Very bad customer service. Visited last week to the store due to some problems manager told that she will solve the problem and call us back but till today haven’t received any call and even called them every single day. So sometime manager is out or on lunch break. Other employees take number very single time I call and never get a call back.Upset with the service.
This is the best TMobile in town. Theyre always helpful and accommodating. They never harass you to sign up for services you cant use or try to get the most money from you. They listen and get you fixed up efficiently and expeditiously with what you need. No nonsense and always friendly and professional. The employees of this TMobile deserve a bonus bc the rest of our stores in Lake Charles arent up to par. Ill always use this store to make my equipment purchases.
That was 40 minutes of my life I can never get back! You are in sales… communicate! Do not keep me waiting with no idea what you are doing. I ask and wait more. A complete waste of time.
Slow inefficient incompetent, ridiculous long wait times to get any help. Horrible place, expect to wait for half hour or more.

Just switched to T-mobile today, thanks for all the help in getting setup Daniel. I went from paying $291.00 to $110.00 for the same service I had at Brand X service.

Horrible customer service. None of the employees seemed to be well-trained. I needed a new phone & before anything I asked was my last phone paid off, employee said yes, I proceeded to get another phone. I got the phone & the guy said that since I was getting the phone, there was a special promo where I would get a free Bluetooth headset. I didnt need it, but took it because he said it was free. The next month, my phone bill was through the roof!!! I called customer service to see why. My last phone was no where near paid off, the so-called free Bluetooth headset was not free at all, & I was paying the cost of 2 phones plus the headset that I never used.

Got a new phone from this place, the employee mislead me by telling me if I get a new phone I can get a phone case for it for free, couple days later I checked my account, the T mobile is charging me $4 every month for that phone case. And the employee did not add the jump program to my account as requested. Also for the insurance for my new phone, she did not add to my account either. If you are a current T mobile customer or want to join T Mobile, DO NOT go to this T Mobile dealer.
