I took my vehicle to Laguna Niguel for a service A maintenance. John Mosquedo was my service technician. John was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He ensured that I understood everything that would take place with my vehicle and when it would be ready for pick up. He is excellent at his job. I also got a loaner. The auto rental representative made the process easy and fast. He did a very good job.
Lee my service advisor gave me excellent service and advise. He even gave me a discount on new tires and alignment. The B service was also done and the mechanics did a great job!! She runs like new! Thanks team Benz!

This has always been my go to dealership for buying cars and also all my service needs after I buy the car. And recently I had a warranty issue denied because they said it wasn’t covered, but Jesse my service advisor went above and beyond to help me with MBZ corporate to get my warranty issue revolved quickly. I am super happy with them and with this recent help to get my issue resolved, I will always bring my business & all my family/friends to them in the future too.
Tomas Donnelly took such good care of my mom, my mom has always done things for others but never for herself so this transaction was very special for her in many ways and Tomas texted me in less than 40 minutes on his day off to address a small issue with the way the car was riding. Long story short, Tomas is putting my mom in another car tomorrow and she’s felt comfortable, respected and taken good care of throughout this entire process. It’s rare to meet a car salesman with honor and high ethics, who is honest and cares about you like his own family but Tomas is that guy. A+ recommended to all.
You have to go see Tomas at Mercedes-Benz LN. He knew which car I wanted and called me the minute they got it on the lot. He sent me pictures and answered any and every question in great detail. He explained everything perfectly and so clearly. NOT pushy at all. We completed the whole transaction over the phone, they delivered my beautiful, perfect car and I couldnt be happier! Will absolutely go to Tomas for all future cars! This is how buying a luxury car should feel.
Jordan at the rental/loaner is the worst. He made me regret even buying a car from this location. If I could go back in time I would have never given them my money. I dont recommend anyone go to this dealer ship, once they have your money youre a no one. Dont expect 5 star service from this location, expect 1 at best.
Everything went so smoothly. Devin called me with some issues that the technician found but allowed me to decide whether we should do it now or at a later date.The car was ready exactly when they said it would be and the invoice was reasonable and adequate for the service that was provided. Then took the car to service to repair it ( we are talking about a brand new vehicle ). Then they lied about fixing the issue. Reporting it to Mercedes USA that the car has been repaired! I took my car in unannounced and with no appointment due to engine failure to the Laguna Niguel Mercedes-Benz service dept.I was barley able to drive it to that location.I was greeted by the service advisor who immediately identified the situation and grabbed the assistant service manager Casey Scheirer right away due to the severity of the car.Casey without hesitation put me in a loaner car and began a diagnostics he called me later that day and advised I needed a new engine.Casey kept me in the loop the entire time with phone call updates and reassurance that it is a priority for him.The car came back with a new engine and totally detailed.I must say I have never received this type of 5 star treatment .Everything was covered under warranty and the car is once again amazing to drive.Thank you Casey

Met up with Bernie online while searching for slightly used Toyota Rav4 AWD vehicles. Over the course of 3 weeks and checking over 80 dealers I settled on Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, as they had the vehicle we wanted with the options we wanted and our Color choice there. I communicated with Bernie and his assistant Brittany via E-mail and eventually over the phone. Bernie was friendly and knowledgeable about the process and understood some financial challenges I had with getting Cash together for our down-payment (we had our own Bank financing). He was an excellent communicator. Finally having our Cash to purchase the vehicle we scheduled an appointment for the Test Drive, we live 110 miles away from the Dealership, and decided to setup the payment before the Test Drive. When we arrived at the Dealership we were very well treated, and the facility is nothing short of spectacular inside with plenty of Customer parking; very low stress. We waiting a short time for Bernie to come out which he did; and met him in person. He had our Car waiting out back out polished up and super-clean; he took us out for a Test Drive, and within 2 minutes my wife and knew we picked the right vehicle and the right dealer! At the conclusion of our short Test Drive, we told Bernie to write it up, and he took us into meet with his Finance Manager, Shawn, who was great. The whole experience took us less than 3 hours, and the Staff was superb, extremely Customer-Service aware and driven. The next thing we knew, Bernie told us our Down-payment Wire-Transfer funds came through from our Bank, he handed us our keys, and we drove away totally blown away by the ease and smoothness of our dealer experience. My wife and I figured between us we had purchased about 14 cars *new & used* from Dealerships in the last 50 years; and this Dealership & Bernie were in the Top 2 for sure!We highly recommend Bernie as your Salesman, and MB-Laguna Niguel as a perfect place to buy your Used/New Car. Service was exceptional! I was able to get the car fixed in a day. The next day they sent me an Uber to pick me up so I could get the car. The car was ready and I didn’t have to wait. I would highly recommend the service here!
Beautiful dealership. Service communication was poor, initial welcome from salesman after hours was rude for no apparent reason. Fixed a radiator issue only for me to leave and have power steering fluid leak. Hard to believe they were not related to the service, certainly should have been caught if there was an issue. They did do a great job washing the car. Not an excellent experience.
Went to look at a 2017 Honda civic ex-t. They wanted $17888. The car looks like it was abused thoroughly. I thought with the Mercedes name the used cars would be in better condition. WRONG! I brought up the crack in the bumper and other multiple problems. Was told its a used car and will have signs of use, if I wanted they can fix the bumper but they will add $600 to the price. Tried to make a deal for a lower price due to all the physical abuse the car has and said I wouldnt do anything over 18k. Guy comes back in shows me the regular price after taxes and fees for 19300 or so. Says he can do 19000. In the mean time while he was asking the finance guy I searched car guru and found the SAME EXACT CAR with HALF the miles for the SAME EXACT PRICE. When he returned and I told him I passed on the 19000 he was quick to ask if they have a deal at 18k. Told him he has to do A Lot better than that for an abused car since I found something basically new for 18k, he said nope so I left and bought the car at the other dealer. BEST DECISION EVER. If you read this please do your research and dont let them try to bully you into making a deal on the spot. At the end of the day you are paying the bills and driving the car. I have pictures added. See if you would spend 18k on an abused car.

