I had a sudden serious problem today and I have to start my trip to Northern California tomorrow (Sunday morning) I just went there, because it was the only place was open on Saturday evening. They found me struggling with the problem and helped me fixed the car but, they didn’t even charge me. The nicest people I have ever seen in my life. Just wanted to thank them for their wonderful job.
Usually horrible service but this time was taken care of by Hidar completely different. Was helpful and attentive to what I needed done. Torqued all lugnuts, test drove, etc… cared!
The Walmart on Alicia Pkway is where I take my van for oil changes and (some) basic services - they have always been friendly, professional and caring. For the price, you do need to be realistic and have patience. You are not the only one trying to be frugal with your car maintenance so yes they get busy. I appreciate that they still wash my windows and check tire air pressure even when just getting an oil & filter change!
Top-tier service for the money. With most auto shops, you have to pick between fast and good but not cheap, fast and cheap but not good, or good and cheap but not fast.At TLE, you get all 3!
I show up at 8 a.m. for an appointment I made online. The staff all but scolds and yells at me, saying they open at 8:30. I show him my email and text notification if my 8 a.m. appointment, but he doesnt care.I wait for 30 minutes while they roll out and set up display tires and other decorations around the shop. I was simply getting tires installed. No sense of urgency from the lackluster employees. They also didnt seen to care when I explained I had wheel spacers. No one seemed to listen or care. After 35 minutes of waiting, they finally started installing my tires. If you want to save money, expect slow and bad service.
Horrible service. You buy tires online on walmart.com and schedule an installation. What can be easier? But it is very complicated, there is no clear instruction how to get it installed when youre at the Walmart Auto Center. Customer support at Auto Care Stand is none existent. A customer rep disappears and come back 30 minutes later, just to dissappear again. Why to make an appointment if nobody is here. Shame on walmart on such a poor service.
Horrible ! I just got YELLED at by one of their employees for walking out the associate door. The main door was locked and I had no way of getting out.He also slammed the door so loud everyone took notice of his poor moodThat man should be fired, and I will follow up on that .
They changed my oil & rotated tires quickly, everything went smoothly!
Great experience . Great mechanic, helpful and nice.
It received perfect service here in 2015. I need to get my battery replaced again and called right now for quotes. Mark was very kind and helpful and said that my Battery could be under warranty still which I was not expecting. I will be taking my car in again for a new battery this coming Monday and hopefully get the same great service. Thank you.
Very unorganized and overall not very good service. I sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to address me. Finally someone came over and got my information. Waited for about an hour and the man at the desk was friendly, which was the only good part about it. After I waited again for almost 15 minutes before I got my car because no one had come up to me to check my paper and give me my keys. Very dissatisfied and I will not be returning.
The employees were very Curtius and got the job done quickly and effectively. The atmosphere was friendly.
Ive been coming here for the past four years to get both of my cars serviced (oil changed). Ive never had any real complaints. This past Sunday I took my 2011 Camry in to get an oil changed. I pulled into the lane and was greeted by two technicians. Gave one of them the keys and waited in the waiting area. Service was completed, paid, got my keys and drove home. On the way home the car smelled like oil was burning off. This didnt really concern me a terrible amount because I figured they had probably just spilled some oil on the manifold as can happen with oil changes. It usually just burns off in 20 or so miles. Well, it still smelled like oil was burning driving home from work on Tuesday, so I popped the hood. To my surprise there was oil all over the engine block and it was also dripping from underneath the hood. The oil cap wasnt put back on. In fact, there it was, resting in the corner of the engine bay. Naturally this mad me a little angry. I phoned walmart and was connected to the tire and lube department, but after 5 minutes of ringing and no answering, I got in my car and went over there. I asked to speak with a manager.I was greeted by a man named Mark, who I assume to be the manager. I told him my situation. He didnt believe me. He asked me if I had took it any other place. I told him no. He asked me if I have driven the car. He then told me that it doesnt make any sense. Mark, the manager, had the gall to say that if the cap wasnt on and the car was driven for two days that it would explode (these were his exact words). I told him I dont understand what he is saying, because what he said was nonsense. He then clarified that there would be smoke. I told him, yes, there is oil burning off. Im not sure how this guy became manager. Anyways, he comes out and takes a look at the engine and then finally believes me. He tells the technician to clean it up, check the levels and top it off. Then he says, sorry about that boss, have a nice night. What a dick.Anyways, the technician cleaned up the oil, checked the levels and topped it off. He was actually a stand up guy and took the blame for it, even though I knew it wasnt his fault (his name was on the receipt, but I know he wasnt the one working top side). I appreciated his candor though, and his willingness to right a wrong. Unfortunately I did not catch this gentlemans name. Walmart should consider replacing the manager with this guy. Anyways, wont be back.
Nice people and really helped me find the right tires for my car at a low price...
Dont waste your time and money
Good service and work. Just had to wait a bit for someone to ring me up
The worst customer service ever. They closed on 6 pm while the sign says that they close at 7 pm. First they laid that the closed and they usually close at 6, but after i told them that the sign says that u close 7, they changed their words
Completely ignored for 15 minutes. Moving on to someplace that wants my business
Got the car back after a lube and tire rotation. The engine oil life light was not reset, no next oil change reminder sticker was put on the windshield and I got a tire pressure warning light on the dash, which wasnt there before. What a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!
Changed their hours to open at noon. I was here at 8am. ☹️
Very nice. Nothing to complain.
When I arrived there, I saw other customers complaining about the waiting time and the service they received, and after waiting more than 20 minutes, I got help from the manager himself and he was rude and once he started to show me the batteries, another customer came and he left me. So I complained to the Walmart customer services and purchased my batteries from Costco instead.
No one can beat Walmart services and prices.
Waite is too long. Try to make customer go into store to pass time.
Spoke with some idiot on the phone who sounds like he hates his job. And was no help.
Don’t bother. I will never ever buy tires or get my car serviced at any Wal-Mart ever again. It’s cheap for a reason.
Very pricy.
They were open.
0 Stars!
No produce
Never like Walmart
