The staff is extremely helpful and always on the side of the customer. They have saved me from the horrible stories Ive heard from others on the island.

Do not go here the people that work in the service area are very rude and do not like Tourist. Especially the girl very rude

I was able to book an appt to service my car in the morning for 1230pm but I needed to drop it off earlier due to not having someone to pick me up at 1230. So I dropped it off around 1015am and recieved a call at 1110am that my car was done! Awesome service!!!

Did an oil change here . It was full synthetic and those are always pricey but it was 100 bucks Bit more then I ever paid before anywhere . If I didn’t need an oil change ASAP. I would have just gone somewhere else . Lady at the desk was friendly and polite and was pretty honest about what my car needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need

Had a low tire in a rental and they filled...no pronlem!

Super helpful! Went in for a tire check because my light cane on, took me back right away and checked the pressure and filled my tires for free and told me what to look out for in case they weren’t just low. Super friendly (I wish I knew the guys name but he had long hair in a ponytail) and helpful!!

Don’t bring them any business. I brought a fleet vehicle here for the company I work for. They were listed as a vendor. First of all, they wanted me to pay for the repairs up front then I would have to get reimbursed by my company. That’s not the policy. Second, they were rude to me. Third, they estimated the repairs to cost triple of any other shop. I shopped around. The company I work for took them off their list of vendors nationwide.

Well, after reading reviews. I dont know. Living here for 30+ yrs. I will drive xtra mile for service elsewhere.

Went to get my new set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced when I came pick it up both of my brand new wheels got chipped.

Called and find out theyre asking $100 for dismounting, mounting and balance $100!!! This is unbelievable!

Cheaper if u just bring on the tire (off the car) or dispose yourself. BEST DEAL - SEARS! $18, On or off the car! (But u need to make appointment first)

Real bad customer service, bad attitude, not friendly at all and rip offs on pricing .went there to balance my tires which I took off of my truck 265/75/16 & the lady wanted to charge me $100 a tire to balance.told her she was out of her mind.she tell why it bigger tires thats why.im like lady I took tire from car and the balaning does the actual work, all they gotta do is lift tire & put on machine & cost that much to do...I was the GM for tire store I would definitely replace that employees, might not matter to them but lost another customer soon or later it will effect this tire shop...what happen to the friendly, do what ever can to satisfy their customers attitude & service now days...i no I treat my customer with great service might just invest in a tire & balancing machine for my shop...

Just a low pressure warning on rental car. Checked all tires and inflated low one. No charge. Great, quick service.

Brought my 2016 tacoma in to have a suspension lift installed. These guys crushed it! I came in on a Monday and could tell they were super busy and understaffed but the guy at the front was super accommodating. It did take a little longer to get the work done but its all good, trusting and honest work gets commended much more than speed in my book. Bravo and will be back

Terrible company they broke a lug nut on my tire and they refuse to fix it. they are complete rip-off you should go to Costco to get tires or somewhere on the other side, if I could give zero Stars I would.

So, starting this off from 2 years ago when I first arrived on Maui. I brought my vehicle here for an oil change because of the convenience of their location. The lady behind the desk sold me on an oil change and tire rotation for $100. I thought it was a bit high, but hey, this was Hawaii right? So after waiting over an hour and a half they come to me and tell me they can’t get my tires off the vehicle because they don’t have a thin walled socket to remove the lugs. I thought this to be odd as I have rotated them several times myself and never had a problem. They still insisted on charging me the full amount even though they never rotated my tires. I was a little aggravated but just took it as a lesson learned. I will never bring my vehicle back here again I said. I’ve never been much for bad reviews, being in the service industry, I never put much thought into someone who had one bad visit and left a scathing review potentially hurting someone’s livelihood in the process. I just took it as a lesson learned. Fast forward to now. I am moving back to the mainland and needed to put my spare tire back on my vehicle for shipping. Unfortunately the bolt had rusted up and I couldn’t break it free. I stopped by to see if they would put an air wrench on it to break it free. That’s all. I would have gladly paid $20 just to get the bolt off. I walk in to two ladies talking behind the counter and they asked how they could help me. I told them what was going on and asked if they could just see if they can get the one bolt off the back of my vehicle. She said it was impossible, they were booked up and she wanted to set up an appointment for a later date. (Mind you this is one single bolt, on the back of my vehicle that they wouldn’t even have to put on the lift). I said, are you sure? This will only take 2 minutes. She very condescendingly said, “it will take 2 minutes to pull it in the garage”. I just laughed and said I will take it somewhere else. I walk out and as I’m getting in my vehicle this lady walks out of the store, walked behind my car and writes down my license plate. Seriously? I don’t know her intentions or why she wants that. Maybe it’s so they can refuse service to me in the future. If that’s the case you have no worries there. This place has no Aloha. This is no way to do business.

Misdiagnosed a problem with my jeep and tried to gouge me for almost a grand. Went to their competitor for a second opinion and found out their assessment was 100% FALSE

The WORST tire store on the planet ....seriously do your self a favor and go to kahului where real tire stores are...this place is a joke...almost a front.... Total incompetence ....avoid at all cost...get a tow to kahului you will save your self grief and money. Trust me.

Long story and not worth the time. Bottom line is customer service is a no go here and actually the sarcasm that goes along with simply being unhelpful (due to limited options in Lahaina) has pushed me to find other options for tire services. Even if it means going a distance. Ill never spend another dime here and suggest you dont either.

They schuedled me for an oil change on a saturday. Show up they are closed,Woke up at 7:30am drove 20 minutes to get here on a day that they told me to go and closed..

Went to get a tire plugged because of a nail. Tech checked tire found our it didnt go all the way through. No need for repair and didnt charge us for his time.

Good honest place to get some work done on a maui cruiser

Had an appointment at 11, I was on time and my car didnt start getting worked on for over a half hour. Insane prices, and they wouldnt do the rotation I asked for because of store policy. Just rotate em!

Great tire service.

They changed my oil and didnt pick the cheap option like I had previously requested. I didnt specify it during that visit but I think they should have asked. Oh well probably wont be returning.
