at it and rent it. Brent was nice and super easy to talk with. The paperwork to rent the unit was quick and easy. He explained how the payments worked (and I will say its MUCH better than Public Storage). If you rent on the 27th, before the first of the next month, youre not paying, say $60, twice in one week. The unit we got is the perfect size for an amazing price. Definitely recommend.

Ive never had to utilize a storage facility before but, my first experience with getting everything set up was pleasant and informative, very friendly customer service, even tho, I reserved a 5 X 10 on line in the hopes of getting the on line 1/2 off the first month price, they still allowed me the on line discount even tho I changed my storage to the 10 X 15. I was not sure of the size that would be enough space for my storage needs so, I went the day before my rental and Johnathan showed me the different sizes so, I knew what would work best for my storage needs. Anyway, so far Im very happy with my experience with StorQuest Self Storage. Thank you! I still feel the same about everything in regards to the storage unit, just wasnt happy the price went up like $12.00, I think after my first yr. of using the storage. Makes me wonder if its going to go up every yr.!?

Scott likes to make himself look like a hard worker yet he treats customers poorly. Will not be renting from SelfQuest until management is improved.
