I dont know what to say, five stars are not enough to thank them, they went beyond and above.

I ordered two drinks (Chai Latte and Ice Americano) and waited patiently. After waiting for five minutes for the second drink (Ice Americano) to come out, I politely asked the barista on the status for the second drink. A female barista (blonde, white, middle aged) bluntly said it’s on its way and slammed the drink on us when serving. The drink splashed and she didn’t offer tissues to wipe up the mess nor apologize. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful.

The berista didnt know what sugar was 😔 i asked for sugar and she keep wanting to give me splenda

We went to Harris Steakhouse on a Thursday, when there is a LIVE three piece Jazz band playing that has been playing there for many years now. We sat in the lounge area right hear the band. Our server(s) were very attentive, engaging, and knowledgable about the daily specials. The mussel bisque soup was amazing (feature). Our prime rib was cooked the requested temp and was very very tasty. The wine list is extensive and the bartender seemed knowledgable about it. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing way to end a four day work, if your lucky enough to have one!!!

Bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap, and hand dryer didnt work. All drinks I saw coming out were incorrect.

Starbucks Laguna Beach coastal Hwy 1, great location, accessibility, & of course, great coffee! How can one stay inside when you have the ocean right infront of the store. Staff was very efficient, courteous, & prompt. We got our drinks & enjoyed the ocean view within 6 mins! Parking is a bit challenging tho and the store could use updating & a fresh coat of paint. Inspite of these points, i definitely return to this location whenever were in town.

To be in this tourist location and not have a proper inventory (no green tea, no dulce syrup, etc.) shows very little consideration for the customer.

Asked for sweetener they told me they don’t have any even I saw it on the shelf and requested them to get it. Then I asked for steerer they said they ran out. No motivation lack of customer service and careless attitude.

A normal Starbucks, but the service was fast.

Im leaving this review because it is no the first time the employees close 10 to 15 min early i got there and the door was already closed, even tought is not 8pm yet and they see you standing out the door they just ignored you even after i pointed out it was 7:52pm.Dont get me wrong i get that they may want to leave early but than just change the hours time at 7:45pm to avoid this issue

Ordered a non-dairy drink, yet I saw a regular milk gallon being used. Asked about my concern and was told its non-dairy. I mentioned what I saw to the barista and they offered to make another one.

Literally find another starbucks this one is just not it. I placed an online order and just had an awful experience on Wednesday. I was not acknowledged first off, my coffee was dumped out in front of me because the barista did not put foam on as directed on the on the mobile order. Not only this but the order was made incorrectly. There was 2 employees and a female by herself rigging and making the drinks, both did not wear gloves. I wouldn’t recommend.

The Starbucks in Laguna Beach at PCH and Laguna Canyon Road is nice place to sit with a beverage and have a good stare across the street at the Pacific Ocean.

This starbucks has a nice beach feel especially since it is across the street from the beach. Service is quick, friendly, and accurate. Plenty of seating inside and out in a relaxed atmosphere without the usual blaring music.

Its nice and close to the beach. Its a pretty small location so can be hard to find places to sit. Parking lot is also pretty small so park in one of the lots around the corner.

I came into this location for the first time, on a busy Sunday where there was a lot of customers where I literally acted like a robotic customer waiting for his drink, and returned today on a slow Thursday afternoon, and the associate Hannah not only greeted me with a smile, she remembered me by name. That not only made my day because I was having a rough day, but she capped it off with a great drink and was so professional. That is the type of customer service I want but didnt expect at all, and she went above and beyond by not only delivering my drink with a smile, she touched my soul by remembering my name when I wasnt anyone special that Sunday walking in. That simple act goes a long way, much deeper than these typed words or technology. It is a human experience and she was an expert at making her customer feel valued. She deserves not only a raise because she is exceptional, but employers be aware shes the real deal :) Thanks Hannah for making my day!

Great patio to enjoy a coffee.

My wife and I came to this nice place in the morning for getting our breakfast and we were witness of the lady who was talking loudly and disrespectful to the cashiers for no reason, we observed the employee called Greg treated her very nicely they even offered the lady a bunch of free stuff. I just wanted to thank starbucks for providing such a peaceful environment and I always notice a very respectful employee here.

I dont think Ive ever met a Starbucks employee that wasnt nice. However, the good folks who are at this location are exceptionally nice and accommodating. Maybe working across the street from Main Beach in Laguna Beach has something to do with it.And whats truly amazing is there always seems to be a parking spot available in their tiny little parking lot.The Chicken and Quinoa bowl is very tasty and at $8+ a great choice when redeeming a reward!

Only Stabucks in USA where they have managed to get my name right! Lovely staff, good drinks. If I had one grumble, it would be too much froth in my cappuccino. But it tasted good.

