Arrived at this Merle Norman studio on a Monday morning at 10:00. The lady working there was more concerned about taking care of her register than assisting me. She asked me to take a seat and she would be with me shortly. Two other ladies walked in then she proceeded to help them shop and fill there order. After 10 minutes of sitting waiting I decided the best way for me to express my displeasure was to take my large birthday cosmetics budget to Clinique.
