What I love about Starbucks is the consistency, that even on vacation I know exactly what I am getting. I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out, how clean everything was and how my drink was exactly the way I wanted. What sets this particular Starbucks ahead of the others was the great service by mitch who took our order. He was friendly, prompt, and genuine. What I loved even more was his encouragement and enthusiasm for his coworkers, telling them they are doing a great job under pressure. Someone give this guy a raise and some recognition he deserves it!

This is my fave place to get drinks, but I’m giving it an one star rn? I ordered ic as usual and got quick service, I was sipping and there’s something I felt in my mouth, I spat it out and it’s a plastic thread, white and thin, eww I could’t finish it and I just threw it away, I was so lucky that I drink it sip by sip. Anyway, frustrating! Bad experience and won’t be back again after being a two-year valued customer at this cafe shop. My barista was cute but I still gonna be: see something, say something. You can see that white thing on the lid.

Bought a Hawaii water bottle here. They were at the top and I am really short so I asked the cashier for help and she was very friendly! Very good customer service and she was really patient when I had to get my cash out and was taking a while. Would go here again!

Great place to grab great coffee before heading to the dive boat

Exactly what youd expect from Starbucks. Consistent and reliable. The have a good selection of collectible mugs and also 100% Kona coffee at a reasonable price.

Judging based off reviews, staff did not seem happy. Came on a Sunday morning, some of my food were missing, strange. Did not like the vibe of this store, that’s for sure.

Drive thru starbucks had great staff and this location at cannery had an exceptional service as well. thank you Michael for recommending us to nearby restaurants like star noodle, he was very friendly and accommodating. Mitch, thank u also for being so friendly as well and offering our daughter a free cake pop for finishing her coloring book.

New big and amazing! A convenient drive through but I like to go in. A really large space with in and out seating. A large friendly staff on duty. Very clean! We have waited years on this island for this location to open and yes, it was worth it. Plenty of parking.If you are heading to other side afterwards, take a right as you exit past Walgreens onto Kiewe street. This will turn into the Lahaina Bypass and get you out of any traffic. Plus, since it is up the hill you get a spectacular view of the coast.

I rarely do Starbucks anymore, just when I have to but truly this Starbucks some of the rudest people Ive ever met in my life,,,, well theyll learn.

I am not a coffee person but I was getting a gift certificate. The first thing I noticed was about 10 customers standing around drinking coffee and laughing. The staff was upbeat and friendly. It appeared clean. Not a fan of the music but then again I am stuck in the 50s and 60s. Appears to me to be the place to go for a good cup of coffee.

Alan prepared 2 wonderful sandwiches for my brother and I which were very good and absolutely hit the spot. He was a relatively new employee, but made excellent suggestions that were the highlight of our day. Both selections were spot on. He is to be commended for his service and efforts to please his customers.

The Starbucks at the Safeway stores need to be staffed better. Only one person to take orders and make drinks can take a long time to get your order.

Stop in about 6 PM. Had a great talk with the baristas. Neither of the partners were from that store they were actually working there while the partners from that store were having their Christmas party.Both partners were really nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

They are very nice here, and even offered to bring my breakfast to my table! The coffees are very good, as is the food. The inside is clean, and its an easy location to get in and out of in Lahaina.

I love Starbucks, only for their mattcha blended green tea frap (no whip). Other than that I only drink hot tea at home. Yum yum!

We enjoy this store and the staff. It would be nice if they would wipe down the outdoor tables a couple times a day. We come mid morning and always have to wipe down the table.

When you have a drink thats on your menu but you dont have the ingredients to make that drink, take it off the menu. Asked for 2 weeks in a row and the only answer you get is we cant make it.

I ordered an iced mocha but got a hot one. My son asks mom you got hot? I was like I thought I got cold but mommy probably didnt say iced. The barista heard and made me an iced mocha. I was appreciative. She was awesome.

This is the WORST Starbucks in the whole entire company!!!!! I work for Starbucks and I have to say that the “Customer Service” here is horrendously scary!!! The manager looks like she hates life along with everyone in it.. Everytime I go in there she is rude, snappy and out right mean.. I honestly don’t know how she even became a manager, cause her attitude is very poor.. Honestly, Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves to hire such a negative person, and yet make them a manager????? I’m embarrassed to say that I even work for a company that allows their managers to treat people like garbage!! Don’t waste your time nor money on this location unless you want terrible service with a costly price..

As a traveler, I enjoy the simplicities of different chain organizations. While Starbucks has policies that really help those out with little to no money (a 50 cent refill if you bring your own cup) this staff refused to fulfill this longtime policy. So, I purchased the full refill with my thermos. The thermos is a couple oz more than their regular cup but I watched as they filled it completely with ice, and pour the left overs of a measuring cup, just enough so it was half full even with the ice. I got a cup and a half out of it. Terrible. The dirty looks from staff members because they consider us less than them.We may be dirty, with backpacks, but we would still enjoy being respected as any other customer would be.

Starbucks hell...With my three year old daughter in tow, we were lost, having been dropped of by the shuttle bus at the wrong shopping mall, the Canery, instead of the outlets.The Starbucks crew, could not give change from a fifty for the bus I was kicked off before for not having smaller, so I bought a coffee ( which I never got ). Then when I explained I could get a cab I asked and they said they didnt know.So I was resorted to walking around a strange area as a tourist looking for a cab with a 3 yr old in tears.Thanks for nothing Starbucks I now despise your brand.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. When I received my drink it was not what I ordered. When I asked the barista if she could please add extra soy milk, just as I had ordered and paid for, she told me what I ordered was not correct. When I let her know that I was instructed to order my drink this way by a barista at Starbucks, she stated that maybe where I am from that that is correct but it isnt here. It isnt about the drink, it is about the attitude the barista gave me. I am a frequent customer at Starbucks, in Seattle and I have never felt like that before.

I like going to Starbucks, but when ordering for multiple person in the drive through I cant stand being rushed. All I got was anything else? After asking for a coffee I wasnt even done saying what I wanted in my coffee. Then on top of that, I cant stand incorrect order because they dont listen.....

This Starbucks isnt bad. Benefit of this location is if you support Starbucks, you are at the mall and could then go and walk down front street. It is free parking and you are in the mall.

Lots of great Hawaii Starbucks cups and mugs

Very disappointed, I ordered a Coffee Frappuccino and when we got home, we had to throw out the drink. It cost me over $5.00 and it tasted horrible because they missed an ingredient!!! While I can understand that they were busy, they shouldnt mess up peoples drink. Seriously!!! Coffee is their business and I patiently waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru line only to have them mess up my grandaughters drink. The Baristas need to be focused on what they are doing. We received espresso and blended ice and it was too bitter to drink. My granddaughter was upset because she was hot and tired and looking forward to a refreshing drink. I did not feel like wasting gas to drive back and wait in line again for another 15 minutes!