Very quick service and very spacious area. Has great artwork inside and the view from their small bar and the outside area is just gorgeous!Great place to study as well as it is layer out in different floors.

Personally my favorite Starbucks location anywhere. Its a great place to come in early in the morning, get your coffee and a bite to eat, and sit at the bar table against the window with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean kissing the coast. Ambience is nice, feels a bit small and can get crowded if coming at peak hours, but amazing in those moments when you can come by early and take in the beach.

Wonderful view, store lacked good parking options but overall was a great stop. They had big smiles and looked happy at work. Offered all the usual Starbucks stuff. Fast clean service

I wasnt exactly sure why there was two Starbucks within a block of each other but given how so many people were in each of them I know why. The staff handle the multitude of people very well and maintain high quality customer service. Their store is extremely clean and have all the amenities that you would expect from a Starbucks.

Short haired red head girl at counter needs a little brushing up on customer service!!When a customer kindly explains that their drink was made wrong ALL you gotta say is *Im sorry let me remake that for you, not give attitude and say Ill have to remake that then with a sour face making the customer feel as if they did something wrong by asking for a drink made correctly that they ordered...If the customer was rude about it then I could understand the attitude, but when they are nice explaining no need for the ATTITUDE!I have been going here for years on and off, used to go everyday before work in the morning and the customer service was always super friendly then...

Great place to get your work done when you are at the Laguna Beach and need to connect to the wifi.Theres one more Starbucks down the seat but doesnt have a seating facility.So this one is the better of the two.

I had an AMAZING experience here on Saturday night when I believe Kaylee (may be getting the shift’s name wrong) and Gavin were working. I came in asking for two last minute travelers, with some annoying customizations. They quickly and kindly got everything together for us in a jiffy. They were very patient walking us through the transaction and even took the time to write on our travelers and cups of half and half to help us remember what was what.The store was clean, the condiment bar was stocked, and the customers were happy. I know that Partners often go out of their way to improve customer experience and these good deeds often go unnoticed. The team on Saturday night December 7 deserves gold stars all around. Thank you thank you.

I previous gave this Starbucks a 2/5 stars but after visiting it again I found a entirely new group of people who enjoy doing a great job. The store has been remodeled and Ive had nothing but positive experiences.They do not sell nitro cold brew though

Beautiful location. Fantastic ocean view ... This is probably the Starbucks with the coolest view on the world. Same overrated too expensive sugarish drinks, but their simple black coffee is not too bad. Enjoy the view

Sometimes the atmosphere is better than the coffee; this SB is located across the street from great ocean, homes and traffic views. I liked it.

Good Starbucks, great location. Wish the parking was better though. Youve got a great view, but a lot of people will post up in their chair for over 2 hours which makes it annoying if you want to chat with a friend for a little bit.

How can a coffee shop not know the difference between light cream added to coffee vs a cup of milk with coffee. Very disappointing to see cold milk poured from a gallon container into my 12 oz cup. How lame

I was coming into town from Newport Beach at 5 am. I needed a caffeine lift and they saved me. Across from the beach with a few parking spaces. Special place.

Its a must see park if in the area. Took a coach tour from Las Vegas, which worked well as its about 4 hour drive each way.There are various trails to follow and a few cafes and toilets.

Location is great, During the day! Depending on the staff, you can get good service, on other occasion the barista is rude. And worst of all, like tonight, they keep it so cold in here. The outside temp is 72°, inside below 60°. Put my hand next to the AC vent cold air is blowing at a fast rate, plus 4 ceiling fans blowing. AT 10pm (ok 9:45 pm) prior to closing. With the cold air coming off the beach it feels warm outside when stepping out. The AC has been blowing COLD since the sun went down. I only come here because of the location, been coming off and on, for 3 years in hopes of some change. Staff has come and gone, service still the same, OVERALL POOR!!

The location is one of Starbucks best even though this Starbucks is small and parking is limited. Located on Coast Highway across from Main Beach Park.. a very nice, special perch.

Sorry downtown LAGUNA is not safe anymore due to homeless population. One of the mentally ill homeless threw some stuff at my car.

Really nice people working here. Stopped by to get a gift card with an OC logo on it. Bought 2 prickly pear frapuccinos. It was a small wait, but it was very busy.

Just picked up a coffee at 10:05 am regular drip. After got in the car and drove off took a sip and it was cold. Looked on the sticker and it was from 8:37 am. It was late to drive back but come on!!!!

This is hands down the dirtiest place I’ve been in. All of the tables haven’t been cleaned in ages and the Internet is very slow. It’s also noisy and full of people with barking dogs, making it impossible to get any work done.

Stopped in for a decaf Americano and scone very happy with the service.

One of the best places to park your car, but I highly advise to you to purchase a delicious cup of joe and grab a pastry while youre at it.
