Loved it!I got a Coconut Creme Latte and it was perfect. You can taste the coffee, you can taste the coconut creme, and its not very sweet (which I appreciate).They have an image with exactly what each coffee/latte contains and to what ratio, which is very helpful!No place to sit fyi. I grabbed my coffee and took it to the beachfront anyway 🌊🌴Will definitely be back to try more flavors!

This is a must stop if you’re a coffee lover. I love finding new coffee places on vacation and this did not disappoint. Employees were nice and the menu has lots of options. The coffee is definitely strong but has lots of flavor. Went with the coconut cream and happy is did!

There are not as many coffee places in historic Lahaina, this one is the coffee shop to go to out of the few. Fast and friendly service. We are vegan and the owner was happy to help explain options for us. Best coffee I’ve had! Artisan is correct. It is lovely.His wife owns the hair and henna next to it. Best coffee on Maui! Ive made it my goal to find the best coffee place on Maui. After visiting a number of highly rated coffee shops I can definitely say that VigiLatte is my favorite. Beans are freshly roasted, baristas are experienced and friendly, latte looks and taste great!

Are you kidding!?! By far the best coffee experience Ive had, and I used to live in Costa Rica! Please check out this locally sourced coffee shop. The owner pours his creativity and passion into every creation. Beyond knowledgeable and friendly. We decided after the first visit that we had to make another trip before leaving the island. Jealous of anyone that could patronize this daily. Try the agave oat milk shaken iced coffee. You wont regret it!

We’ve been on Maui for 4 days and have come here everyday. Can’t even compare it to anything you’d get at Starbucks! Barista (or bartender) is the best. He puts serious effort into every drink. Caramel Machiatio and Cafè Bonbon have been our two favorites.

Every sip of the dirty chai was a taste of heaven :). This is a mush visit hidden gem. They put in a lot of love and effort to make every drink.. The quality and service is much much better than any other coffee chains. Starbucks who?We ordered A dirty chai latte and Mocha hot chocolate. Both were truly amazing. Great little coffee shop tucked away in the shade. My son wanted a cappuccino and the made him one with a cute seahorse. Service was fast and friendly too. I have had coffee from tons of places, if Starbucks/Coffeebean is a 5/10, I would rank the quality & service a 9/10.

This is a small coffee stand a block from the ocean. Perfectly shaded and very kind baristas. The baristas were excited to share where from the Hawaiian islands they get their roasted espresso beans and which locations they frequent. Service was excellent. The ambiance is a little “steam punky” and welcoming. My almond croissant was delicious and the shaken lattes are perfection! I will say there is not a lot of food options however. HIGHLY recommend!

Pretty great mocha latte, great tasting and pretty strong. My only complaint was that they filled the 20oz cup with ice, so the drink drained fast.We came back the following day and asked for easy ice. Its still filled with ice. Gotta make that profit

My only disappointment is that I didnt find this place sooner during my trip to Maui. I was staying in Lahaina and desperately needed coffee...good coffee. Up till this point everywhere I went I had what seemed like old, watered down iced coffee. So I found this place on Yelp and holy moly! First of all, the employees are awesome and I particularly enjoyed the full on bartender experience including the shaker. (Go to their IG and watch the video of the lattes being made, this will be your exact experience...coffee and entertainment!) Second, the coffee was amazing. We went 3 times. We tried the iced Nutella latte, iced vanilla latte, iced coconut latte, and an iced latte with coconut milk. They were all insane. Thirdly, the logo ROCKS. I bought 2 travel mugs, one in white and one in black. They were $26 a piece which is a steal because they are the same brand sold at every shop in Maui for $32 except these had a kickass logo etched on them and look way nicer. Im assuming the owner is the guy who works there daily as his vibe mirrors that of the whole experience. He was very kind and thanked me for returning. 100/10 recommend for all the above reasons. This place should have a LINE every day!!

Best coffee I’ve had in Maui! Not only do they hand-shake their lattes but they manually stir them giving it a refreshing and creamy experience! During our visit, they had a set up memorializing the recently 13 fallen soldiers. It really shows their heart! We will continue to support this business!

The barista is a genius! He has created a unique coffee experience with his expertise and kawaii-grown beans! It is safe to say that the flat white with soy milk was the best I have ever had!

One of our bartenders (a local) recommended this place and it did not disappoint! I usually drink plain old cold brew but I tried some sort of agave oat milk thing and I was so glad I did! Definitely worth stopping by!

This man built his own shop, creates his own syrups, and makes drinks like a bartender. These drinks are hand made craftsmanship. Definitely worth going for the coffee and the presence of this little coffee shop.

I ordered the wrong thing accidentally and he explained to me how I should have ordered the drink I wanted, then proceeded to give me a shot of espresso on the house. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful man with some amazing espresso. Worth the wait of this 1 person operation, definitely will go back.

Every five start review is well deserved. Drinks are delicious (my husband’s salted caramel macchiato was almost enough to make me a coffee drinker until I tasted my absolutely 6 star worthy iced chai...) and the staff is friendly and much more than competent. Our favorite coffee place we hit on our trip. Very much recommend.

Barista was not wearing a mask -2Espresso was super dark, over extracted, perhaps perfect for sweetened drinks for the Starbucks crowd. Watched the barista knock a very wet puck out before pulling my shot, should have known. -1Barista ignored my request for less ice in the cup and was incredulous at my request for no lid. -1Cannot recommend for coffee aficionados.

Coffee took about 10 min or a little more to make. There were only two cups in front of me. The smell is amazing, so it is worth it.They sell Social Hour coffee, so you cant have a more local brand of coffee. Really high quality.

I never leave reviews but this place was so good I felt compelled. The owner is an absolute pro and it really shows in the quality of the drinks. Some of the most unique and best tasting coffee I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

BEST DRINKS EVER AND NICEST OWNER...Seriously, you should go!!!My family and I go to Maui every single year. During the pandemic, we expected some things to be different and sadly we found out our favorite coffee spot had closed. However, this led us to meeting Nate. Nate is so nice, knowledgeable, and personable. And, he is really skilled at making coffee and lattes!! My fiancé tried Nates special drink: an espresso with oat milk and agave and I tried the matcha latte with oat milk, since I have a lot of dietary restrictions. These were the BEST drinks weve ever had, with simple ingredients. Nate is really talented and brings out the most amazing flavor in his drinks, which is unlike anything weve ever tasted before. I highly recommend trying VigiLatte! You will not be disappointed. We were here for a week and we went almost every day of the week. Besides the drinks, it was fun just chatting with Nate and was something we looked forward to every day.

Nathans shop had the best coffee Ive had while on the island. He sources his coffee from a specialty roaster that knows what theyre doing. He has bar tending experience and it shows in how he runs his espresso bar. I ordered a cortado and was the first time being here that I didnt have to explain to the barista how to make it. I also ordered an iced Americano and he hand shook it with ice before serving over fresh ice. Most places will just pour hot espresso and water over ice, leaving all the ice to melt.
