We reserved a truck 1 week or more in advance of moving. We go today to pick up the truck, and it isn’t at the location where we reserved it. They moved it to this location instead. Then apparently UHaul allowed whoever had the truck previously to extend their rental by 1 day, so now we don’t have a truck to move!! And we didn’t find out until we went to pick up the truck afyer driving from New Orleans. Won’t be using UHaul again for sure.

Imagine making customers wait outside while you show up late to work and talk outside in front of them instead of doing your job. Imagine telling someone that reserved a truck that youre out of trucks and that someone should have called them. Imagine not believing a customer when they say no one called them and asking to see their phone to check their call history only to be proved wrong, but still do nothing about the situation. Maybe if you guys werent showing up late to work, you would have been able to call a week ago when the reservation was made to say there were no trucks available. Its not like we have to be out of our apartment today and were relying on the truck we reserved a week ago.

Do not use Uhaul. Made reservations online. This locations did not have the vehicle, sent me to Kaliste location. Was told a rep was going to call. Not only did I not receive a call but neither locations had a vehicle for me. I took off work and drove back in town to move my family. Worst experience ever

Horrible service. For three weeks in a row we’ve been trying to rent a large moving truck, and every weekend we’re told they don’t have any large trucks available, despite our reservations. Very disappointed in this company, which used to be reliable.

Don’t even try calling. Been trying for the entire day. Nothing. I see in the reviews this is a problem, maybe it would be important to address something like that!

Horrible service you do what they ask you to do and then they do not want to give you your money. If I can do this again I would not shop at this location. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This is my seventh day dealing with this place. Nonstop phone calls to the 1-800 number and ungrateful general manager. I swear you have better service at Walmart.

Called 3 times, waited 10 minutes after selecting an option on the automated line, and NEVER got an answer! Do not waste your time! These people obviously dont need your business.

The guys were thorough and service was good. Only issue: There was one cashier and he had to leave to show a storage unit. Someone came in within a few mins to help me.

I’ve rented here many times and it’s always the utmost of professional personnel . No matter the situation they always find a solution.

Terrible service!! We waited about 20 minutes to be helped in mine where there were two workers and one of the workers would not assist on her own, she just watched the line grow. Phones rang and she didn’t answer them either. FIND ANOTHER PLACE

Reserved a uhaul for, 9:30am it wasn’t ready until noon, they claim the $50 guarantee if your reservation isn’t ready however almost a month later and I have yet to receive it, good luck getting them to answer the phone or even getting through to someone who actually cares about the customer

Rented moving vehicles here twice, box type trucks both times. We even bought some packing supplies here last time, boxes, tape and bubble wrap. Quick and friendly service, will use again.

Rented a truck and once we got started we realized we needed a larger truck. They swapped out the truck to a larger model, and we had no issue adding two additional days to the rental. The first truck was almost brand new, and the larger second truck was older but in good shape and had no issues. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a truck.

We needed to rent a trailer to tow our vehicle to the mechanic. We walked in and the gentleman was wearing headphones. He never bothered to remove them throughout our conversation. We stated we needed to rent a tow dolly or an auto transport trailer. He replied that the trailers could not haul the vehicle we had without asking what type of vehicle we had. He was rude and clearly did not want to be bothered. Do not waste your time going to this location! Take your business elsewhere!

This location charged me 2 weeks after I used their services for holding up another reservation after the man who rented me the vehicle said I could keep the truck for 24 hours if I needed to. I kept the truck til 7pm and begged them on the phone to wait for me to check it in as I was pulling into the place they refused to take me so I had to check the vehicle in myself. I was told at that moment I would be receiving a credit for 22 dollars and some change. I even had an option to have a check mailed to me. Now they take 55 dollars out of my account without my permission. I am very angry about this and will never use this service again. I wish I could rate less than 1 star, you dont even deserve 1 star.

After 15 years, Id forgotten how stressful a move can be, especially an out of state move. This was also my first move with my family. For this move I rented a U-Haul moving truck through the website. When I arrived to pick-up the truck, it was ready, clean and in good shape. Rachell Martin helped me get checked in and setup to go. She was very pleasant and helpful and did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. Its very unusual to get this high level of service, with a smile and such a great attitude (but always a welcome surprise when it does happen). Needless to say my experience with this establishment and Rachell made this move a whole lot less stressful and set it off to a great start.

They didnt even verify the fuel in the truck so now it resulted in me getting fuel charges i dont recommend dealing with them

Spent three hours at this store getting a dolly for $26 dollars. Understaffed!! And computers are insufficient.

Very unprofessional staff - General Manager, Jonathan is horrible and not business oriented. The truck did not have a passenger seatbelt and was not realized until after our truck was loaded. Jonathan promised to provide a full refund and will not take our phone calls, nor will he return them. We have filled a complain with the BBB, U-Haul corporate, wrote reviews on the corporate website, as well as disputed the charges with our bank. We will never use U-Haul again nor would we recommend them.

I dropped off the truck with approximately 1 gallon less of gas than when it was picked up. Was charged $37 extra dollars

Couldnt keep the truck for longer than 2 hours. We needed the truck for at least 2 or 3 days to move all of our stuff. Had to keep purchasing a truck each day until we were done moving. Next time I have to move, I will be using movers.
