One of the nicest place to have Yogurt in town. We enjoyed it every time we visit.Pros: Favorite spot for all the kids who love yogurt and the adults too. Located conveniently of the Nelson Road one of the busiest street in Lake Charles. They are close to our kids school so that is great and the yogurt is healthy so that is awesome. They also have chairs outside so we can enjoy the outdoors.Cons: Small location but I guess it serves its purpose. Not a lot of parking lot because he share the business with others.

This was my first time here. I was picking out my topping and the 1st one was gummy bears. She never said anything when she tilted the cup towards me after she added the gummy bears. I thought she was showing me how much she added. I said okay thats enough. She put the cup next to the register and started helping the lady behind me. I never had the chance to add more toppings. The lady ahead of me and the lady behind me got to add more than 1 topping. The lady never talked and asked me if I wanted anymore toppings. She wasnt friendly. I was like I was bothering her. A friend posted a picture of what she got and she had several topping. I dont know why others get more than 1 topping and I cant.

Frozen yogurt was good. But sign said please wear mask. Some costumers walked in without mask. That wasnt safe or respectful of others in the establishment.

Clean, friendly and so patient with the little ones. We love it there! It’s located close to the casinos and across from the hospital so if you need to distract kids, this would be a great place. This is a frozen yogurt with toppings weighed place.Not much sitting room but there are a few chairs outside.

They have multiple flavors all low fat froyo!! A large assortment of added toppings to choose from. Fresh fruit and lots of different candies and several syrups.

The staff was friendly. The use of Odo Ban for a cleaner is not a good idea. The minute we walked through the door the Odo Ban was so strong I could taste it. The whole time I was eating my fro yo all I could taste was the Odo Ban. I suggest using a cleaner/sanitizer that does not have such a strong fragrance.

Facility is clean and the staff very friendly.These arent like the ice cream shops we grew up with around here. Its basically a somewhat healthier alternative to ice cream at a very inflated price. This is because their pricing model is based on the weight: you pay the same per ounce, no matter what’s inside your cup. What this means in a nutshell is you may want to real your kids in when they see that topping bar and they start grabbing. Its a nice treat in the afternoon and my kids seem to love it, while I wish there was more seating inside its still been a pleasurable experience every time we went. Will definitely be back!

I live out of town now but I have tried other frozen yogurt places and they are never as good as Sweet Frog. It is always very clean and the staff is so friendly. Best tasting frozen yogurt I’ve ever had!
