Hello and God bless. Ive bought many tools from here, and some went bad for one reason or another. But they have always honored their return policy. On some Ive bought the extended warranty, which has paid off. Again they have not let me down to this day. Just wished they allow you to buy on line and ship to store for p/u.

Jada was an awesome cashier. She took the time to help look up coupons. Very friendly and courteous. Great experience.

I bought me a buffer. Havent used it yet. It looks good and has 3 speeds. Cant wait for a sunny day so I can get out there and buff and shine 😎 up my rides.

Is it possible for there to be a bad Harbor Freight?!? LOL. The consistency from store to store, regardless of location, is nice. Prices are great. And, although, quality on some items isnt fantastic, you definitely get your moneys worth. Be sure and google their 20% off coupon before paying because they have it every single week and is good for 20% off one item (they often have coupons for free items, as well, like a pack of batteries or flashlight).

No service help on isle and casher wasnt to curtis or ask if I found everything I needed no southern hasptalty not even friendly like I was a burdened at her register

I went to this store to purchase their airless paint sprayer. I missed the last sale where they have them for $165. I asked if they could match the few-days-old sale paper price, fully expecting that they couldnt, and I was right. Doesnt hurt to ask though. When I was checking out they asked if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty. As a rule I usually dont. I declined, and they told me their return policy had changed and without the extended warranty there is an automatic, unavoidable restocking fee of 20%. Thats a bit much to me. I asked their store manager to pass that up the chain and she told me there was not much she could do. That response disappointed me and I told her that. Who else do I give feedback to if not to the store manager? She did reduce the warranty price to only $7 additional to the purchase price for me and I thanked her for that. She was courteous and polite, but I look at HF differently now. A 20% restocking fee is excessive. Even if all you do is just open the box in the parking lot and bring the item right back in the store, 20%. Gone. Not cool. This information is on the receipt but who looks at the fine print on receipts? I guess everyone should but I wasnt in that habit. Guess I am now. I think Ill be going to Home Depot more often and HF less often from now on.

The two ladys yesterday were extremely helpful to m and the gr. children..It is a nice big store and they have everything you could possibly need.. and if they dont they will find it for you and send you in the right direction..

No customer service at all people do not ask you if youre looking for a certain item they do not even stop and acknowledge you. However, the prices are reasonable for the merchandise youre paying for therefore I suggest if you want a good deal you go to harbor freight we get bad service no matter where we shop nowadays at least you can get a good price here..

They have a great selection of tools. You do have to look closely at what you are buying before you buy because you do get what you pay for. But you can get some great values there.

Low quality tool at very low prices. If you need something to use just a time or two, this is the place. If you are planning to use the tools often, dont bother. For example: most of their electrical tools (drills, saws etc..) are priced at 1/4 to 1/2 price of good tools. However, these usually comes with brushes on the motors that wear out very quickly. Unless you know how to replace brushes on motor or only use the tool once in a while, dont buy these.Places like these are putting high quality tool makers in the USA out of business. Think about it before you buy.Normally a place like this just gets 3 stars at most. I give it four because the employees at this location are friendly and helpful.

They need to have customer service classes and to learn where their items are. Not, one representative come ask you if they can help you. Sorry yes one did after me and another customers was saying that no one helps you. We ask where to find a rod she said in welding department I guess...never told us where, welding department was.!!!

Parking lot sale 90% off is 100%fake. How can harbor freight get away with this scam week after week. There is no sale prices are the same as they were the week before. This should be false advertising.

Coupons can be misleading and you may have to order what you want. Still a fun place for men to visit.

If I had more money I would buy a lot more things here. A quick trip for one item always takes at least an hour as I browse the aisles.

Normally really love this store but today was just terrible the lady at the register was afraid to ask the manager I guess for help bc he was being really rude to her spoke to her for a second gave her the cold shoulder and when we needed help bringing something to the car the manager rolled his eyes and we were like no we got this and the manager was like are you are bc it was my anf my sister and my mom and we were like yes we dont need you rolled his eyes again and huffed and went off to the back
