This place is a pig pen!! In beautiful South Laguna Beach ... thIs 7-Eleven is an eyesore! The employees are rude, the parking lot is filthy and you can’t use your credit card or ATM card at the gas pump. They never work and so you always need to go into their filthy store. Sorry guys ... But no excuses, get it together!

Terrible cashier, the labels for the taqueria said one thing & they ya e me another. I went back in twice asking for the correct one the last time she yells and says which one you want and I tell her again what the sign says is the one I want. Rudely says “I’ll just give you money back!” Slams the taquitos in the trash and walks to the register.

Terrible cashier who I witnessed curse and yell at a young boy who wanted to buy a hot dog because the cashier didnt feel like getting him one. Definetely wont go again and suggest you dont either. Shame to see this in such a nice place like Laguna.

Not open 24 hours. I took a Lyft here on Sun 6/16 a little bit past midnight, to come to find out its closed! Waist of time and money to come over here for nothing.

Shyster criminals charge false charges on Postmates to run up your bill.I ordered a 24 pack of water and a coke for a total of $6.19 ... how do the items + tax equal $8.99? Postmates already got over with the small $1.99 cart fee and $3.99 delivery, I guess they thought they could too.Will Never order 7 eleven through Postmates and I barely went to these criminals before.... reeeeeeeeally wont be back to a 7 eleven now

Not 24/7 as advertised on Google. They close at 11:30pm and say the city makes them? Then why is circle k open Ill go there next time.

Bad customer service.I was going in regularly for my lunches and was buying stuff every day.Then the cashier started lying to me about having condiment packets while Im buying theyre food.Thx for holding out Ill make sure to meal prep this week.

This is the first time Im writing review and is only because of the Asian woman who works at night shifts. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my whole life. Very rude and extremely bad attitude . Avoid this location. UNBLIEVABLE
