Take the self checkout OUT if its going to make the once so pleasant workers disgruntled every time they have to go up there and run it. Worst experience today and Im really disappointed in the 2 young ladies that were once friendly and my favorites. No smiles no nothing. Ive noticed this since they have to work the self check out now and my husband has even brought it to my attention as well. The young lady read the coupons the same as I did and didnt know why register wasnt taking it. Not my fault but it sure made me feel like a bother to have that transaction voided a few times. Come on CVS take care of your system or something because its ruining your employees and I dont want to go back.

The staff there act like they hate their job. No is friendly there. Always short staffed and good luck getting anyone on the phone. They dont even try to accommodate you in any way. I moved my prescriptions today. Done with them.

Ive never experienced such poor customer service. After waiting 15 minutes on hold, the pharmacy technician laughed at me under his breath and then hung on me. He didnt even check the medication I was calling about. I dont know the procedure when medication is switched from one pharmacy to another. I simply wanted to know if there was a refill left on my childs seizure medication. I didnt find anything funny about my question. I thought it was valid considering the doctor told me to ask.

While the pharmacy is lack-luster, I can say the folks running the counter and rest of the store are quite kind and helpful.

Moss Bluff CVS: Supposedly the pharmacy was having system errors. The note on the drive thru window stated something along these lines: “ we are experiencing system shut downs and are not able to give ETA of when we’ll reopen.”My daughter saw this and figured the store was closed so drive home. I called front desk and was transferred to pharmacy and was told “all she would’ve had to do was come inside.”Well perhaps a friendly note saying, “ The drive thru is currently closed. Please come inside to pick up your prescriptions” would have been a MUCH better way to handle situation. When I drive to go inside, “Angelle” said I’ll be right with you (rudely) then after checking me out turned to chat with coworker, never saying thank you or have a nice evening. I’m pretty sure I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to a different local pharmacy as this CVS has low expectations for their employees as far as customer service goes.

I am not sure if this is store related or corporate but the phone system is terrible. No one answers the phone. I waited over 30 minutes to speak with someone to transfer a prescription only to be told I needed to have the other pharmacy to call. They tried to get through for DAYS and never made it through. My doctor even tried to call and was hung up on. I will never go to this CVS again. Honestly I have no desire to go to any CVS anywhere. Corporate needs to fix this problem. Your phone system is beyond terrible. If I could give negative stars I would.

Service is continuously getting worse. Really started going downhill since they moved to Rouses in Mossbluff La. Today 10/10/19 I was told that my script has expired and they faxed my dr. But havent received new script, when I got home my script bottle indicated that the script expiration date 3/2/20. I called the pharmacist to give them information and the response was we didnt tell you it was expired we just didnt have enough to fill the script. Its sad that a professional would lie twice within 20 minutes. I will contact my insurance company for listing of in network pharmacies.

Wish I could leave half a star the store has no signal I had to go outside 2 times to use my phone in the pouring rain cashier aaid the manager never put up the antenna they sent and called customer service to complain and was told its not cvs fault there in no signal in the store will not be shopping there again...

Ive mainly dealt with the pharmacy and they are top-notch. I just wish they had a drive-thru and I wish they had better hours similar to Walgreens

Very Terrible...told prescription would be ready next day. Stopped by after work, the man forgot it...next day manager said she would take care of it. Stopped by after work, she forgot...day three finally found out---nada--wont be back