Recall part was not in and had my car sat there for a week. Did some other work on the sunroof but that shouldnt have taken a week. Loaner car smelled like a cigarette ash tray. No one asked how my experience was. Service tech was not my original technician and the other guy (never introduced himeself) rushed me out the door. Lots of room for improvement.

This used to be high end dealership, where you would feel welcomed. Today I arrived to 3 workers on a golf cart cursing at each other. The staff is rude. I feel like Im bothering them by asking questions. Not a very pleasant experience. Im going to look for a new dealership next time.

When I went to leave the car and it was OK Tarik to ER I CK was my person to go to is very nice handle said she is well I have a headlight smashed and had to be fixed and scrapes on the right side of the car so they sent me an estimate of 2200 no sorry 1800 but they didn’t include the 150 for detailing and the taxes so I came out to $2200 $50 the part and the remaining balance was to fix my install the headlight.when I went hard to carry lunch and check the outside guy for different people to take the payment I asked if they could help me to install my phone as it wasn’t working properly in the car the person not Tarik said they would help me or get someone to help me they brought out the car parked it beside the loaner left it running and walked away and left me standing there didn’t explain to me here’s what we fixed can I help you move your luggage from one cart of the other it was weird I slept OK so I just leave my car running sitting in the spot where my loaner is and disappearIt was really a very awkward and bad experience Terric did come back for lunch and I asked him about the setting up the telephone and also the lights and the warning lights on the mirrors on the back of the car and the brakes which was never set up before and it never worked for a whole year now but the whole experience wasn’t very good and I feel like I paid $2200 and then they charge me for detailing the car and it wasn’t I wasn’t even clean properly so that’s my review two stars
It would have been nice to pick up a clean car instead of dusty with spider webs on it and a service mat in the interior.

The staff were very efficient...upon my arrival they quickly checked me in and just as quickly had me in a rental loaner. Texts kept me apprised of the progress on my vehicle and notified me when it was ready for pickup. All employees were courteous and cordial... very refreshing service compared with other dealerships 😎

I was able to get an appointment quickly for a warranty repair. I was told that it would not be an issue to get a loaner vehicle. When I arrived the checkin with my vehicle was quick. When I went to grab a loaner car I was told that they did not have any and I would need to Uber home. That was very frustrating since they had just told be it would not be an issue to get a loaner car. My repair was done quicker than expected and I was able to pick up my vehicle within 3 days of dropping it off. The actual repair and my service advisor Cesar were great. It was not okay that I was told I could get a loaner car and then at the time of service I’m told I need to get my own Uber that no loaners are available.

Bought my 90K car a few months ago as a certified pre owned car and told the dealership the car needed new back tires before I bought the car. They said no the tires are fine.I took the car in for a routine safety recall - ONLY 200 miles after driving it back and forth around town and I’m told the car needs new back tires!!When I told the dealership that this should have been done when I purchased the car, they conveniently refused.I’ve always used Fletcher Jones and I have never had this problem over there. Will not be using Mercedes of Laguna Niguel ever again.
My husband and I received the best service from Tomas he was very informative and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. We worked our deal over the phone from Las Vegas and then drove to Laguna to pick up our perfect car. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make the process fast and stress free. Very disappointed in the service I got, I took my car to try and figure out why the command unit is not functioning and was told that it was liquid damage ( that I may have spilled something on the unit, as if that is a plausible scenario ), I was charged a diagnostic fee, and told warranty will not cover replacing the unit.now I have to take it somewhere else to try to figure out why there is heavy condensation inside the cabin, the car continues to show evidence of liquid leaking around the command unit even after 4 days at the dealer.Shame on MB Laguna Niguel for the poor service and incompetence.
The Service took one day and night before contacting me. Took my car in for a check engine light he came back with a quote for $13,000, which was completely outrageous and ridiculous. I understand Mercedes is not selling any cars and have to make up money somewhere but the services are just outrageously out priced. I neglected to have any work done at all. I would not bring it back to Mercedes again.

