Absolute rip-off’s. Don’t patronize them. They failed so poorly at fixing my car that my insurance company just cancelled my roadside assistance because of excess use in such a small amount of time because they neglected to identify the problem and my car broke down twice in one week and again a few months later. I have never experienced that before. In addition, a prospective buyer had my check engine light assessed, and the very repairs they were supposed to fix to my cam sensors and air intake line were in fact NOT FIXED according to a true foreign auto repair place. I had the receipts to show that these thing were supposed to be repaired 3 months ago and showed them to the interested party. And I’m pretty sure they charged me for all 6 spark plugs but only changed 3. I’d suggest finding a auto mechanic school and letting the students fix your car before these cons.

This place is great. It is kind of tucked away in the back but once you find it its easy! Gabriel is great and assists right away. Service was excellent and the price was right!

I was on my drive into work when my driver side window stopped working, i brought my car to Juan’s about maybe 9am & the team there had my window completely fixed & finished & my car was ready too be picked up about noon same day....The Team at Juan’s gave me a fair price & successfully sourced & installed the window regulator my driver side door needed same morning! Moondoe is a mechanical genius highly recommend!

I needed some new tires for my car. Its usually hard to find a mechanic to get a quick job done on the west side. I talked to Gabriel on the phone and he helped me out. Found some time for me, I called in the morning and dropped off the care 20 minutes later and the job was done in a few hours. Gabriel was great on the phone and listened to me and helped me. We were really impressed by the level of kindness and professionalism the staff demonstrated to us. We had a flat tire and all the auto shops were booked out. The staff offered to fill our air tires and also changed our flat tire using our spare free of charge. We didn’t have any appointment but was really amazed but the decency of the staff. Ive used Juans Auto services a few times now. First time was for putting on some new tires. Ive also had my oil change done there when the bolts were seized on my skid plate, couldnt get the thing off to replace the oil filter, they took care of it. Theyve also done suspension work on my truck, installing aftermarket coil springs on my suspension. Gabriel, the service manager is very friendly, worked with me and my schedule, and his team gets the job done. I recommend Jauns auto for your out of warranty auto repair needs.

Great service super solid guys in that shop. Came for a safety inspection without an appointment, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Good, honest service.

Very honest and very thorough. Had a full engine swap done and they threw in some extra service for free. Excellent communication about the status of ongoing service and also followed up with me.

Dont ever, ever have your oil changed or anything else done at this place. I took my car in for an oil change. They put air in the tires and other checks. When I drove home the steering wheel shook and the car pulled to the right. I couldnt figure it out. A couple days later I slowly drove to Costco Tire Center. They checked the lug nuts then the tire pressure. Left front had 80 lbs, right tire had 60 lbs. They were surprised I made it without blowing the tires. They said my tires were toast. I got new tires and drove to the car wash. They were nice at first and said they would check it out and call me. They never called. I went back a week later and the owner was not as nice. He said they would have their insurance look into it and call me in the morning. You guest it, no call. I just went back and he said he wasnt going to pay for my two front tires. Then said get off my property! No way to do business and not to be trusted.

Scratched up the paint, ruined the interior tried to steal the OEM parts and swap in cheap Chinese replacements. The entire engine and components were switched. Had to threaten with legal action unless we received our property.After parts were returned the engine never ran the same. Tools were missing and were just shrugged off.

Had a diagnostic done for my A/C on June 22 and have still not been contacted by Juan to give me an estimate and today is June 30th. I dont what their problem is. I contacted the business several times but was never there. I can assure you I will never return there.
