I would give a zero if I was able. I placed an order on April 17th, it is now may 7th and the only update I have received was the one saying that they got my order and that they took my money. I also downloaded the Arrive app like they have on their website to help track it and there has not been a single update or even a confirmation that they have shipped my order. I though it was more reliable to order straight from the website instead of amazon but I guess I was wrong. I have sent them multiple emails, left a question on their website with my email, and a message on their instagram as well. I have yet to even get one reply back from any of them. I honestly just want my money back because I feel like i am being scammed.
