Verizon was experiencing some issues with their system being down nationally, which was a little of an inconvenience, but Felicia kept me updated and called me as soon as the system was up and running. I had some questions when I was activating my phone once I got home and with a quick phone call, she was able to answer all my questions and get me set up. Thanks for your help!

Great Verizon Retailer. Angel S. Was such a help when a family member broke their phone. She laid out all of our options, got us all the applicable promotions and made sure we had everything we needed for an awesome ownership and user experience. I had a wonderful visit!!! I was looking for a good Bluetooth headphone and went to AT&T but they only had the LG which I dont like. I went to Verizon and doing a good pair that I thought we $49.99, I got to the register and it was $ 29.99 on sale so I ended up buying 2 pair. My salesperson was Janet K. She was so helpful and even let me feel the earpiece she had, which is the kind I bought. Both ladies were so friendly. I wish I had services in my area for Verizon, I definitely would be switching carriers. In the future when I move, Im switching to Verizon wireless.

Manager named Angel couldnt even process my payment and was so rude. You would expect better customer service from a Verizon manager. I have Verizon as my service provider for 12 years and would at least like some decent customer service. no wonder AT&T is catching up.