WE did contact you two weeks after buying the car, multiple times with ta da Drum roll NO Response!!We bought an E300 2017 certified Mercedes Here! In august 2020! The car had 23000 miles on it! After about a month I noticed the car would shake violently going down a hill in high speed I didn’t notice this before as I barely drive and almost never drive on a highway! I now took it to service and they say I have warped rotors! Well I have driven 2000 miles in the car so I am certain that this was a problem from the start..We called the sales guy many times never got a call back. Then when we finally took it in for the b service check they offered to pay half!Are you serious, we paid for a certified car meaning the check points you have on your list better be done!We have written the sales guy, the sales manager, the general manager!!None of them have replied,,,maybe this is this dealerships business model cause right after I bought the car I also had an auxiliary battery notice come up called and emailed our sales guy after 3 weeks I think he returned the email with something he found on google!!Are you kidding me.. Google!!Now we are forced to write Mercedes headquarters what choice do we have!And I’m certain after that maybe our congressman as I have no trust in that this is not a lemon... why would I!So would I buy a car here again.. well I think if you got this far in my review you know the answer!!

MBLN has been fantastic ever since I first purchased my vehicle from them. During the sales process the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have had my vehicle serviced there since then and this is another area where they really shine. My service advisor Lee has always been exceptional. They’re friendly, their work is performed quickly, I’ve never taken it back for the same issue, and they always have availability and a loaner car ready. I can’t really think of what more I could want or need from a dealer
The reason for three stars Are:1) The loaner car that was given to me had defective trunk door that I could not use during the time I had it.2) the car was totally wet when they did the wash and the inside had mud smears from the driver’s s shoes.3) The technician reset the front cluster dashboard, however they forgot to set the clock and the original setting that I had before taking it for service.4) The service manager was very helpful and professional. The reason for 3 stars.I just expect more from MB dealer and a better service.
Was always hesitant about going to dealers for repairs but after horrible experience and thousands $$ wasted at several local so called Mercedes certified shops I learned that to get it done right the first time the best thing for my work truck is to get it done at the dealer they value me as a customer Jesse and his team went above and beyond in fixing only what was needed it was actually cheaper than what the shops charged me to do the same thing. My time was not wasted and most importantly no money was wasted Mercedes quickly diagnosed and repaired what other shops could not I left with the guarantee that it would be fixed to my satisfaction under warranty and left with peace of mind.
These guys have the best customer service I have ever had with a dealership. They were able to work a deal with me in able to get the car I wanted. I already had a loan through my bank when I walked in and they didnt try to make me get a loan with them or sell me anything I didnt want which was awesome to me. Highly recommend going to these guys even if its a far drive for you its 100 percent worth it

Love these guys!!!!! All of them are amazing!!!! All guys at the podium are quick to check with you when you pull up, check what you need. If it something they can take care of, it is fine right away. If you need to speak with a service advisor, they will let them know you’re waiting. Once the advisor comes to check in, it is quick and seamless. Would recommend them to ANYONE!!! These guys are all amazing!!!
The people at MB Laguna are always what you would expect from a luxury car dealer. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and always deliver. Besides making the best cars in the world, this is why I don’t see myself ever going back to normal cars (no disrespect to all other car companies). I purchased a Certified Pre-owned GLE in Nov and was told I would not have to do any work on this car since it was inspected to be CPO. I have had this in their service department so many times I cant count. The car has been bouncing around since I purchased. A month or so after purchasing they said I need all new tires. Then the transmission mount had to be replaced, the engine mounts had to be replaced, the keys dont always work to open trunk, there was a rip in the side door (they fixed). The glove box did not work. Engine light had come on as well. I tried talking with the Used Sales Manager and I was told that I would have to pay for the tire, alignment and balance (about $2,000). I have been arguing with them for months about the tires and the bouncing and I dont feel that I should pay for the tires, and all the issues that have caused me to bring the car in several times. What does Certified Pre Owned really mean? After you purchase you will have to pay thousands to have work done and spend many times back and forth with issues? Apparently whoever inspected this car before sale did not do their job.Not happy with this dealership and will purchase my next Mercedes at Fletcher. fyi... the service guys were great! just not the Used Car Manager. Still pending my tires!
