My father paid $25.00 to park in their parking lot on 7/16/2019 while we spent the day at the beach. He went into the station at around 8:30 AM and was helped by a very nice man who explained to him he could park at the meters for free since he is handicapped and has a placard. My father wanted to park the car in a parking lot since we would be back and forth from the beach to the car all day to retrieve things when we needed them. We also had my disabled mother and my child with us so it was just safer to park here. The gentlemen working that morning took our $25.00 gave us a parking pass and told us we could stay parked in the handicapped spot all day. When we returned to the car at around 11:30 that morning to load our stuff up before we went to grab lunch a younger Indian gentleman came outside to tell me I needed to move my car due to the spot being a 15 min or less parking spot. I informed him there is no sign stating that, that we paid 25 dollars to park here and were told by an employee we could stay parked here all day. This man became instantly upset and demanded I move my car to another spot or he would have us towed due to it being a private parking lot. After arguing with him for 10 minutes and him telling us he would have my car towed I parked my car in a non designated parking spot next to gas pumps. This man then demanded I park on top of the minivan to the right of me because they needed the space. I kindly told him I would not as I did not want to get door dinged because there was no room to get in and out of either vehicle. He responded to this by telling me you dont f!cking listen do you. At this point we started to walk away for our own safety. This man did not even wait for us to be out of sight before he went and got into his personal vehicle and parked it in the handicap spot he made us move out of. This man had no handicap placard and never put one in his vehicle but left his vehicle parked there all afternoon. I know this review isnt going to make a bit of difference but I am putting it here so the next time this happens to someone there is more proof to back up the horrible and immature behavior shown by staff. This place deserves no ones business and made more then 25 dollars off of my family that day since my parents both bought food, a towel, and a beach chair from them. The disrespect towards customers is inexcusable. Please go somewhere else!!!

I needed a cup of ice and could have stopped at my regular place which I should have done, went to the counter to let the man know that I would like to purchase a cup of ice he directed me to where to get it and when I went to the counter to pay for my small cup of ice with no lid or straw he charged me 1.75.He told me I had already destroyed the cup and had to pay the full price. Ive lived in Laguna beach almost 4 years now and have NEVER been treated so bad, nor have I ever had to pay the full price for s cup of ice. I will never stop there again for gas or ice.

Not bad at all. I needed to check my tires and they provided the service for free. I did get some gas as well and the attendant allowed bathroom usage. Only problem is that it gets very crowded.

I would NEVER do business with this gas station (or MOBIL) ever again. I was taking a leisurely drive down to Laguna Beach tonight, and stopped in at this Mobil Station for gas. I filled up - $55.00 and some change. I walked into the mini mart, and asked if I could use the restroom. I was told they did not have a restroom, that I should go next door to Starbucks. I pulled my car away from the pump, and parked off to the side in the gas station parking lot. I had my dog with me, so I locked up the car, and ran up to Starbucks to use their restroom. There was a long line for the restroom, so was probably there about 5-10 minutes., All of a sudden, one of the Starbucks employees says does anyone have a black Jaguar with a dog in it, because the gas station is getting ready to tow it. I leave (never did make it to the restroom) and go running out to my car. Im met in the parking lot by a belligerent fellow who I assume is a Mobil employee, who says you cant park there, were going to tow your car. I say to him I just spent $55.00 on gas at your station, wanted to use the restroom, was told you didnt have one (what mini mart doesnt have a restroom?), and to go up to Starbucks and use their restroom. He says to me I dont care, you cant park here unless youre using the mini mart. I say to him dont you understand, I just spent $55.00 here on gas? And your clerk is the one who directed me to Starbucks. He says to me Youre not using the mini mart, so you cant park there So, let me get this straight...I can go into the mini mart, spend 50 cents on a candy bar, and park in their parking lot, but the fact that I just spent $55.00 on gas is irrelevant?!? I actually pulled my gas receipt out of my purse, and showed it to the employee (just in case he didnt believe me)...You would think, at that point, that one of the employees would offer me an apology ... but, actually, one of the employees just became even more belligerent!!! I do hope that the manager / owner of this Mobil Station reads this review, to see what ignorant fools he has for employees...

The actual pumps are discussing! They are very old, rusty and cruddy in every way. The keypads are worn and very dirty, the screens are scratched and faded. Im no germ-aphobe but I had to disinfect my hands after use. I will get my gas across the street from now on.

I’m gonna stop going here due to the sheer fact that the man who runs the counter is an actual child pretator. My friend and I go in this store and continually get harassed by this man and we’re only 16 and 17 years old. Don’t give this place your business.

This is the Worst gas station in the County, rudest ahabs youve ever come across. spent a $100 on gas pulled over to make a call. About 5 mins later some jerk who happens to be not Caucasion is tapping on my window saying move or we are towing you. Really, just spent $100 on gas but cant make a call before you go. Even explained i just spent $100 on gas. He said this is not a parking lot. WoW surprised these guys are really still in business. Idiots

Walked in to take a piss after getting gas. Guy working the desk began screaming Customers Only and tried to block me from using the bathroom.
