Randy is the most honest and professional mechanic I have found, many times he has dropped everything to help out in a dilemma. I have taken all of our cars to him during our time on Maui. 2 Mercedes, a Lexus and a Nissan SUV. Michelle runs his business from the office side and she too is very efficient and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and people you can trust.

This is by far the best service I have ever received at any auto repair shop. Randy, Michele and the mechanics were all super knowledgeable, nice and honest. I needed break line repair and had tire issues. Michele even had me drive to a local tire station to purchase the tires that were needed because they didn’t feel my truck was safe to drive. They fixed my issues and even got it done before the holiday weekend knowing that rental cars are so expensive. I appreciate the great service. Randy takes great pride in his shop and it shows. Also...several locals recommended we bring our truck here. Thank you!

Randy, Michelle and the whole crew went above and beyond for me. I shipped my car from Maui mid October and picked it up in Oakland, CA. And drove it to NC. West side got my car ready for this big road trip, they squeezed me into their very busy schedule when I ran into a major issue the day my car needed to be dropped off at matson for shipping. They fixed my car and got me in the road in time!! Michelle kept me informed, and kept my cost affordable. My car ran better than ever and is still running great after a 6000+ mile journey! You will be hard pressed to find a more honest and capable auto repair shop in Lahaina. Ive read a couple of reviews on Yelp that were less than complimentary but, I have never had a problem with Randy and his crew. When I called in I told Michelle exactly what I needed done. I was quoted a price that, to me, sounded very reasonable having done the work myself a couple of years ago. As it turned out, my work made their job harder. Oops. Anyway, instead of charging extra for correcting my mistake they just took care of it and didnt charge for the additional work involved. An hour job turned into two hours. No extra charge! I will always take my cars to Westside for the repairs I, apparently, have no business doing on myself.

They remove all the bad reviews! Never take ur car in there. They ripped me off for 600 for a tune up never done. no new parts had to tow my truck out b4 they towed it away after 2 days waiting for them to REALLY fix it! Not a hater. A WARNING.

Great customer service and fair pricing

Randy is a fellow motorcycle enthusiast and all-around good guy. Hes replaced a brake-switch button on my wifes Integra for free, and corrected other niggling issues without expecting payment. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Steve, Randy and the boys are always super helpful, fair and outgoing. Been taking my cars and trucks there over the years and wouldnt imagine going anywhere else. I even take my Chevy Truck in there.
