Sadly I do believe my experience yesterday was my last. This used to be my go to store, but the way the staff treats customers is a complete turn off. Yesterday was not my first negative experience, but it was the last. I was looking for gifts for a party I am hosting in a week. The young lady at the front hounded me about wearing a mask...much like other businesses did A YEAR AGO!...I finally pulled one out of my purse. It was how she and the rest of the staff behaved after that was the nail in the coffin. I was clearly looking for something but all they could do was huddle and talk to others. I would turn a corner and they would shuffle away. I left and took my business a few doors down where I was treated with respect and customer service was executed with perfection. The staff at AZ could benefit from showing a little more grace and humility in their approach, and drop their judgemental behavior. The other business made a $125 sale over customer service! I am a store manager and my staff would never treat any customer the way yours did.

I live in Houston and came to this store today to shop and as I soon as I picked up something a young worker was following me around the ENTIRE store! I felt extremely uncomfortable shopping knowing that I was being followed around because of the color of my skin. I will not be a returning customer because racial profiling is something that I do not tolerate. HORRIBLE!!!

Amazing store for clothing, accessories, and gifts. Very stylish everything. They have it all with a lot of very friendly and helpful sales people. They gift wrap for free.

We got my 5 year olds ears pierced here. They did a great job and made her feel very comfortable there.

This shop has a variety of items with a wide range of prices. Clothes are cute and inexpensive. Locally owned and has been in business for years. Great gift ideas.
